Staff was abusing in Hindi, thinking that all the customers are English talking customers it’s not a place to sit and have food. I came with my wife and we were so disappointed with this.

I usually ordered from that location, but at that place the service is too bad because most time they don’t accept debits or credit, they asked me cash so many times I didn’t buy, because I don’t have cash so am not happy that service mostly time night time so. Am excited.

This location is single handedly saving the rain forest. Been here several times this month drive thru of course. Let me tell you if you recieve a single napkin ever with your order please go buy a lottery ticket because you my friend are the luckiest person ever because that never happens here unless you get out of your car and go inside to grab one yourself. I don't know when drive thrus changed and became a place where you must request napkins in order to get some with your order I mean especially if you can't even go inside because it's too late

I come to this Mcdonald’s whenever i’m in the area. They’re always out of stuff such as ice cream + chicken nuggets

Avoid this mcdonsalds at all costs. This place is consistently dirty like. SO DIRTY.
My vote for worst mcd in the city.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SPENT 45 MINS IN THE DRIVE THRU AT 12.30 IN THE NIGHT. AND THE FOOD WE GOT WAS LUKEWARM.

I feel it's time I leave a review after years of frequently visiting this location. In the morning there is a younger girl who works the front counter and she is extremely rude to customers. On several occasions just drops order of the front counter walks away and leaves people guessing who's order is who's. Next let's get the the afternoon. I walked into a nearly empty restaurant and people were socializing but as per the photos I took not only was the dining room a disaster they had a whole box of chicken nuggets sitting ON THE FLOOR outside of the freezer. I worked at a busy McDonald's as a teenager and I never took this little care of my workspace. The crazy thing is if you visit you will experience this kind of service at some point. I will be switching to the tin Hortons going forward I refuse to pay my money so that it pays people with horrible work ethic and no care for sanitary restaurant standards.

We've been to a few other locations in our area, and have been disappointed by each for varying reasons. This one was clean, friendly and organized. It seemed that they were training new staff as well, but each trainee was supervised as they worked and the taking and processing of customer orders continued normally throughout the process. There were available, clean tables and a few other customers enjoying their meals as well.
We were also pleasantly surprised that their ice cream machine was working, although they had to check first.

Always great! The customer service is always on point! Drive in is a pain. Parking is too tight

Parking area is somewhat tight, and the drive-thru can be surprisingly long at rush hour (extending a good ways into the small street nearby). Otherwise it is not an issue getting to this store.

Staff are very friendly. Have not had any bad experiences with them yet. There are kiosks available here as well.

Food is of good quality. Seemed standard for McDonald's food. Wait time for food has not ever been very long. Have not had any bad reaction to the coffee here, which I have had at other stores with McDonald's coffee.

Would overall recommend this location.

They served us frozen hotcakes for breakfast and then the manager gave the hot hotcakes to the people in the drive thru before dealing with me. They are always getting something wrong at this location

Always ask for a receipt, and if you use the drive-thru, don't drive away until you know you have all the things you ordered. Have had things missing from my order multiple times. A shame because I live nearby and I can't bring myself to come back to this place even though we rarely have McDonald's.

They couldn't get a medium black coffee with 2 sugars right, waited 8 mins in the drivetru for that, never going to that one again, it's run by pre-schoolers

The person who took my order messed up not only once but twice. I mentioned her specifically that she gave my order wrong and she replaced it with WRONG item again (along with an attitude as she is giving it for free)

It’s a McDonald’s, so no surprises there. But it’s worth noting a few things. This location has a *very* busy drive-through; sometimes the line of cars stretches out of the parking lot and down the road for a block! But no matter how busy the drive-through, there’s never a full parking lot and rarely more than two customers inside the store. So do yourself a favour: use their mobile app to pre-order and park in one of the designated spots - they’ll bring your order to you and it’s *way* faster. Even if you don’t pre-order, skip the lineup, park in the parking lot and go in to order. Again, *so* much faster than the drive-through! Four out of five stars because McD’s is just too expensive now.

Went through drive thru, and they recapped my order twice which I thought was perfect to ensure accuracy of my order, received my food all fresh and hot, also got smoothies for me and my co workers first time having one and it was delicious. Excellent location and no concerns to comment on

This location not that great I have been here two times, once I saw the line for drive threw and left to long, second time the same thing but I said let's see how long it will take and let me say tarrable way too long of a wait, I lined up at 1030 pm took my order at 1044pm got my order at 1055 pm 25 mins form start to finish and after I got my order no communication with the employee at the end I was not happy after that everybody waiting that long should be told sorry for the long wait, small parking lot and there were cars parked in the reserve spots for curbside pickup with no one inside, I do not recommend coming here and I will not be coming back anytime soon, employees need to be trained to know that this is a fast service franchise that's why it is called fast food.

