Mcflurry machine is mysteriously broken every time I visit. The employees have confessed that they just do not want to clean it.

Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I live nearby so used to grab breakfast from there. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the drivethru, they just don't dress my coffee; I order a double double and get a straight black. It's absurd, 90% failure rate on orders. My last straw was today; ordered a BLT bagel and a large double double. Got a large black and one of their chicken breakfast sandwiches.

And that isn't even getting into the fact that this is the worst McDonalds for parking you to make their drivethru times look better than they are. Dishonest and disorganized, from top to bottom.

Terrible.my order was wrong and manager did nothing for me.
I’ll never spend my money at this establishment again.

My simple order of a double cheeseburger with extra pickle and a small triple thick chocolate shake was quick and yummy. I like the staff at this location and I like that the drivethru has 2 lines.

Absolutely terrible, i wish i could give this 0 stars. They got my order completely wrong. Zoom in if you wish to see the receipt. One-they didn't even get the correct number of cookies right also I didn't even order the brownies at all. Two- why did I receive muffins? ! I never ordered those at all. Terrible experience, never going to come back again. If you guys wish to get something completely different than what you order this place is for you. They don't even pick up their phones where you could complain.

Edit (Review 2) : Wow, did not think you could top my disappointment with my last post, but this mcdonald's is shocking! I ordered 2 McMuffin sandwiches today (May11) and find out I have been served burnt food! The bun is hard as rock and you can clearly see the issue. Will not be returning to receive unsanitary food.

Food is consistent, employees are always nice and it's always clean even though it's always busy.

Received all my food fresh without any errors and fast service. Great experience at this location.

Ordered 3 of the new peach smoothies and a coffee. They keep the coffee in a thermos and it was barely even warm. Asked if I could have a warm coffee and he responded he would make some. Instead he took regular boiled water and took the same coffee I had received earlier and added it to the hot water. Now I just paid for a lame watered down coffee. We received two of the peach smoothies and the guy said the 3rd is coming. 10 minutes later I ask where is the smoothie and the guy says did you order three? What seriously, is your memory that short? I was going to go to Tim Hortons but my kids wanted these smoothies, after I left I had to go get a proper Tim Hortons coffee anyways. Pretty poor experience if they cannot even get a small drink order right. The coffee from a thermos will be luke warm at best depending on how long it sits.

Worse drive thru experience, burgers cold, and not made to what was ask for. $22 for 2 burgers, 2 chocolate shakes, receipt requested, wrong one given!

At 9: 30 pm my husband and my kids asking for ice cream cone they said we don't have it, and asking for for ice coffee again they said we don't have it. And my husband front of the window asked for black tea he said I'm not gonna give you. He is very rude my kids so scared.

Went to mobile curbside and placed order. Ten minutes later called about order. Manager comes out with different order. Goes back in then comes out with my order saying kitchen deleted my order off the screen. 20mins to get my order from mobile.

They should really call this place “order and park” about half the time you come here they make you park and wait for something. It’s like they’re trying to meet a metric but have lost sight of actual customer service. Keep the line moving, who cares about the customer experience!

If you can make it to the Victoria street location I would go there. This McDonalds always messes up my orders, never has food ready, and constantly takes forever to process orders. I've been going here for years and it has to be the worst run McDonalds I've ever been to.

Slow slow service, you'll be waiting for an order for more than 10 minutes, and for deliveries is worst than that.

This location is convenient if you live in the Stanley Park area of Kitchener. Unfortunately the service is not consistent. For example today on my way to work I ordered a large coffee and an egg McMuffin. At the cashiers window my total was $25 plus dollars. Clearly a mistake but when I pointed this out the guy at the window was so rude. He asked me if I had cut in line at the drive threw? He looked annoyed and inconvenienced! Most days I have a positive transaction

They should have stayed closed. A bunch of kids running the show who dont care and dont want to be there. Poor hygiene, no gloves, dropping food, looking around to see if anyone noticed! Youve been warned!

Staff are pretty rude. Especially the person at the door telling people not to come in. I have no issue with being told that the place is drive through only, but the person was not nice about it and had no manners at all.

The worst McDonald's i have ever been to. The service was terrible. Food was cold by the time I got it. I have never seen a more disorganized McDonald's before. Will not be recommending this McDonalds to anyone.

Every time I go to this location, whether overly busy or not, the food either takes 15+ minutes or my order is wrong somehow.

This McDonalds location is terrible. The staff are very rude and often lie about not having things on the menu. I have been told that something was discontinued, just to go to a different McDonalds location and they have it. Their menu is very small and limited compared to other locations. The food is often cold and not fresh. The staff don't have masks properly covering their nose, they touch their masks and touch your food. Not good practices during covid. Your better off going to a different location.

Usually come here for coffee every mornin as my step mom like their coffee but lately I don't know what has happened. Their coffees either have no sugar or there is way to much cream in them. Some days it is fast to get your food and somedays it's extremely slow

Went through the drive through, order was right on the screen got to the window to pay couldn't hear the guy to understand what he was saying to verify my order. They mixed up my lg fries and med coke zero to be a lg coke and med fries and my nuggets were stale. This wasn't the first time I've had issues with this location, should have gone to the one on Victoria.

