I request to second window girl to take order i am truck driver I mentioned to her she checked with her manager and say you have to bring your car or truck to drive thru. It was 5 in the morning. Hilarious

Came at 3am was in the drive thru line for 40m then when I pulled up to the order screen they told me they was closed

Worst service and staff, food even not cooked well, bought a burger, the chicken inside had no sauce, cold bun, chicken was extremely oily and not cooked properly - just dipped in cold oil. Avoid this location ****

A nice and quiet place to enjoy a well priced burger and drink. It's clean and the staff is very helpful

The food is what you expect from McDonald's. The music is really loud though which didn't feel right but what do I know.

Got a McChicken and filet-o-fish meal. It was great. Service was fast and the ambience was great. Will come back for sure.

This McDonald's is the closest one to me unfortunately otherwise I wouldn't come here. If you order an egg Mc Muffin you get a sausage and egg mcmuffin. If you order a coffee it just sits up at the mobile pick up area bc the ppl up front are just standing around talking to each other and your stuck waiting at the your curbside spot for over 12 minutes. In the end you have to go in and pick it up but you got 3 kids so it utterly destroys the whole convenience of a mobile order. If you want a clean place to sit or to throw out your trash forget it. The customer service and cleanliness of this location is abysmal. The drive thru is always so slow too so don't count on that either.

McDonald’s is good for quick service and well trained, food is consistent. Love the nuggets, coffee and French fries. This location is not as crowded as others. It’s a pleasure to visit it again after a long while.

So even if there's a rush at the counter, and you ordered ahead, and selected which table you're sitting at, they will still think you have an order number and you will still have to wait for the rush to die down to find your food.

Then madam is gonna defend herself saying, "I walked around! " Sure. With the wrong information.

Terrible service and incompetent staff. Ordered to curbside pick up at spot #2 and waited over 20 minutes for 3 smoothies and 1 sundae. The staff did not Realize the order was curbside somehow and kept calling out the wrong number. After 20+ minutes I went inside to see the order sitting there. Everything was melted by then. Horrendous

Also, the meat in the burger was almost like cardboard.
I keep saying save the grease in warming trays so the meat can sit in it and stay juicy. Otherwise it's like leaving a burger in the oven all day on low heat.

This has to be the slowest McDonald's in the province. You can spend up to 30 minutes in the drive through of this place. They used to have good service, but it's fallen way off in the last 12 months.

Store isn't always the cleanest! Employees are not always service with a smile, Drive Thru is very busy at all hours of the day! Burgers are made messy! Id avoid and go to Wendy's!

Today had incident with one of the staff and her response in dealing with the situation was to say Go F.myself. What has businesses come to have employee swearing at customers.

We waited 30 minutes for our order and poor service. The sandwich wasn't prepared properly; the container for large fries- held about the same for the medium fries. They didn't pay attention for the happy meal order that our daughter was suppose to get. The manager is not professional and didn't apologize for making us wait for long. In short, we didn't enjoy our food. If you are looking to go eat in McDonald's, do not go in this area. Go find another location.

Worst customer service, slowest drive through. I try and avoid coming to this location because it’s that bad.

The worst drive thru I ever have, I was in queue for more than 20 minutes. It's better for them to shut down the drive thru. These mcdonald's worsting people valuable time. If I have 0 star I would put that for there drive thru service.

I got inside ordered 2 Big Mac. Was ready quick, went to my car ate them with my wife, they were the worst Mac we tried, it was cold and even the cheese wasn’t melted. I will never go there again

I'm only giving three stars because I want them to know that their service is slow, but the food quality is still excellent. My nephew enjoys the food I purchased for them at this particular McDonald's. I never got the opportunity to photograph it because I always run out of time when I visit this location. I'm hoping that by reading my evaluation, they'll be able to improve their slow service. I'm wishing for a better Mc Donald's service soon.

