Bathrooms very dirty. Entire location seemed to just be a pile of trash. Couldn't even muster up the courage to order ice cream.

I went there to dine in there was a black tall guy and a lady with glasses were really rude with me and the lady was very disrespectful and this is the worst experience I ever had in Canada so it’s my recommendation if you see them don’t go there

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars instead of 1 star I would. Multiple issues when I went. I ordered through the drive thru, and the worker was rude as well as ripped me off on the order which I made the math once I returned home with my food. She charged $64 for a order that should have only cost me $40 including taxes.
When my cab pulled forward I had to wait for my order for literally 10+min before my order came out and was told while being handed the orderthat the staff had "lost" the reciept while making the order and I wasn't going to be getting a reciept with my food. Already having waited there in a taxi for 10min I didn't think at the time that it was a giant issue as the fare was running up to be quite a bit for a 10min wait for only 6 burgers and some chicken nuggets.

I didn't realize until after I arrived home why I wasn't given the reciept (most likely cause of the fact that I was charged $64 for a order that should've been $40ish tops and maybe they thought if I didn't get a reciept first maybe I wouldn't notice the money differnce, second it be harder to get this horrendous issue dealt with).
I was completely livid, as I'm pretty sure everything was done with the intention and knowingly doing it due to the attitude I had recieved right off the bat by the lady. What's even worse is then I went to eat 1 of the chicken burgers I had just bought and instead of what I had wanted it was literally a junior chicken burger from the value menu in a box that I definitely paid more then value menu price for (X2).
So if you want to be ripped off and then played for stupid, this is definitely the place to go order from. McDonald's should really checkout whos being hired to work for them as if they're staff are willing to monetarily rip off and screw customers out of the correct order; then I bet those same staff are probably also doing other shady sus things as well. This happened with the staff at the McDonald's on 19th of Dec at 3: 30am; I would advise anyone who plans to get a late night bite out trying to go somewhere with convenience not to go to this establishment that's for sure.

I went to McDonald’s hoping to get an ok product that I could take with me on a trip out of town, while sipping on my root beer on the way. The McChicken was assembled by a 2 year old with no previous instruction, I would assume. The fries were put inside the bag upside down, so I had 10 fries from the little carton, and 30 cold fries from the bag. I saw the guy (Cooper) drop some fries on the counter, and then put my fries in the bag horizontally; when every other time I’ve bought food from McDonald’s, they do it vertically for the fries not to spill. The worst part, though, was the drink. I was so looking forward to sipping on root beer while driving. I couldn’t event make it past 200 meters when I wanted a sip. But, I went to grab the cup, by the sides near the top, and it basically imploded. The cup was basically damaged since before I got it (already folded carton) and it spilled all over my car. I had to relinquish 1/3 of my drink due to spillage before I could actually get a sip in. And then, I put it on my cup holder again thinking the lid was improperly put on (which I solved) but to my surprise, it spilled the second, third, and fourth time I took my cup out of the cup holder.

McDonalds should definitely increase a lot the quality with which they package, because it’s awful. Not even mentioning how sometimes, in the past, I don’t even get what I pay for or I get a different thing without being asked.

Be better.

Never thought fast food would ever get this expensive. Corporate profits will always be worth more to McDonalds than feeding the middle-low class citizens of the countries they buy up all the real estate from. $4 for a junior chicken? Are you kidding me? 40% raise after covid. PURE GREED!

I enjoyed the two dollar mini mikeshakes they have now. For two bucks you can't go wrong. The MacDonalds was clean and the lunch crowd was coming in. I found the staff to be polite, quick and efficient. I just stopped in for a shake.however I was impressed with the over lay out. I miss the T. V where the boys came in sat down watched T. V, read the paper had a coffee or Hot chocolate. That's deffinately discouraged now because of the amount of homeless persons coming inside. How unfortunate. Luv Malcom? Stay strong London.

Amazing service with smile, I ordered drink with ice which was my fault. I asked the server with red turban to remove ice from the drink but he offered me another drink without ice but I insisted to remove ice from same drink so there is no wastage. He gladly did that with smile in way that It can make someone day. What a Amazing service i will keep coming back.

This is worst place manager did not give my order to my doordash driver and told him to leave and cancel without making it as my dasher asked her to make my order together as one bag was sitting there ready.while I was on call with my dasher she told dasher to leave and she doesn't care about customer as she was busy doing other thing.wow mcd this what you do behind customers who r not there also she treated my dasher very rudely.videos of mcd getting viral are real.never order here again

Went through drive thru tonight at approx 5: 30 pm. Ordered a nugget meal with 2 hot mustard sauce. When I got to second window girl handed me my drink and a tiny bag. Thank God I looked in the bag before I drove away, as there were no fries in the bag. I said to the girl " hey I have no fries! ". She quickly scurried to get me some cold fries. Food quality was terrible everything very old and not hot what so ever. I also only received 1 hot mustard sauce and a honey one. Your staff need to pay closer attention to what they are putting in the bags and management should be ensuring the food is hot and quality of food is better.

