I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin meal with a medium coffee with one cream. The bill seemed higher than usual and when looking at the receipt I saw a 24 cent charge for cream. Just how desperate is this company to charge for coffee cream. I will check if there is a charge for cream next time I order and either drink it black or more likely never go back again. What a rip off and I am certainly not a cheap person. Brainless move!
Apparently McDonald's thinks they're entitled to charge rediculous prices now. I don't know what you think you're serving to be charging to much. Also a $2 small order fee for mcdelivery is absurd. I can order from Stacked and get a better breakfast delivered cheaper than McDonald's which is just pathetic. I'm so put off I've been avoiding mcdons and going to Wendy's for better and cheaper fast food.
Nothing like 630am waiting inside for your order and a worker decides to start texting on their cell phone for a good 2-3min. Must be important! NICE, Then when they are done start putting my order together.yyyyuuummm
I live nearby, and literally, every single time I order there, whether drive thru or pick up, they mess up my order or give me someone else's order! When you go in the restaurant to tell them you gave me wrong order they don't acknowledge you exist at the counter (they are busy tbh) but like the employee comes to counter while preparing other orders and I have to raise my voice to grab their attention. If I haven't been living near it I wouldn't order from this branch again until its management change.
Update Oct 2023: There is a tangible improvement with orders because for the past year or so there haven't been any issues. They are fast and amazing if you order from drive thru, but if you dare to order over counter you will have to wait easy 15 minutes if there was a rush with drive thru and over counter orders. If you want to dine-in, my advice is always go to the drive-thru then take your food inside.
I’m very disappointed with how dirty the restaurant is and I don’t trust their food. The employees cleans the washrooms and take out the garbage without washing their hands
They wouldn’t let me do 2 transactions through the drive through. No coupons, no reason why. Also not allowed to use a giftcard if you come by twice. I’m not sure what rules they are making up here but it’s pure laziness:)
I'm a frequent at this location. It is a hit or miss. Staff tries to be helpful but a lot of times, things get too much for them as well. Wish it was at least 3 times bigger.
Hardly anything else is open 24 hrs so if you're hungry late at night McDonald's might be the only place to get some food. Wish they had vegetarian options. Food is ok for the price but adding couple more dollars you can get a lot better quality and portion food from other places.
We always have to make 2 trips. They ALWAYS mess up our order. Worst location ever. I have seen the staff change too but customer service never seems to improve. We always come back from home it is so annoying
They have a.really bad costumer service all of them were just laughing and not making any orders I ordered 2. Hot chocolate and it tasted like water there was only one guy that was helping me he was Wearing glasses
Horrible drive thru experience everytime. Mess up your order literally everytime, this time when I went back to correct order as requested, they gave me a replacement burger that was burnt and tasted like it was old. Can't believe how low the staff here brings the McDonald's brand, utterly ridiculous, hire better and more competent staff.
Not a shabby place, the service in the morning should be a better cause everyone is in a rush I mostly go to this place early in the morning the cash window is closed and only the deliver window is open so guess what the service is super slow, if someone is reading this can you please fix this? We waited in line for 40 minutes and 10 minutes at the counter before WALKING OUT! No one was taking orders for both the drive through and inside, and both lines just kept getting longer and longer. People from the drive through kept coming in because they were getting the wrong orders. Someone was waiting in the drive through pick up window for 15 minutes and no one was giving him his order so he WALKED INSIDE and asked what was going on so they gave him a random order and told him to LEAVE! At this point we had asked multiple employees to take our order and kept getting IGNORED! So we gave up and WALED OUT EMPTY HANDED AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR TO GET ONE COFFEE! WOST EXPERIENCE EVER JUST DRIVE A FEW MINTUES MORE TO THE NEXT MCDONALDS!
I came here last week order food told the cashier that I had a coupon for 2 meal for 11.99 I think. She said no problem. When the manager came said no I can’t you need the code from the app. I show the manager my phone and I had the offer and it wasn’t not loading the code. The people in front of me had a paper coupon and push it in and didn’t even take there coupon. At the end of it ask for my money back only because for Mcdonalds it was $4 save from my pocket.
I went to a next Mcdonalds down the street and they did it with no problem!
On top having a bad day and to came to a place that can’t take a $4 different!
Updated. This is now a daily occurance at this restaurant. 9 cars here all waiting/idling because this kitchen can't seem to get any food out. Needs new, competent management and quickly.
Second slowest drive thru in Canada (Tim's around the corner is #1). Wait forever in line, then get to the window to be told to "go park and we will bring it out to you". I waited 15 minutes in parking before I called in to the restaurant to see if they forgot about me. 7 other cars parked waiting. Then they bring the food out, give it to the wrong car (they rooted through the bag), then brought it to my car. I refused it, then had to wait longer for them to make it again. Get your shiz together McDonald's! I want my half hour back.
I once ordered a chocolate milkshake through UberEats and they gave me two instead (I didn't drink the other one). Other than that, it seems to be a good McDonald's.
