Atmosphere is great. Nice & Clean.
Service is hit or miss. Like most places these days due to staffing shortages.
Washrooms are usually clean.
Mobile order parking spots are in a good spot.

Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had.
Where do you start.

Washrooms were disgusting and used my foot to flush the urinals, garbage overflowing.

Ordering:
Kiosk was so dirty it did not recognize my touch, you had to repeatedly tap on your items.

Waiting.waiting.waiting.for food.

This was brutal and not just for me.

I will give them they were busy, but they were not short staffed. They were tripping over each other with no guidance or direction.

32 minutes to get my food- crispy chicken combo and quarter pounder with bacon combo.

When I inquired about the food they said they were understaffed, I can see your staff as noted above. When I inquired again, sorry we are swamped. I get it your a fast food restaurant, fully staffed and cannot get out two meals, or two milkshakes (lady behind me), two ice coffees (family next to me), 6 piece chicken nugget meal to the gentleman who came back because you only put 4 in the box, oh, and the girl who came back because you gave my single quarter pounder to her when she ordered a double.

You served milkshakes that was just milk and when your staffed noticed they showed each other laughed and put a lid on it, stated it's drive-thru.

I wouldn't order a Mcflurry here the machine looked like it was out of the dumpster and the left over food was still attached to it.

Cash registers were not printing receipts so outside of nobody getting their order they didn't know what there order number was.

I eventually asked for a Manager, the manager heard me as we made eye contact and then walked to the back of the kitchen and a worker apologized again and walked away. When I asked again I was told my food was being made.yes. I am aware it has being made for the past 30 minutes.

Honestly this is the worst review I have given and it is well deserved. #mcworst.

Great place for my first job. All my co workers were pretty fire not gonna lie. Great work atmosphere.

I ordered 1 item, a chicken Mcmuffin. I waited 15 minutes and did not receive it, so I asked for a refund. Service was pathetic and poor. What was most frustrating was that there was twice as many employees compared to customers inside the restaurant. Don't come here if you only have 30 minutes to eat, it's not enough time.

Considering on how many people there were serving, inside and the drive thru, including all the food delivery folks.they did an amazing job. Fast service. I believe I saw a manager (grown adult) ;) on-site in the back helping and directing tbings as well. Tim Hortons should consider this as well! Lol

Very bad service. In the restaurant, it takes about 35 minutes to be served. I did not have a good experience. I will not go back there next time.

Went in for coffees and breakfast sandwiches for the crew. To my surprise, they were out of eggs. Had to settle for bagels with cream cheese. Oh, and they didn't have any donuts or cookies. Kinda whack McDicks.

Mes commentaires ont deux objectifs. D’abord, je suis d’avis que le nombre de sauces offertes avec les Mccroquettes est largement insuffisant et ne répond pas aux besoins de vos clients. Le ratio idéal est d’une sauce pour trois Mccroquettes. J’ai récemment commandé 10 Mccroquettes et j’ai demandé à obtenir trois sauces. Or, on m’a chargé 0,30$ pour la troisième sauce car vous n’en incluez que deux gratuitement pour une commande de 10 Mccroquettes, ce qui ne fait aucun sens à mon avis. J’ai décidé quand même de débourser cet extra car vos Mccroquettes ne sont pas aussi savoureuses sans sauce! Or, malgré que j’ai payé 0,30$ de plus pour obtenir une troisième sauce, l’employé affecté à ma commande en a inclut que deux. Vérifier la transaction 1LNCJG9M33 passée à 19h04 le 20 octobre 2021. J’ai donc dû manger trois Mccroquettes sans sauce et je peux vous dire que mon expérience fut plutôt négative. Le plus important message que j’aimerais livrer ici est de vous demander de changer cette pratique et augmenter le ratio de sauces par nombre de Mccroquettes. À ma connaissance, McDonald’s est la seule chaîne de restaurant qui charge ses clients pour des sauces additionnelles demandées en un nombre raisonnable (je n’ai pas demandé 10 sauces pour 10 Mccroquettes!). Et si vous n’acquiescez pas à ma demande, je vais continuer à débourser pour des sauces en extra car même si j’adore vos Mccroquettes, je n’en mangerais pas sans suffisamment de sauce aigre-douce car c’est le mariage parfait! Very very bad today Oct 23 on Friday at 1-2 Am, the staff was careless and weird, I was waiting for 52 minutes in the line drive-through.

Amazing experience considering how busy it was. The St. Jospeh location is closed for renovations so this mcdonalds is killing it!
Drive thru was full when we arrived, we kept moving and got out of there in like 5 minutes. No mistakes, very hot and well prepared

Cross contamination in food. Pieces of lettuce and onion on a no onion quarter pounder. Clearly their stations are a mess. Had to wait in a spot that you can't open doors to get out of they are so tight.for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Burger was ripped in two pieces. Pick a different McD's down the street if you can.