The new renovations are refined, appropriately designed and bring a new approach to the McDonald's sit in and drive through diner (this one has been there a while and deserved a good Reno).

You can see they display their trophy in the front of the lobby for whatever award they had been awarded, I think it was drive through of the year for 2020. Food was delicious.

Every time we've ordered from this location, almost half the order has been missing or wrong. We're talking a happy meal with no toy, drink, and fries. Leaving out 3 out of 4 orders of fries. Getting pieces from other orders instead of what we did order, and so much more. Whether it's delivery or drive thru I have never once gotten a correct order.

This place has some really serious issues with some management staff that. Has some really serious issues.
Some of the most MISERABLE people on the planet work here. Angry people and total failures as human beings.
The operator of this outlet must be really something special to have staff like this place does.
Absolutely deplorable.
And half the staff front or back dealing with food having hair hanging all over their head not sanitarily contained properly in a hairnet.

Sorry, had to rate ONE STAR since I cannot rate it ZERO.

This place is a nightmare. I used to go regularly, but in the past month (mid Oct to mid Nov '21) I now get: 1. Wrong Orders 2. My food given to someone else WAITING. 3. Wait of almost 10 minutes - ALWAYS have to pull over. 4. Ultra SLOW service.
I'm cured. No more McDonalds.
The other reviews are fake.

I just bought a quarter pounder with cheese and brought it back to the hospital with me.
I bit into it and it felt strange.
I ripped the patty into two pieces and found that the meat was severely undercooked.

As a delivery driver, I can't stand this location. The staff is always rude and take their sweet time getting orders out. They are the least helpful bunch I think I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They constantly leave me waiting for orders that are sitting there ready to go and ignore me when I politely ask if they can give it to me so I can get it to our customer asap. As a past customer of this location, I can say that they put as little effort into the preparation of food as they possibly can. This location seems to be cursed to have abysmal customer service forever

Some SERIOUS things need to be addressed at this location! Ordered two ice teas got 1 ice tea and 1 coke? Ordered a ranch chicken wrap with tomatoes and lettuce. Got a Ceasar wrap with no tomatoes and like to strands of lettuce. Ordered a double cheese burger and didn't get anything at all! This isn't the first time. Oh and I did NOT even get a receipt

Messed up again! Today was the tipping point for me. My daughter asked for McDonald's today. When don't eat it a lot but when we do and when we get it from this location something is always missing. This is the fifth or sixth time something has been missing. Always when ordered through Uber eats. Sauces, burgers, sandwiches, drinks, dipping sauces for nuggets and today the fries. Four combos ordered. Not one order of fries was received. Good luck not waisting half a day getting your order back from Uber eats. I called the store to talk to the manager and you guessed it. I was told to talk to Uber eats when McDonald's was the one that screwed up my order. Not even willing to help. No hesitation " Call Uber eats" he said. Didn't acknowledge that his store and employees made the mistake. If you can read you can work at McDonald's it's not that hard to follow an order. This will be the last time I visit or order from this McDonald's. I will go out of my way to get it elsewhere. I should have cooked instead. Thank you for the time waisted writing this and calling your store and the luke warm take out.

Usually pretty good have been going here since it opened 50 years ago. Went last night around 9.30. Made the mistake of ordering a coffee. The girl assured me it would be fresh. Go to the window they hand me a cup that was lukewarm. The girl assured me it was hot. Leave take a sip. Awful. It appears they mixed warm tap water with coffee and hoped I wouldn't notice? That is just bloody ridiculous if you have no coffee just say so don't try to trick people!

Young fella charged my friend $2.95 for a Mcdouble burger. Then goes and charges me $6.30 for 2 Mcdoubles. How is this? His Tip? Anyway the burgers delicious regardless. 1 more thing. Small diced onions to be put on Mcdoubles. Like reg.hamburger, cheeseburger does. Thank-you.

The children's playplace is still closed, you can sit inside. Before 730am you can have whatever seat you want, and, yes, you can now done inside, the kids just can't play in the back enclosure.

I have some nostalgia for this particular location because it is one of the oldest in London. Went there a lot as a kid. Too bad McDonalds has lost the magic. Impossible to read menu, silly ordering and food prices that have become absolutely laughable.

