The avenue branch is a small one. The staff are polite and friendly. I got my order fairly fast and it was a to-go.
The food was delicious but small as always:)

The restaurant was busy but only 1 person took order but the wait wasn't too bad as the person taking order was quite efficient. The review is for the condition of the food I received for my order. The fries was soggy and barely warm, the burger looked like it has been sat for awhile. Not impressed with the food!

Location is 1890 Avenue road, Toronto.

Very slow service! No matter how you order, be it through the app or in person, it'll take a nice 15 minutes until you receive your order. The TV where they show the order numbers is not updated, and the way the restaurant is set up now is very confusing to get around.

This location has been Round since I was a little kid and it used to have a play room! There's no drive through, but they have patio tables and indoor dining, lots of parking, and at least 10 spots reserved for curbside pick up.

Usually friendly service. Can't complain. I think workers deserve some sort of recognition. This place is almost always busy and they seem to have a pleasant attitude most of the time.

Ordered food from here a few times through Uber eats. They’ve made a few mistakes.and i was angry after this again. This time when I called one of their staff members named Malletia (or maybe Meliesha) Was kind enough to drive the missing items to my location.
I come from a customer service industry. And I thought she had superior customer service for doing so. Thank you. Hopefully she will be recognized for her small act of kindness.

Great speed and quality of service during covid, outdoor seats for about 10-15?

Only had point is too many mobile order parking spots and the regular parking is crammed and full on a Friday 1pm, can't imagine how full it becomes on a weekend.

I suggest to cut half the mobile order spots for regular parking. There aren't that many ppl that do pure mobile orders from the car.

Quite possibly the worst managed restaurant in the city. All McDonald's locations are bad, as far as accuracy in filling orders, but this location takes carelessness and incompetence to a new level. In the past year, of about a dozen visits to this location, every single visit resulted in a substantial mistake on the order being filled. Because of Covid restrictions, curbside pickup became the norm, and I used the McDonald's app to place my order - so there should have been no misunderstandings on my order. No luck. The latest was yesterday evening when they forgot to give me an apple pie that I ordered. By the time you notice an error with pickup or drive-thru, in most cases you have already left the restaurant and when you open the bag you get the wonderful surprise of incompetent service. I will not go back there again - enough is enough. If there were any hope for justice in this world, people would boycott this location and it would close down. Their consistent inability to get orders right shouldn't be rewarded. They obviously don't care enough to get things right, so we, as consumers, shouldn't care if they close down. Unacceptable sloppiness is the norm at this location.

It took almost 15 minutes starting from taking order to making my one medium coffee with the help of 9 staff members. No hair nets or safety precautions.

4 out of 4 of my last orders had at least one item missing. The staff are working very hard and super busy; so my comment is directed to this franchise owner who needs to add more staff to prevent overworking and making errors.

It was just fine. The service was very good and the food was actually hot. I had to blow on it. Which was really awesome. Sometimes I found McDonald's food to be cold or undercooked. This time it wasn't.

Location gives expired food. Placed and order for an apple pie when I recieved it noticed the box says enjoy by 1034am, I recieved it at 730pm.it was dry and burnt. I don't know how anyone with a conscience could send that out to a customer. Mcflurry was nice hence why there is one star.

The COVID-19 precautions were really well handled at this location but the kiosks were all out of order which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars

Best hashbrowns. Every other mcdees has very disappointing hashbrowns. Add a tomato for 10cents to your breakfast sandwich

It's my favourite regular breakfast spot. Food is always a reliable and always the same in terms of quality.

Only come at night. It is super clean and the staff is so nice. Food was fast and fresh to order. But any other time it is chaotic.

Employees do not listen whatsoever. I ordered a decaf coffee and I told the girl twice that I specifically need decaf. I check my receipt and it says “seniors regular coffee”. That’s fine everyone makes mistakes. I tell the girl and she told the lady making coffee that my order needs to be decaf. I made them aware that I need decaf because I have health restrictions and can not have caffeinated coffee. Yet again they don’t listen to anyone and serve me regular coffee. Thankfully, I was watching the lady making coffee and saw that she poured me regular instead of decaf and asked them to make it again with decaf like I initially asked. The ladies behind the counter were rolling their eyes and acting like it was such a big deal that they had to fix my coffee that they didn’t make right the first time BECAUSE THEY DONT LISTEN. Please remind your employees that they are serving us and they need to be giving their customers respect and listening to what we are ordering. Especially since I have health restrictions like come on!