No point using the app to order ahead, you'll be waiting longer than if you did in person. Apparently it takes an extra 10 minutes to get an apple juice and latte.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too! I never write reviews, but had to because of the kind of treatment received. Ordered 10 McNuggets and picked up in Drive Thru but only got 9 pieces. Could have been an oversight once, but happens every single time! I called to speak to the manager and she hung up on me, when I call back, they are no longer picking up. Save your money and go somewhere else. Had a lot of similar experiences from this McDonald before, where add-ons are missing or you can a reduction in # of items purchased

Me and friends loved the customer service form the manager Mohammad. He's very kind and helpful going as far as bringing are dog water. We are grateful for his act of kindness. We will never forget this and we recommend everyone to go to this McDonald's.

This location has one of the most consistent drive through teams I have ever encountered at a McDonalds. Line ups happen.but they always seem to be ready once ordered and no further wait! I usually have a breakfast combo there once a week and they always deliver quality in short order. Nice work!

Mcdonalds is not like it was when I was a kid. Its just any other fast food restaurant. I asked the staff if they new grimmus or the hamburgler and they had no idea what I was talking about. Very sad. My wife and I had a laugh though.

First, ordered me extra one cup of iced coffee, and then forget one vanilla chai.dont go this McDonald, those Indian employees are very Unprofessional, I doubt very much whether they speak English or not. I am disappointed every time!

Curbside Pickup is incredibly slow. After twenty minutes of waiting and no sign of any employees attending to other customers waiting for curbside pickup, we left without our food. We have since contacted head office.

Reason I reviewed and given my feedback cause last few days the coffee (double double with sweetener) becomes very bad and tasteless. After taking or consumed little amount of coffee feel mouth and tongue are very unusual.

Employees didn’t care waited 20-25 mins for big mac burger. After telling them did they bring it out it was there ready for so long

TL;DR - Management blatantly lies to customers to cheat them of their money and to save a few bucks to not fix their own mistakes. Go to the Burger King just north of here or literally any other McDonalds location; this location does not deserve any of your hard earned money.

I've been going here for years and have constantly overlooked minor inconveniences over the years like certain toppings not being added to my order after I specified it but today broke the camels back.

Just today I ordered a double quarter pound maple burger and to my surprise only found 1 patty in my sandwich rather than 2. That's fine, mistakes happen so I decided to head back to the counter to let them know of their mistake so they could fix it.

When the employee went to go confirm with their manager on how to proceed, I could clearly hear them saying just to tell me that it the double burger only comes with a single patty. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and was shocked when the employee came back, looked me dead in the eye and lied to my face saying the single patty was correct (even though you can clearly see in the menu that you are paying an additional 2 dollars for an extra patty and slice of cheese) and was promptly turned away.

For anyone who had the patience to read this review, do not support this franchise. Its management lies to and cheats customers of their hard earned money just because it's convenient to correct their mistakes in order to provide you with the food you actually ordered.

If you are in the area looking for fast food I suggest you go one block north to the burger king (at Hurontario and Matheson) instead. If you must eat McDonalds I highly recommend you go to another location; a location such as this where you are lied to so blatantly does not deserve a dime from you.

I have always had good experience at this location. Food is hot and fresh. Drive through is fast.

The food was very fresh, the service was fast, even though there were tons of cars in front of us and the service was given is friendliness, professionalism and a smile.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Customer service is horrible, drive thru is always packed and the employees are standing around fiddling their thumbs. I went in to order and waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me at the counter although they were standing around looking at me as if I had already ordered. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS LIKE THE PLAUGE!

I've only ordered coffee from here twice. Both times a mocha and both times it was a good mocha. It's a nice and clean McDonald's and they seem to do things right. There really isn't much more to add to it. It's a McDonald's. They have all the normal stuff.

This location never fails to mess up your order. Every time I go here (drive thru) there’s always something missing from my order or the order was incorrectly made. It’s ridiculous how incoherent the person/people who pack the orders are.

I’ve ordered through the drive through 3 times last month consistently they have gotten my order wrong.

I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s if you have dietary restrictions.

Decent customer service, I could hear one of the managers speaking in foreign language. This is canada speak English, the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend this location!

They'll get your order right eventually. Just check your order before you leave. We're all human we make mistakes. I always ask to repeat my order. Transmit. Receive. Checksum. And I always double check the bag before I leave.

This location used to be terrible at getting drive through order correct, but they have been 100% perfect the last few times! Great job guys!