I haven't been to McDs in some time. Things have changed. There were four to five times more employees than customers but I still had to wait to be served. Priority was being given to Drive Thru. Placing my order was difficult through my mask the employee's mask, a sheet of plastic between us and music being piped in. It didn't help that a manager interrupted the ordering process so that the clerk had to re-request my order. When I got home three orders of french fries were missing and the improperly capped milkshake had leaked on my car's carpet. $38.00 for two adults and two children - never again.
McDonald's is a fun place to eat, because you can order the same thing every time, and still have no clue what you'll actually be getting. Check your bags.
They seem to be busy but wait time for the orders are triple than the normal McDonalds in the GTA.sometimes you will encounter unprofessional staff with rude attitude when you ask a question politely especially at night @ the drive through when the restaurant closed en only drive through works.
The best one in the area. The lady who does the drive thru order taking is very good at her job and pleasant to interact with. Also the gent with the long blonde (?) hair is also really good.
I really had a very bad experience today. Order was placed through the app and then when i went to pick up my order was on the screen then suddenly removed. I was waiting for 15 minutes and then when i tried to tell them about my order she asked abt proof of payment and receipt. I had a snap shot for order # and still didn't believe me and asked for the email receipt. After they realized their mistake they asked me to reorder again. It took me half an hour to get coffee and mcflurry. Worse customer service. Better do changes in staff before losing business
Drive thru experience. Ordered Oreo Mcflurry and bacon n egg Mcmuffin with 6 lil donuts assorted. Liked it. My friend had the mcmuffin and it's his favorite. Oreo Mcflurry is my all time favorite.
Staff are polite but they seem to park as many cars as they possibly can. Im pretty tired of getting parked to wait for 2 jr chickens. I'll drive a few extra minutes to another location to avoid this happeneing evey single visit.

Fast, courteous, accurate. Seeing the Beer Store there reminds me this is one of those "new" plazas that's enough to drive you to drink. Curbs, obstacles, stop signs everywhere. Saw cars zinging down the north south street, thought I could go left to get out but nope. Recommendation to those unfamiliar: turn right to get out!
This McDonalds is just like any other McDonald's. I usually order from the app and pick up. The wait time can be anywhere from a few minutes to 10-15 minutes. At the drive thru, I once ordered with the coupon I received in the mail and the cashier told me she didn't like that. LOL.
Awful staff! Never a pleasant experience. Unfortunately the only location near my place so I have to go there. They need to hire a better manager. If the manager is cranky and rude obviously the staff will behave the same way. If you don't like your job and you are miserable pls find a desk job!
I hate going to this location, everytime you go no matter if it's busy or not you have to park and wait for your food. The wait is long. They need faster service and staff
For the FOURTH time now my family ordered from this location via uber eats. All four times SHOCKINGLY only 2 drinks were delivered from an order that is always close to $50. No food was delivered.each time we had to call uber to return the money and reorder and wait again for delivery. How can an employee hand over a bag for delivery and not hand them the food? Not once, FOUR times. Uber eats blames the restaurant and the restaurant blames uber eats! Leaving the paying customer to call around trying to sort it out.would love some input from store # 29127
Ridiculous drive-thru staff this morning. Parked almost ever car that was in line at 11am. I waited 15 minutes before someone came to my car. Then they ask what my order was because they threw my receipt away. I waited another 10 minutes. Then I get home and realize they gave me the wrong order. Completely disorganized restaurant. I should have checked the bag before leaving, but after waiting so long I just wanted to get home.
May I just say, one of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. And please clean the trays before giving them out to customers. And please no long hair in my fries.
What can o ne say about this chain? Sometimes there is this craving for a McDonald's burger that refuses to go away no matter what. However, all outlets are not consistent and due to sheer volume of orders, they do mess up at times.
Very disappointed! Pancakes that my husband ordered tastes like old! The sides were hard, can't even eat it at all! Probably been sitting there for hours before it got served! We are paying for the quality of food, so satisfy your customers!
Most McDonalds rush and forget stuff or construct the products poorly, but this McDonald's took the time to ask what type of milk I wanted in my mocha and everything was made properly which I appreciate.
Worst service ever. I ordered a simple Jr burger and fries.no drink I drove in at 12;01 am and was given my food at 12: 40 am.it was cold! No apology for the wait. I only saw 3 employees working 1) the girl who took my money at the second window (who also went to fetch my food.so I assume she touched it after handling my money.didn't see her wash her hands!) 2) a guy coming from the drinks area on his cell phone.he went and did not see him return.a male took my order.this could have been him, 3) a girl standing at the counter in the restaurant area.no customers in restaurant at the time! This is a busy restaurant.it has 2 drive thru line ups and only one was being used. I work on healthcare and so many issues here on many levels?
Terrible service today on Christmas Eve 2018! Ordered 2 coffees waited over 15 minutes for Order #756 and inquired about our order, we still waited about another 10 minutes and then when we got our coffee, one of them was not done right. Please improve the service.