McDonald's restaurants across London, Ontario are supposed to be giving out Free Big Mac coupons with every order placed through the App over $5 during the May 24 weekend 2021, however, I did not get one with the order I placed Saturday May 22nd. I went into the store on Sunday to ask about this and the manager said he would give me one. After searching for over 5 min he told me he couldn't fund them and took down my cell saying he would send me a picture of a coupon. We will see if I get that. Unfortunately, that means that no one going to the 385 wellington location we receive this coupon because no one knows where they are to give out.

The Manager Emmet should not be working in customer service nor leading a team. I have been watching this manager for quite some time now and noticed he never greets nor does he thank customers for their buisness, rather gives off the impression that they are an inconvenience.

Through my time watching Emmet, I have noticed him talk down to other employees in a nasty manor especially when it is busy and he stressed out.

It is apparent that Emmet does not enjoy his job as his attitude at work surely reflects it. Most team members at this location are always smiling and filled with a positive attitude and Emmet is the odd one out.

Mc Donald's is a leading franchise in the restaurant business and undoubtedly will always have customers giving them their buisness. If this was not the case. Service like this would definitely impact smaller restaurant. I.e. "mom and pop" restaurants.

In a way I feel bad for the staff but as well as the owners of this restaurant because they trust Emmet to represent their buisness in a positive way and it is a shame to see how he takes his leadership role as manager for granted.

If and when Emmet reads this review, I really hope he takes the time to reflect on himself, his character, and his attitude towards life.

P.s. This comment comes from from someone who was in leader ship roles in restaurants. So my comment does carry credible weight as I have been in his shoes before, just wore them a little better.

Worst experience we had at this store today. It tastes like rotten food and we threw the burgers. The meat and chicken inside the burgers are very hard which means they aren’t fresh and they were heated up. The fries were cold too. We ordered 6 burgers today: 4 with meal and 2 only sandwiches: 2 seriously chicken, 2 big macs, 1 quarter pounder and 1 chicken burger. Nothing was good. On top of that, the order was missing one burger which we paid for them. Very very disappointed that we had to throw the food and left hungry.

THIS MCDONALDS NEVER FAILS TO AMAZE ME!
I work near this establishment and tend to go here a lot during my shift, from stale nuggets to watered down iced tea to their systems always being 'down' to missed items in my order and the continuous excuse that their milkshake/mcflurry/ice-cream machine is always 'broken' they're a 10/10. Customer service is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I have witnessed employees fighting over their headsets while waiting for food in the drive-thru trying to pay for my order.maybe management needs to help their team fix these reoccurring issues.

Whether it’s Uber eats, the drive thru or if you go in to the restaurant, they will find a way to screw up your order, give you the wrong order, not give you what you asked for or wait 30 mins. 5am, after 24 hours across the street at the hospital for the birth of our child. Exhausted, starving and just wanting to get hom, drive thru wait was short, and yet somehow they managed to short us on half the food. Terrible staff that cannot even manage a mid-week early morning shift. These staff should be embarassed to call themselves "essential" workers during this pandemic.

Drive thru is a bit cumbersome, however the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Open 24 hours so you can get always get your craving on!

I would like to preface this review by saying I’m a former crew trainer from 3 different restaurants across the country (not affiliated with this location)

This location seriously lacks in guest experience, Order accuracy as well as food quality (with possible health code violations)

To begin, Employees have frequently denied special requests ie. ‘could you put the honey in my tea rather then in the bag. ’ Something that any other location has no problem with and I’ve come to expect when in the drive thru. I’ve on numerous occasions had food items missing, obviously employees are being pushed to lower their order times rather then ensure bags are correct. To touch on that, I’ve also had orders where burgers had the patty’s missing and here is the story on one of these occasions:

Around 8pm on a weekday, I order a bacon angus combo with a round egg added (an odd combination I admit), the order taker didn’t know how to punch it in (no problem it was an odd request), so I as a former employee explained it to him in order for him to charge me for the egg. I received my order but after returning home I had no angus beef (3: 1). I proceeded back to the restaurant where the manager took my food back into the kitchen (gross, you have no idea who I am or what happened to that box/food and now the kitchen staff have it on their ‘clean’ assembly table and are touching it with their hands), they then placed a patty on my old sandwich. The beef was obviously not fresh having been dry, and the egg was now cold. I asked if it could be remade because it wasn’t to standard and the manager reluctantly agreed (it took a second request). I received my food and the manager had the audacity to request payment for the new food.

I highly suggest to the owner, restaurant manager or corporate to bring in outside eyes to evaluate their business, obviously the current staff have become complacent and need to adjust their outlook on customer interactions (and for goodness sakes whatever happened to L. A. S. T -listen, apologize, solve and thank)

Remember without the guest you have no business, so why not accommodate? Especially considering this isn’t the only option in the area.
