Pretty good for a mcd? Has a playground but pretty busy parking lot shared with the Chinese super market. Probably relatively small mcd but updated so it's decent enough I suppose. The updated staff seems pretty nice. Shrugs it's a mcd

Experience at the drive thru was not at expectation.
Employee was rude and his behavior is tolerated by his coworkers. That guy should be fired for being disrespectful. Don't go at night for food, you get served bad attitude with your combo.

15 min waiting for a dozen cookies and they somehow get the order wrong. Is being dumb as can be a prerequisite for employment here?

Went through the drive through today, got a peppermint hot chocolate, peppermint mocha, and a habanero chicken mcmuffin. My order took too long and I eventually went inside, everything about my order was wrong. The peppermint mocha was only coffee, the hot chocolate was watery and barely had any peppermint, and the mcmuffin hadn't been made by the time I came inside.

The manager apologized for the delay but I was not satisfied with paying for the expensive drinks to get poor quality when I know what to expect.

This is one of the best mcdonald’s I have ever been to. Ruth, one of the workers there served me and she was really nice and friendly, she seemed very accepting. My food arrived fast and the fries were fresh!

This us by far the worse McDonalds ive been too.
Buns for burgers are mixed up two bottom slices for your burger. Too many employees, little or no management. Just avoid.so much more worse things to say.

I ordered double filet-o-fish, the fish was dry and not crispy. It looks like it has been there for a long time. Very disappointed!

We went in near closing for dine in. The staff let us know that there were closing in a few minutes after we sat and didn't rush us, but of course we finished asap as well.

Everyone whether cooking or serving need to wear disposable plastic gloves that must be replaced after a couple of hours after sanitizing hands. Long and dirty nails and makeup must be forbidden at all costs if you do not want listeria or other illness. Counters should be cleaned with paper towels and not cloths as this encourages germs to spread from the kitchen to the food which is very difficult, time consuming and expensive to maintain and handle. Safety should be never be compromised at a restaurant and should be made the #1 priority.

This place gives me worst customer service. I came from drive through ask for jc meal and more other things, went to the window to pay they said you didn’t give us order. I said you confirmed it but ok I can give it again. The attendant was very rude with me that I didn’t order how come I came here to pay. That was so shocking to me. This happen to me second time they don’t attend customer properly. Don’t listen properly and then blame others. Will never go to this place again.

Good restaurant but gets long drive thru waits at peak hours. At least they salt their fries good. Location is awesome cuz they right near 407. Perfect place to grab a coffee before that long drive, forget about that timmy dishwater. You know what goes good with a large regular? Double quarter pounder with cheese. That is how I roll. But the donuts are pretty good too. More of a breakfast feast though. Anyway its McDonalds and they are consistently good when I stop there so 5 star.

Im a regular of their drive thru. Today I decided to walk in to get my coffee. I was shocked to see employees with long hair did not wear a hairnet and only a few of them were wearing a hat. Not to mention, staff working in the kitchen was not wearing glove while handling food. This obviously is not acceptable nor they follow the any food safety regulations or guidelines. The manager was also on duty and did not see him reminding or caring about this issue, but busy yelling at an employee. Will not come back until your staff and management start to follow what they are expected to follow especially during a pandemic.
If this issue is not settled, will consider calling public health to protect public health and safety.

Very rude person on the cash counter of driver thru, i missed placing order and when i told him the same, he started rolling his eyes and gave me attitude.

Have staff at their drive thru who make transphopic comments, and a customer service representative who told this person they misheard the comment, and that the manager wouldn't respond because they were "on vacation"

Worst customer service. I waited almost 40 minutes to get my food. When I asked to crew, he told me to cancel and you can go if you want. After 40 minutes they can’t make any foods. This is fast food chain restaurant? Worst location

Horrible staff who belittle and mock people! My friend was misgendered, and after patiently correcting them, the staff continued to misgender and laughed repeatedly.

Very slow sevice although it's almost always busy. Only one line cash register taking orders and more that 20 people standing in that line. Manager took my order and charged me an extra $ 0.25 for the honey on the side of my No sugar coffee! No Refill! Elderly staff really grumpy!

Best location I've been too, the other McDonald's at 48 16th can't even get half the speed of this location, can say been over 100 times no issues go to the one on 48 every issue possible

Worst customer service ever I had experienced. I waited more than 30 minutes in order to get my food. One crew member told me that you can’t wait, you can cancel order and leave. I paid money for my food, this is not a free food. This is way they treating customers. Please hire some good crew members.

I had ordered a 2 burrito breakfast and I was ask to wait in spot 1. They brought it to me. When it arrived they asked we to check if the sauce was in the bag. It wasn't he got the sauce for me. All this took a very short time.

