Perfect date place!

Service is decent and there is lots of seating. It's also in a convenient place.

Went for breakfast. Interior was very clean. Food was perfect. Staff treated me really nicely and brought the food to my table. I'd definitely go back. Excellent service and atmosphere.

The food was expected and the place was clean. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude to the food delivery people who are also just doing their job. She knows better to treat people in the service industry with a certain level of respect. Friday Jan 12,6pm.

Needed to repeat a simple order that was clearly stated, and when coffee was picked up, both lids spilled contents.

This is why there was a minimum wage.
You are paying $15/hour for terrible service.

Today June 15 at 8 PM the Indian girl at the page told me shut up. It is very rude and I demand a refund it is one star is worse location Wasaga worst location, Toronto where is location GTA worst location in Ontario. Where is location in Canada where is location worldwide Also, the manager was being very rude. And she told her shut up. She has no good my friend no good just because we played some Arabic music and I think she is racist. Thanks I’ll have a great night. I went to Burger King instead.

This is the most perfunctory McDonald's I've ever seen, and even told me they were closed after placing an order online

Worst experience in the drive through. Don’t come here. I’ll drive out of my way to never come here again.

THEY NEED TO WORK ON EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING ENERGETIC NO MATTER WHAT TIME I GO THEY FORGET SOMETHING IN MY ORDER OR ITS NOT FRESH

Literally everytime I go to this location my orders are never done properly. Horrible management. Even worse staff. Don't go to this location. The location at clayhill is just 5mins away and have never had a bad experience there.

The Burnhamthorpe and Mavis location is a joke. I'm honestly surprised how nothing has changed. I'm sure nothing will just had to let off some steam.

Hey Mcdonalds, I ain’t lovin’ it no more.
Your fries feel friendly, your workers do not.
They perform badly, I want to ignore.
They are slow; didn’t give a second thought.

At the times after I purchase some food,
Waiting so long I start to sing a tune.
God, will that start to shake up my bad mood?
It feels like my hair’s going grey too soon.

To make matters worse, you don’t even care!
Standing, chatting, laughing, like you’re the king.
Walk in the door, act like I’m not even there.
Next time I come, patience is all I need bring.

I waited 15 min drive thru. So slow… everytym i get there everytym i got late from work. Drive thru means be quick we r going to work. We need something quickly. Moreover i ordered double double but they gave me black coffee. Also when i was taking my order the guy was cleaning the glass instead of focusing my order. I had headache and i badly want a coffee. I said its ok i will go late at work but i need my coffee for sure but they gave me black. Cmon guys think about the time of customers. I think u have lack of employees.

Misleading advertising (2 extra value meal burrito, shows 2 hash browns got 1), french vanilla Latte does it come with sugar or not? Display says sugar free, employee says its already sweetened. When requesting sugar packs for regular latte they do not stir it. Apple pies 8/10 orders are dry like rubber or burned, and they were meant to be the best, at least they were in the past. Fries are always a hit or miss. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff but after ordering from the drive through we were in line for soo long. No movement

This McDonald's has forgotten or mixed up a number of orders. We don't usually ask for modifiers but they have forgotten things like hash browns and salsa packets, or have gotten drink orders wrong. Otherwise the food is generally consistently good, albeit messy from being slapped together quickly.

Drive thru is terrible. Waited as 4 other cars were served in the other drive thru window before me and was told to wait by the staff member. Not even an apology when I asked what is taking so long. Ended up leaving without ordering.

The drive thru takes an hour long and when you get there they don't have some of the menu items. Every few months the item people like they don't have it anymore because it either changed or they just don't care. Avoid this location.

We ordered 2 hot chocolate via drive through, waited half an hour for only 3 cars in front of me. Arrived at the window and the staff were joking around and I get it, its night time and you wanted to have fun.however they also did managed to somehow messed up my only 2 order, you can have as much fun as you want but please atleast make sure your customer's order is done correctly.