Not sure why there is only half a slice of cheese on this fillet o fish sandwich, “if it’s not sad enough the fillet is half way off the bun as it is. ” I guess I prefer the poor appearance than that if the staff were to reposition using their bare hands - no gloves; just as I had witness with one of the staff doing to another sandwich while waiting for this order at the front counter. They also left out a sausage and egg Mc muffin. I tried to call the restaurant to explain the issues and after multiple attempts in reaching out, I have yet to get a hold of.

Very slow and organized. I have recived wrong order numerous times. This location needs serious improvement

Called store to see if you could go in and order and take out, was told I could and that the dining room was open. I go there and doors are locked and a sign on the door saying drive thru only or mobile orders. I was not impressed. I don’t drive and don’t have a credit card for skip the dishes so it’s really an inconvenience.

I ordered food my egg mcmuffin didn't come with ham.only bad thing I have to say, I tried calling no answer when back as I was in the area and they fixed it right away.very fast and friendly staff!

I hate that this is the closest one to me. They usually have very young workers, which is nice for their first jobs but too many of them makes the place run like a train wreck, which it seems to do most days. Availability of products is very spotty here too, they are usually out of at least 3 main items every day.

Service is as fast as they can handle. The location is beyond busy. Not that its the worker's fault just dont expect your food in a fast time. You will get parked from the drive thru almost every time

Screwed my order as i placed 3 Large meals and got 2 medium size fries instead. Also fries were soggy. Asked for one sprite and 2 coke and got all coke. I was the only one on drive thru so they can blame on rush time. Worse service

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a sandwich with extra mustard only. They put extra ketchup only on the screen. I corrected them at the drive thru a second time with mustard only request. This person talked down to me and said, YES THAT IS ON YOUR ORDER! Went to the pay clerk, asked what my order was. They said extra ketchup only. I corrected them and she fixed my order. Got home with my take out.tag on box said mustard only, sandwich in bag was overflowing with ketchup. They conveniently didn't put the receipt in the bag as they passed off the wrong topping after the sandwich was made and switched the tag on the box. WHAT A JOKE this is terrible service.

The washrooms were disgusting as was where you ordered cracked tiles and garbage everywhere. The obvious young staff were clowing around and talking so loud behind counter it was annoying

Went through drive through. Was told to "your food will take a minute, park to the side" (was not told where). Side lot was full, parked the best I could, kid brought food to all the *other* cars. Waited 20 minutes and went through drive-in again.

I don't want to be too hard on the kids that work there, but.management needs to schedule more people. If you're choosing between options, maybe skip this location.

So incompetent I ordered apple slices for my kids Happy meals but didn't get them, and no pickles on the burger.this McDonalds is the worst. Cant even call to speak to a manager nobody picks up the phone. Needs to be better staffed and managed

Light a candle because there's a 50% chance of an upset stomach and diarrhea with every order! So avoid food items that require being directly touched by staff if this is your only choice. Clearly there is a food safety issue at this location and it needs more attention because I have basically been poisoned everytime I order a hamburger, especially on weekends! ️

This locations drive through us super slow.otherwise the ice cream actually works there or at least did today.

Ordered BTS meal and only got the sauces and "BTS" on the receipt. Called to confirm and they didn't pick up.kinda disappointed

Check every order from this location.they will most likely miss something or leave something out to get you out quickly.manager said they would mail me coupons to rectify the issue but they never came. Sad

This McDonald's consistently underperforms for me.this time it was cold fries, and two very old quarter pounder patties.

This has the be the WORST location! I usually get a double qtr pounder with extra bacon. 90% of the time I get charged for the extra bacon and I get half strip to no bacon. Seems like they're intentionally trying to mess up the order. For the first time after years of going to this location I decided to go back and complain. After arguing with the manager (Blake.if that's her/his real name) for 10min I managed to get another sandwich but refused to replace the fries as they were already cold.and she/he forgot the onions. This manager is so rude and has no people skills. Amazing how people like this end up in management.

Didn't visit this location much good food staff can be a bit rude to customers and customers are quite rude most times food is ok not like other mic ds I ate at before bathroom could be cleaned more often

The front staff seemed agitated. They called out a hot drink and the guy wanted to be sure he wasn't taking somebody else's so the staff rudely replied the double double coffee and didn't say the order so the guy awkwardly grabbed it not sure it was his. He showed more respect than the staff member did.

Another unbelievable mcdonalds experience.no ice cream available, no milkshakes.ordered a egg mcmuffin combo.with a coffee double double. Substitute hash brown for fries.the girl couldn't figure out how to sub fries for hash brown so she asks another girl.the other girl says she doesn't know how we will just put fries in the bag.the overhead screen isn't working so no orders are showing.my order comes with a hash brown and I ask again for fries and a girl gives me a look and rolls her eyes.i head to my car and start driving.take a sip of my double double and its black.are you kidding me.when will I learn not to give mcdonalds my business.