There should be separate area for couriers even after 8pm because there is always huge line up in the drive thru.so couriers have to be in the line up even for 30 minutes sometimes which is base for negative ratings of couriers.plz work on it

Ordered a medium black coffee, received coffee with milk and sugar. One car in front of me and nobody else behind me so NOT busy. I believe my complicated order of one black coffee confused the geniuses that they work there.

Everytime I come here i gets worse. I seen today the girl sweeping with no gloves and then goes to the back and started touching things. Don't eat from here I canceled my order and left its disgusting here. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE

The location and the business hour is perfect for me and all the staffs at this store I've been encounter are very nice.

This location is repeatedly terrible doubling my sandwich or combo order and when I ask for my order to be fixed I get hit with "Food is already made". As if taking 3 dollars out of the cashier and removing 1 piece of meat to make my double quarter pounder BLT to normal quarter pounder BLT is some how above them. I live in the area so I guess I'll just hit up Burger King from now on. I'm sick of the repeated difficulty working with incompetent employees that work at this Dufferin location.

I went today to order something so simple. I told the person that I had two coupons and she said i got to paid two bill. I said ok when I came up in the drive thru to pay she only charge me for one bill and didn't response to my other bill.they missed up my order.never ever come back here.the worst service in toronto.big let down.

Great service and friendly staff gets yiu going for the day. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pandemic regulations in place for a quick and efficient visit.

Waited an awfully long time for a medium ice frappe drink & an ice cream cone (almost (5) mins for the drink; another (10) + for the cone)

I have never had to deal with a manager so rude with such a negative attitude. It was if myself and the other customers that he was taking the orders from were a inconvenience to him. A old lady came in and asked if he could break a $5 bill to take the bus his response was extremely rude and reluctant to do it. That type of service let alone from a manager, is unacceptable.

Been there 6 times and never got a correct order. Sometimes they over charge then and don't know how to refund money. Avoid this scam!

I don’t recomend this place last night i arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they didn’t want to serve me she said go to the drive through and i wasn’t driving and i travelled so long to go back home empty and there is other days you have to wait so long for your order smh.

If you want your drive thru order messed up.
This is the location to visit.
And if you want a problem just go in and deal with the rude management.

Great ice coffee if you like a tablespoon of used coffee grounds at the bottom of your cup. I had to cast it aside, much like I will be doing with this awful McDonald's.

The patties were so juicy and delicious.the cheese on the cheeseburgers made my mouth water and I almost had a seizure.the creamy McFlurry was so creamy it brought back happy cherishing moments from my childhood, hands down 5 stars! I will be back for breakfast first thing tomorrow morning

I never felt compelled to write a review about a single McDonald's location. Until I moved close to this one. Not only does this place routinely forget to give you the sauce you need, like the BBQ sauce for your nuggets, or the tartar sauce for your fish & chips (remember that?), but today they didn't even put the middle layer of bun in for my Big Mac. It's not a big deal but this place is always forgetting something. This is the kind of place where you shouldn't leave until you've counted your McNuggets.

I ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets. When I opened it at home it was only chips and yogurt and they didn't put nuggets. Sooooo irresponsible. They don't answer the phone either

THIS MCDONALDS IS THE WORST AND THE DRIVE THROUGH TAKE OVER 30 MINUTES AT TIME. ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANG OUT BY THE BACK DOOR WHILE THERE IS A HUGE LINE AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER ICE CREAM THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN.i DONT THINK THE MACHINE IS BROKEN I KNOW NO ONE WANTS TO FILL IT UP WITH ICE CREAM BECAUSE ITS MORE WORK FOR THEM. Clean location, standard McDonald's. Fast in the drive thru but you often pay for this with incorrect orders. Not friendly staff but reliably good food and admirable covid precautions

At the moment you enter this place the personel give you a good feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a kind place to to go out with buddies or with your date.very good food, professional chief cook and stuff, modest cost and professional service. Highly recommended.

Every freaking time I order in Uber eat, the fries are always freaking cold, you call them and they don’t pick! Straight static noise

Always out of ice cream.very frustrating when ordering on the app, waiting in the drive thru line and then finding out they dont have what you ordered. Happened at least 3 times.