This location has been in my neighbourhood since before I can remember. Always. Always. Always. Always check your order before leaving the drive thru window. I could put good money down that they either didn't put something in or screwed it up completely.

This branch at Willmott Martketplace needs to pay attention to their work. On 3 visits in a row around 12: 45pm to 3: 30pm each, they messed up our simple order. Hands down the other McDonald's at James Snow Parkway is way better!

Always fast, seldom friendly, but no matter which one you go to a Mcdouble is always going to be the ssme

Updated from year ago when all they had to worry about was slow service.

Went to the drive thru today for 3 iced coffee and sall fries. The rudest employees ever must of been on duty today. From the girl taking orders to one making the drinks and not even bothering to look at you while she hands you your order. The rudest staff ever!

Don't know why I keep going to this location. They never get it right ordered a Happy meal cheeseburger just cheese and nothing else on the burger.loaded with stuff and went to the garbage. Nuggets only got 5 and sweet n sour sauce got bbq instead poor granddaughter was not happy. Our meal was overloaded with sauce gross.
Want a job can't do it right stay the F home. $50 bucks down the drain.

Good location, just off highway and close to other cultural dishes, VN, Japanese, Canada, Chinese, Middle East.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Consistently the most atrocious customer service. Every. Single. Time. They open the window, shove my bag of food at me, walk away, get my drink and shove that at me and close the window. My smoothie is wrong 8/10 times. The whole staff needs to be trained on customer service.

If I could give -100, i would give to this branch. Rude staff as if they are giving for free, no courtesy, ill mannered. Unfortunately its near my house so have to go there often because of kids but never had a good experience from ordering to picking my order. Worst branch ever. If you could avoid it, that’s best for you

Store is horrible, service team is rude, and have no customer service skills at all. Food is never fresh and when I do go they always forget something or messed up the order.
GET NEW STAFF AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY!

The drive through can get really busy. So busy that you're waiting in line on wolfedale. But good service and good food just like the way it's supposed to be!

I ordered two bagels with cream cheese hard as rock and very very little cream cheese

Horrible customer service. We waited for our order for half an hour and they mixed our entire order. Didn't get a single burger right after we repeated it 3 times.

I think the night shift staff needs to drink Red Bull or something. I had to go back through the drive through because the fries had no salt, they were cold, and there was no straw in the bag for my drink. The worst part is they didn't put salt on the 2nd order of fries either, not to mention they tasted awful. They either haven't changed the oil since last year or they're using motor oil because I ended up giving the fries to the birds.

Love love love their coffee and fruit n' fibre muffins! Actually, I love everything about McDonald's! They've improved significantly over the years and I think that's why they have such a loyal following and attracting new customers!

Most of the time of the time I go here, they forget something. And the coffee is not consistent. But I go here because it is close to where I live. However. The staff is friendly and quick service.

My go to fast food. Most locations provide excellent customer service by replacing your order if anything has been accidently made and meals are cheap, filling and tasty.

Inconsistent service in terms of the quality of fries that they provide - sometimes they're made well and sometimes they're not. Would also prefer all of their employees to wear gloves, saw people handling food not wearing gloves.

Only one option for vegetarians at this outlet. The “no meat” burger had only a cheese slice, lettuce leaves and tomato slices. No patty at all. Not worth the amount charged. Fries were good though.

I just ordered from them on uber eats and the always screw up my order. How hard is it to get things right, I had ordered a happy meal with apple slices and a 10 piece mcnuggets combo with medium fries and a medium drink no ice. When I got the order I got a large drink with ice, 10 mcnuggets with no medium fries and no apple slices just small fries and a hamburger. Seriously I dont get how every time I order from this location something goes wrong and they get small and large things wrong each and every time. Its not hard to follow the order and to pay attention. I get that it gets busy but would it hurt to double check what the order is before and after it goes out. Its like the employees who work here dont care at all about doing a good job at all very disappointing.

I'm not a fastfood person, but sometimes in life you have to have it.this McDonald is located in almost heart of Mississauga and to compete with Burger King and Harvey in the same area, and they do in very sufficient way.