Slowest service I've ever seen. 20+ minutes for a single meal with no line up. Several staff standing around chatting.

I was in there on April 16th 2019 and the manger was sampling a new coffee they had and refused to give us any to try just because we were teenagers. We go in about 3-4 times a week while on lunch and buy a lot of food and she still treats us like we don't even matter. She also rolls her eyes at customers behind there backs and talks poorly about them with other employees. Worst person I have ever met.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! THE MANAGER IS AWFULL! VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND DOSEN'T CARE ABOUT THEM AT ALL! LAST TIME I WAS IN THERE SHE KICKED OUT A OLD WOMAN WHO WAS SITTING THERE HAVING A COFFEE AND DOING SO WORK. The Team during the week are kind and have wonderful customer service. I usually only do drive through and I find they are quick with the orders and payment. On occasion my order gets screwed up. But it always gets fixed in the end one way or another. When the weekend comes around the turtles come out! It’s the slowest experience of your life just to get a coffee on the weekend. It never makes sense! But overall it’s a great experience!

The Manager is very rude to customers! Once Customers leave she talk about them and says very rude things! Absolutely Brutal!

If I could put zero stars I would. I went there today to order 3 happy meals for my kids. We were third order when I got there and then a whole bunch of people came in behind us. All of a sudden people who ordered after me started getting their orders, finally when a lady who ordered pretty much the same order as me got called up for her order I went up and asked about mine. I found out that they deleted my order from the screen and forgot about it. They were in no hurry to put my order together, so I just told them I didn't have time to wait anymore and wanted a refund. While waiting for my order the guy running for food was throwing the trays for people staying and eating in and making the fries go every where. The one customer told him to slow down and take it easy the employees reply was I can't this place would fall apart if I did. I will not be going back to this location. Terrible service

I had an issue with my order so I calmly called the Ottawa and river McDonald’s where I had purchased my order. The manager on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to reconcile my complaint and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I called back and without even a hello she hung up yet again. I decided to go down there and request to speak to a manager in person, at which time the manager had gone and hid in the back, refusing to speak to me. This entire time I maintained a cool head, she had no absolutely no reason to feel intimidated. The manager, Cassie, could have resolved the entire incident by simply apologizing for the mistake and fixing it. Very disappointing experience.

Great wifi connection, good coffee, just gotta be able to flex your time to get a good table. They have healthy options too. I like the sweet chili chai chicken wrap!

Food was as expected for McDonalds. Not enough staff working so there was a long wait. A customer spilt coffee all over the floor and told the staff but noone came to clean it up. Another customer asked for a "wet floor" sign and put it up herself.

I find this location to get very busy, and messy very quickly. People love to leave and throw their garbage all over the place. This location I find doesn't have enough seating for the amount of people they get.

I usually go here my last experience wasnt as good as it usually is. Got the bacon and cheese Angus and for some reason there was mushy sauteed mushroom and onion? Lost my appetite and haven't been to a McDonald's since.

I have been trying all the "spicy" chicken sandwiches from here, over the last couple of weeks, and I have to admit that this one is actually pretty good.

The first sauce, is sort of disappointing, very little heat/flavor, making for a bland sandwich.basically chicken in a bun.blah.

The second spicy sauce got a little more interesting, a bit more heat and the flavor got a little bit more exciting.

Last night's spicy delight surprised me though.the heat was a bit shocking (I mean this is McDonald's after all!). The sandwich with the normal serving of sauce had lotsa spice and the flavor was best so far. Definitely not your average "spicy" condiment from a fast food joint. This is hotter than the epic "diablo" sauce that you get in US Taco Bell restos, even though in my opinion, diablo has a more authentic flavor profile.

On my second sandwich, I doubled up on the sauce, and just as a warning, do this only if like the punishment. I was taken back by how much heat there was, I do recall sweating while consuming sandwich #2, and that never happens to me while eating "fast food". Yay!

Will I go back for more of these sandwiches.yes. Keep on introducing more spicy offerings McDonald's! Other fast food chains should follow suit, lotsa spice makes ordinary food palatable, unique and it will get your customers to return for more.

If you're planning on going through drive thru at this location, don't. Messed up my order, gave me the ice cream I ordered but they gave me 4 Jr chickens instead of the double fillet o fishes I ordered and fries. Turned around half way home, and waited another 10 minutes in line before they took the burgers back, my ice creams were melted (thankfully got them in a cup) and they gave me the same burgers and fries back. Stale fries, cold burgers and terrible wait time. Go to another location.

We often frequent this McDonald's since its close to us. It is however small and doesn't have a playland. I've also had to wait for a long time to get my food and have had several mistakes with my orders.

Idiots don't know how to count to 6 (nuggets) and they gave me a chicken sandwich when I ordered an Angus burger. Apparently you have to open each box in front of them and help them identify chicken and help them count to 6
