It's a typical MCdonalds, long drive through lines, so if you don't mind overpaying for awful cheap food knock your self out, McDonald's has lost its way, it's only appeal was value, that's gone now.

One of the worst McDonald’s i ever visit. Indian manager here, she is so rude. Don’t know how to talk to a customer. Always shows attitude towards delivery drivers.

If i could give a -1 I would cause this McDonalds in particular is just something else. If you want your food cold, missing, or just made wrong then come here 100% I genuinely think they have some kindergarden kids running the show because this McDonalds is just the absolute worst. I can literally put money on my order being wrong everytime I go here. Just please go to any other location if you wanna avoid the headache.

Super slow drive thru service you have to wait 1 hour for the line to advance I don’t understand why they put it 24 hours if they don’t want to work

Worst location, I waited in line for 25mins in drive thru.when I got to the order window they ask me to hold for 10mins. I order ice cream and they said they don't serve ice this late. When I told them are you kidding me. They then said well we just don't have then.

35mins of wasted time.

Payment machine wasn't working people waiting in line upon thier turn they cam to know only cash payment machines aren't working

Unfortunately, dispensers are being neglected. Lack of supplies as ketchup, and coffee stir sticks.

Open “24/7” but drove there for my coffee and told it’s closed because they’re changing to breakfast. Always a line and never worth the wait. Don’t waste your time going there

No changing station with this big store! Just wow … keeps big board of having play area

Terrible customer service and support, no one picks up the phone and the service is extremely slow. Very rude employees, shut this mcdonalds down!

I went their today the larger African manager is nasty she pick her nose and hand me my food I asked her for fresh food she then said no very rudely and didn’t satisfy my service at all I’ll leave another review with her name so you guys can all be aware of ms nose picking manager

Didn't even want to give this location a star but my tea at least was warm, my husband's coffee was cold. Very disappointed and didn't report at restaurant as we went through the drive thru and by the time he took his first sip we'd turned out of the lot into street traffic. $2 wasn't worth turning back for even if for the principal of it.

Just too busy, and it's like a death trap trying to get out of the restaurant. But it's McDonald's, it all tastes the same.

There is no option for less than 1 star otherwise i will give that. Very rude staff (PRABHA) on drive through. She dont even know how to talk to the customers. Totally unsatisfied with the service.
Will never come back here and never recomend anyone to come here.

I was ordering fries cause I was hungry and when I got the fries the lady dumped them I was so mad I wanted to yell and it was also embarrassing I promised I would never go to this location ever again Haven't been there since.

I ordered 5 items at this location, but i just got 5 and they provided me crispy chicken but i ordered grilled chiken wrap. Not satisfied

Absolutely ridiculous wait times both drive through and inside. It was faster for me to drive to the other location, get my food and drive back past this location. And this isn't the first time like this. I figured the last time was just an off night but tonight has made me determined that this is a common occurrence

Worst mcdonald i have ever seen. Their staff has no sense how to talk with customers and delivery driver. They just show their attitude. Their is a one lady who is always in bad mood and talk rude with delivery drivers she doesn’t know how to deal with delivery drivers and no words for their wait time its worst.

It's 3am, why can't I get a big mac? Why are you switching to the breakfast menu when it's not even breakfast time?

Drive thru attendants give attitude when confused by what it is your asking for or when they cannot hear you placing your order.

The most rude experience I've ever had the cashier couldn't hear me first of all second of all I try not to say anything question and she just disregarded it. Thirdly I go to the pickup window and I forgot to order apple pies with my meal she can't do it up again we're ready at the window. So annoying

I went through the drive thru to get a coffee and muffin. It was busy and in line for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Arrived at windows, the staff were very nice and friendly.

This is one of the slowest mcds ever. Saw people waiting for 20 minutes at the drive thru. Only one side seemed to be taking orders. Order thru the app. Much faster

Food was usual quality. My concern is the dreadful customer service: they allow food delivery drivers to park next to the door and in the no parking zone along the fence, which blocks the incoming driveway and forces both incoming and outgoing traffic to squeeze through a narrow space barely one lane wide.

I called the restaurant and the snot-faced kid who answered hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone afterward - could not leave a message because the voicemail was full.

Absolutely dreadful! Next time, I'll just call the cops.

One of the supervisor ok shift is very rude. They need to be able to handle to customer issues. Walked away when I tried to explain to her about my coffee. Her name is Sue if I heard right.

Every time I've come to this McDonald's location, they never have your food ready at the drive thru window and they are you wait at one of the pickup spots. Very slow service. Will be avoiding this location in the future

Interior service was slow. My iced coffee had no ice in it and was barely even cool. Food was subpar compared to other locations and their music choice was horrendous. They play 60's music and it's loud and extremely annoying, I feel bad for the employees.

Food was tasty n hot. But took sooooo long, was thrown into the bag partially wrapped cheated out of full fry containers and only a few bag fries. Lots of staff and no organization from a manager or crew chief. They were slammed but it's a hospitality job, so don't be rude on top of bats*@#t crazy!

They try but always get my order wrong. I'm lucky if they get my order right. Sausagw griddle combo with a orange pekoe tea double double (medium) that comes with the combo. Food is great though.

Place takes a ridiculously long time to prepare your food and now the restaurant is only drive thru after 1 am which is bs and it also is supposed to stop lunch at 4 am but does at 3 am instead

They were backed up but handled it well. Almost got my order right
When I asked questions the employee seemed to know what he was talking about.

Was charged $6 for one vanilla cone. Dont want to go back but I have no clue how does that work. Please be careful while paying. Didnt realize until I came home and saw the credit card.

Super fast service curb pic up, poutine is ok, and McDonald is a fast and affordable place to eat

Staff is polite.service is fast! Ice cream is surprisingly avialble most of times unlike other mcds.

Terrible the order taker needs more training and the food took about 30 mins to get and they ran out of food

I was going for a walk around night time today with my family even though we had a car. Then, we tried to buy food through their app but they were close for in person pick up. I tried to talk one of their employee a black lady came to window to talk to me but she was rude and didn’t know how to treat a customer. I asked her to call the supervisor. Then, her supervisor came to the window to talk to me but she was more annoying than her employee she closed the window before we finish the conversation and didn’t even talk to me professionally. She treated me like we were broke that was why we came there by walk.she is so dumb. I hope someday she will lose her job for this attitude

This location is always busy. Traffic on QUEEN is bad, so good luck trying to make a left outta there.

The managers just don't want to hire extra staff, orders are almost always slow. The only McDonald fast food restaurant to offer slow food

Very good service but its little rush as its on Queens neighbored with busy business centers. All are available here. I find best coffee here to enjoy.

Coupon on the app wouldn't open and I was trying to explain it to the manager but they were keep repeating we can't help you and refused to solve my concerns I had to pay full price for it

How is this place so terrible at night. I come off of work and grab some late night food and the line up is always 30mins plus. My order is messed up every time and I have to go through AGAIN because they "don't serve walk up to the window". The store is not even open to walk in to complain. Terrible. Hopefully I learn from the third time