Poor manager was doing cash.serving and making good orders.and training the cook how to prepare and make sandwiches.clearly understaffed

This was a poor McDonalds service! Instead of serving us - the customers, one by one as we came, the ladies were pumping coffee into cups and had about 10 to 15 cups sitting at the bottom counter (ready to go!), but they still continued pumping the coffee and not giving us anything. When I asked one of them to serve us, her answer was that it was not my turn. I told her that it actually was my turn because all people standing there came after me. Then she gave me my 4 coffees but said that they didn't have more than three milks. "How is that possible, " I asked. I asked her to please look around and indeed, there was more milk in another cupboard! What a bad way to start my day!

Predictable, and relatively clean given the number of customers and the traffic. Easy for keeping kids contained while fueling up before city adventures.

Very fast and efficient service. I asked for fries without salt and they make new fries for me. The parking is a bit of a nightmare but my overall experience was great.

Good for nothing management. I was here today, Sunday, and attempted to buy two cheese burgers. A moment when your Filipino detected that I am an immigrant, potentially Italian, she immediatelly disrespected me and wanted to take advantage. When I told her that I was paying by debit, she intentionally refused to set up the machine for debit. Notably, I was scanning by my smart phone four times, but there was no debit indication on your machine, and while I was doing that the employee stood there puzzled. Then, I told her that I don't need to be educated by her so I asked her to cancel my order and I left without purchase. By the way, I am not Italian, and I didn't come to strike a date with your employee. I could be her grandfather.

In the washroom the toilet paper were awefull quality, the sink water wasn't working properly that you can't wash your hand easily. Sorry bos but it is importanat.

It's definitely in the better half of the good McDonald's you will find in Toronto. Waits can be an issue sometimes, otherwise no major complaints.

We went on a relatively busy day. The food is average. I wish when they did the renovations here they would have added a drive-thru.

Over 10 people in line for pickups that had all been waiting for over 30 minutes. It took 35 minutes for me to receive a single McDouble. Customers that ordered well after us complained after 5 minutes and received their order right away. Severely understaffed on Saturdays consistently. What a joke.

Awful service in the morning, 30 mins waiting, they took my order only after I gave them my receipt with number and asked about my order.

Here at night with a sea of frustrated people. Someone running this place needs to keep more workers on for evening shifts, it's not that expensive!

Service could be greatly improved. I politely asked for more ketchup and the cashier rolled her eyes.

I've been here from time to time over the past few years. Late at night or during the day the experience here is what you'd hope to get from McDonald's. Come in, order, get your food after waiting for a little bit, exactly what one would expect.

Never had any problems and I will continue to stop by when I'm in the area craving a burger.

There were way too many orders up on the screen that day, so the wait was much longer than normal. Had I known that it was the kids day off, I would have never gone there. The noise level was way too loud for my liking! My Angus Burger was pretty good, aside from being somewhat dried out. The fries were good too, except they weren't hot anymore. The older lady whose been there for many years now and who cleans up, is very unfriendly to me. She has been like that for years now. For some reason, she just doesn't like me and she makes it known. Not very welcoming at all. However, this is my local McDonald's and she won't stop me from going back there.

Kitchen has been a little slow but always perfect over many visits, but ordering at the cash has been problematic. They occasionally enter the orders wrong or misunderstand and then the perfect kitchen gives you the correct wrong thing. Stick to the kiosk or mobile orders wherever possible.

After visiting this location countless times, there has never been a visit without an issue. Always missing an item, or left waiting over 20 minutes for “fast food”. Tonight I waited 25 minutes to receive my $35 order, had all the 3 sauces missing for my 20 nuggets, fries were cold, and had this “slice” of cheese in my dry, cold burger (as pictured). The other burger barely had any crispy onions, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the whole burger was cold. I understand this is a fast food restaurant but that doesn’t mean you can deliver terrible service and be lazy preparing food, which customers are paying for. I am truly disappointed and angry for that matter. I recommend staying away from this location.

This is a good branch of Macdonald, the most important factor is the fast service. Also, it is not crowded and the space is more than enough to accommodate an average customer number

At night Literally waited 40 min for 2 smoothies.managment is the worst.feel bad for the workers there. Just NO STOP & DONT

The Food is Good however the Service is Terrible.
The Staff including Supervisors need to be better Trained as their Customer Service Skills are Terrible, They need to be trained how to be pleasant to people and welcoming.
Also they need to be shown how to Smile instead of being like Robots.
I certainly would have given a 5 Star rating had the Customer Service been good!

If this was the one in Avenue road, there is no drivethru hence you have to get out of the car to buy something. And of course the parking lot is always full. Otherwise it's fine.

Good location, pretty clean store. Looks like it is pretty busy all the time due to the location. Staff not friendly but it's fast good afterall

Its been atleast a year since ive walked into a McDonald's but i have to speculate if it's just me or has the big mac gotten even smaller.