Can they ever provide the full order!
Old looking south asian women employees are busy talking to each even though customers are waiting on the windows!
It is literally the 4th time, my food was missing!
The owner needs to hire new staff or train the existing one

Tried the new shake (snack size) it was good same shake just small in size

Overall fast service once’s it started moving. Wait time was long because the line was long.

Customer service at the drivethrough by some employee named rubi (or something like that) absolutely disgusting. Disrespects and makes fun of my accent with a huge altitude. Will not be returning to this location.

The app combined with curbside delivery to a specific parking spot works very well. Correct items in the order delivered speedily.

Excellent service at this location in my experience. My child lost his batman happy meal toy and was distraught over it. Upon calling the store to see if they had any left, the manager kindly offered to hold one of the last few left for me until I arrived. I was able to bring it home for my son and the smile on his face upon seeing it was just wonderful. Thanks again!

The worst customer service in this location.
I bought 7 burgers. I just want to about 10 bags catchup. They said I didn’t order the fries. They don’t want to give it to me. Only maximum is 7bags of catchup. I spoken to the manager. Her attitude is even worse she said extra catchup I have to pay for it. And left.

Quick service but not always the most accurate periodically but it's understandable for such a busy place. However, I do wish that they would put in some condiments like ketchup for fries when going through the drive thru even if it's not mentioned in the order because it's easy to forget when placing the order.

Too slow, need to improve. Curbside pick up waiting for more than 30 minson weekday.
And only have 3 spot for parking.

Very neat and convenient place. They provide large meals and for fair rates. We enjoyed the food a lot and the staff members were very attentive and explanatory. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER HERE. Waited 20 minutes while everyone else got their order, even when there were no more cars in the drive through. What is the point of mobile ordering if it's so slow? Avoid at all costs

I usually visit this place late at night for a Mcchicken Combo or Coffee and Donuts. Every time I went, the staff was friendly and respectful. I wish that I knew all of their names, but the Night Shift staff are excellent based on my experience. This branch has outstanding quality service that followed the Covid 19 guidelines.

I would give 0 star but there is no option and this one star is only for the girl who took my order very nicely. I visited this location many times before and this time the experience with 1 women named Nazia was extremely bad. She had poor customer service skill. Rude and didn't seem like she enjoys her job. I suggest the restaurant should change their staff with good communication people.

Always forgetting items in our order. Incomplete items as always. Items given at drive-thru are missing orders few weeks ago. Now, using Skip-the-dishes delivery, delivered missing fillet-o-fish and fries of Delivery # 15225 on Nov. 12 12: 46pm.unreliable branch.

First of all I had asked for a combo burrito meal, when I got my order it was missing the hash brown. I asked where it was she said I did not order a combo and turned and walked away. She asked when I ordered if it was to go or eat in, I said eat in, guess what she packed it to go. I took it to go because I was ticked off. I get going open the burritos only to find they are like half filled and cold. By this time I'm already on the road and not turning back. Worst McDonald's experience I have had in a long time.

The bathroom is a mess. The floor near the sink is covered in water. But the worst part is that the music is SO LOUD! Like I'm trying to use the bathroom, why are you BLASTING MUSIC from 2008 like some throw back night club? ! It's ridiculous!

Had the Greek Salad Entre, good but missing purple onions. Traditional Greek salads are made with onions and if others don't like onions order another type of salad.

They're buy one get one promo which runs until mid April has a catch. Beware. Not very transparent and you need to spend another side on top of any burger you are buying to get the free stuff.

This is a very busy location, but staff also pack up the order faster, although they often make mistakes on your take-out =)

Crowded, dirty, and understaff. Bins are filled u can see it from picture.washroom is broken and dirty, hand dryer blew cold wind.

Food was fine server was pretty unfriendly when I told her I ordered diet coke with my fries and burger when she thought it was coffee but food was good

I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and it was dry no butter, went in to tell the manager so they made me another one, this time with butter dripping out of the bag. Lousy service and Ridiculously understaffed.

It is a busy MacDonalds, but service is always quick and efficient. Staff are always cleaning and assisting customers

So pick up my meal go home and THIS is what I get? The wrap is so hard it is crumbling. This location just seems to get worse and worse.

The staff is super friendly! I go there every morning to order a large coffee and no matter how busy they are will always ask about my day. They are consistently great with customer service and you will even see management doing cleaning jobs around the store.

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews, but there has to be some kind of baseline for quality at any restaurant. Maybe I was just unlucky but similar complaints make it more obvious. Ordered 3 burgers, in which all had to be wiped off as they were literally soaked in grease and ketchup, worst i have ever seen, so gross. The medium fries also half full, didnt notice until we got home. Completely unacceptable even though "its just McDonalds". Will not return to this location, as there are many more in the area who take pride in their work.