This mcdonalds is a dumpster fire. That is no exaggeration. They have a drive thru that causes traffic jams on innes.

Order from uber.wait 40 minutes. They tell me "the order got lost". The manager takes no responsibility. I show them the order.oops.god this place is TERRIBLE.

I often buy food from this location. My car battery died right at the drive through last night I could not shift to neutral and push the car out of drive way since there was no power. I had to wait for towing company to come and lift my car out of the drive way due to vey tight and bad spot. I thought staff and the manager will be unhappy and be mad since I got the drive through to shut down for few hours, on the contrary, most of the staff came out to help me and they made me feel calm and comfortable.they were so wonderful and so kind! I wanted to say to all the staff of this McDonald THANK YOU SO MUCH for being so caring and so kind! Their kindness to their costumer deserve 10 star for sure.

Great location. Service up to the mark. Clean. Lots of parking spots. Inside dining with the kids.

Atleast there milkshake machine worked when I went. Had my Big Mac meal and enjoyed it. No complaints.

I was treated so well, I had an oversized vehicle and was unable to go through drive thru. Inside was closed. I am starting a trip and needed my Green Tea. Explained my situation with the vehicle and they were more than willing to help me out. Excellent customer service. Very happy customer.

I never Mcloved wayne, i never mCloved drake. All my life man man duck sake this place makes my cheeks pread like nikkis rumors.

This place really lto ny chances of getting a beach bod and then left me soft served.i meaaan as long as they still makin' it and bakin' it im MC takin' it.

Simple 2-coffee, dine-in order at cashier. Giving a number, sat down, waited but no coffee arrived. Back up to cashier and told order forgotten, apology & order redone, sat again and waited.
Simple coffee order was delivered and again was wrong! Accepted it and remained quiet as I didn't want to go through the hassle again.
Maybe restaurant is under staffed, lack training, too much focus on drive-thru & order pickup/delivery but lacks service for dine-in customers.

I will start off by saying that I do not generally eat at McDonald's unless I'm starving and it's the only restaurant open mainly due to the following.
Here's my suggestion: Start training your employees better on how to properly put together a simple hamburger. Every single time I order a hamburger happy meal with extra pickles from McDonald's in Orleans ON on Innes Rd, the ketchup is slathered on, a teensy weensy drizzle of mustard is placed on one corner of the bun (literally maybe 1mm), a glob of onions are dumped haphazardly on another end of the burger, and one or, if I'm very fortunate, maybe two pathetically thinly sliced pickles are thrown on despite the the label on the wrapper very CLEARLY indicating my request for extra pickles. This is not just a one or two time occurrence but has happened every single time I have ordered a hamburger from McDonald's, particularly at this location. Frankly, the price of your food has increased exponentially over the years, whilst the size of the burgers has decreased and the quality has taken a nosedive. I am at the point where the only thing I will order from McDonald's in the future will be a McFlurry and only if I receive a coupon in the mail.

Almost always slow to the point of exhausting, if the line looks like it's not moving, that's because it's not.

One word to describe McDonald's: consistency. The food is always as they say it will be. A place to go when a quick lunch is the only solution.

Usually good service but tues June 29 2021 lady with a uk accent at drive-thru misunderstood and mixed up my order. Maybe she was newborn had a bad day.

Also for kids meals, yogurt should be optional. We always ask for it to be removed as its a waste but from location to location in Ontario we always receive it even when asking for it to be removed

Not sure what is wrong with this location but I NEVER get the right order. Some times it's a small mistake but other times they literally give you a whole other order. I'm not sure what's happening but avoid this location at all costs. Go to the one on st Joseph or the one inside Walmart. Not worth the hassle or waste of time!

One out two times I go to this location they always forget to give me something I paid for. Needless to say check your orders before leaving.

The restaurant is modern and typically clean, but they can't get an order correct to save their lives. I've started using a location farther from my house.

Ordered 4 meals, 2 made it. Half the order being 2 Happy meals were non existent. On Valentine's Day my kids wanted McDonald's. They placed bets on which items were missing this time. Quality control tag not check on bags. Bravo for this one guys.
Skip the dishes issued a refund but come on guys, you need to get it together. Shame on me for constantly going back but management needs to figure this out. Pathetic and almost comical.

100% failure rate in order fulfillment.
I'm tired of going back and calling to get what I paid for.

Paid for a Big Mac and got what I thought was a McChicken. Turns out when I bit in I realized it was an ultra spicy version. I live 20 minutes away so I just ate it but I did not enjoy my experience

Just had the best Big Mac I’ve had in 20 years. Perfectly stacked, lots of sauce, and fresh. Well done! Never thought I’d be this impressed by a Big Mac.

It was fine, busy time of the day. We had curbside pickup. The employee, a young guy, was pleasant which was nice considering it had to be one of the coldest nights so far this winter. Only thing, our food was kind of cold.
