I don't understand why it's so difficult to make an iced coffee. "Sub milk" doesn't mean "nearly all milk and ice with the slightest hint of coffee grinds".

This is the second time this month I've received this undrinkable beverage. Directly into the garbage it goes. Again.

This was my location of choice due to its proximity to the highway, but not anymore.

We like this location because the staff is very friendly. We love McDonald's mcflurry, we tried all flavors and all are good. They are easy to locate/find with so many locations. Love it

Need more employees like Dom. Happy smile great personality! He should be training employees! ’

Consistency is the best part of McDonald's - you KNOW what you are getting no matter how many times you go back, or if you haven't been back in a while. It's like a hug of home.

Not really impressed with service. They take my order then ask me to wait for them to bring it out to me and they still get my order incorrect. Ridiculous that this is the level of service we have become use to.

Every time i have fries from this McD's they are under cooked pail in colour & soggy. Tried several times with the same issue. A&W is across the road, they cook fries crispy.

This is one of those McDonald's that gives priority to the drive thru and ignores the inside customers. To avoid the big drive thru queue I went inside to order - what a mistake. Depsite there being loads of staff inside, everyone was ignoring the front counter and paying attention only to the drive thru. I and other inside customers waited patiently in queue until finally someone walked up to the front and asked to be served. Lesson learned - stay in your car and wait out the drive thru.

Went on a Saturday night. Service was bit slow on drive through. Not all menu option is available. Otherwise it's just another MacDonald

Why does it take 25minutes to get a mcdouble meal and chicken nuggets kid meal?

Everytime I come here it's over a 15min wait for food. And either my burger is cold and fries are hot. Or my fries are ice and my burger is hot.

I tried giving you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe your staff was having an off day. But 5 visits in a row being negative throughout a month, is a pattern.

I wasn't even there at busy times!

Unhappy today they gave me a coldest Coffee and a cool breakfast sandwich, they should thow out there Coffee after 20 minutes like tim Horton, please McDonald's I paid for it, it not free and they charged me the one I didn't ordered it I just know until I left

I know its a joke about the ice cream machines not working. But come on its summer drink days you have slushie and frappe advertisements all over your parking lot and signage. Its been a week of attempting to get one 3 different days and it doesn’t work. If you can’t provide a service don’t advertise that you can. Your location is a joke.

We have a very disappointed child here. Just got back from picking up our order and there were no fries in her kids meal. The last time we got the kids meal they neglected to add the sauce for her chicken nuggets. Very disappointed in the service here.

0 stars this place is horrible expect to be charged extra for things they make up and won't fix! Also they only fill your fries half full when you drive through. This location gives the mcdonalds brand a BAD NAME!

I really tried giving this franchise a chance (for months) but every order and quality of food is not consistent throughout the week or time of the day. There is always something missing. The priority of getting the food out is the window is much higher than getting it right. The service at the window is very poor despite being polite with employees and you can’t say anything because unfortunately no one is approachable. There’s no eye contact and very sassy exchanges with the customer. I really hope there is a change in leadership so employees can work with a little more excellence.

This location is so poorly run between waiting in the drive through and being told to park as wait for the rest of the order it took 30 minutes and our food was cold,
If I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes I’d go to any other restaurant, I go to McDonalds because it’s supposed to be quick.
They’re usually out of the things I order, apple pie, hash browns, danish, poutine.
I just don’t understand why a location in a small town can’t seem to get it together when there are locations in cities with 10 times the volume of customers that get you your food in 5 minutes?
I just don’t get it

Fries are normally not salted from personal experience and waited at the first speaker for a few minutes before being told to go to the second speaker. Line moves at a decent pace but depends on what time you visit.

I like the place, one of the McDonald I got my order always right because how many times I order in different location always not right or something missing like no straw, no ketchup, no patties on your burger. Or 1 order missing so frustrating.

As usual the line was a mile long and there were cars pulled over waiting for their food. When I finally got my order the large sized fries I had order was only half full and cold.

Just went through the drive-thru and ordered a LG coffee two cream two sweetener and two sweetener on the side. Went to pay and girl asked if it was the two 3x3? I corrected her and I received a LG.black coffee. Parked and went in and asked the girl to fix it to the right order please and she gave me a dirty look and went and got my new coffee. Then I had to ask once again for sweetener on the side. Now sitting in my car with a LG coffee with cream, no sweetener in it. A&W here I come.

2nd visit in two years.both resulted in a complete botch of my order. Not sure why this specific McDonalds always screws orders up but god only knows.

My quarter pounder had 1 pickle and no bacon when I ordered cheese and bacon. Our order came to 18. We ordered a quarter pounder combo and a mc chicken. Never again. The person at the register was rude and impatient. I worked at wendys 20 years ago. When I was working at the food station I would make the burger or whatever the way I would like it. We got slop for big bucks.

I used to prefer to stop at this particular MacD's because the food was warm, the staff were competent and friendly & the drive through was efficient. Well. I went there last night & thought it would be super fast cuz only one car ahead of me. I was wrong. Almost 20 minutes behind one f' n truck! So I'm in a hurry to get outta there with my food but down the street I realize, they forgot to give me a straw, the food was cold & fries were only half full. I went back to complain to the manager who explained that the fries are done by weight. Really!? I replied, it seems more like your counting them individually bc it was literally half full. If that's how it's going to be you can count me out along with anyone else I tell this story to. Maybe I'll see what this health food fad is all about. Lol

Worst customer service. Went through drive through, paid with my credit card, the girl inside didn’t even acknowledge if it went through. She just closed the window. Went to the next window to pick up my order and the same thing, was given my order and the window was just shut after she handed it to me. Horrible

Fillet-o-fish was cold and the amount of fries in the Med was less than you'd get in a Small. Not happy with the service att this location

Generally I like McDonalds. I visit this specific McDonalds occasionally on my way through Beamsville. My last experience, I went through the drive through. I ordered a McChicken with extra sauce.

When I got to the window I was asked to pull ahead and wait in one of the numbered spots. I though no big deal, it's usually only a few minutes.

After a 10 minute wait I relented and went into the store to pick up myu order. I have no idea how long it was waiting at the counter for someone to bring it out.

What I received was a dried out piece of crunchy chicken, lettuce, the regular amount of sauce with no bottom bun. How can you forget the bottom bun. And to top it all off, it was cold, my fries were cold and my son's order was also cold. A complete waste of about $25. If zero stars were an option, they would get zero.

Everytime I visit this location the wait inside is 10 minutes or more to be served. The young man working is very pleasant and apologized. Waited then another 10 minutes for a coffee and a smoothie. All focus at this location is drive thru and it is unacceptable to those who take the time to come in to the location

Are you guys ever going to fix the door to the washroom stall in the men's washroom? First it was extremely hard to open now there's no lock on the door and the other one is permanently locked! Like seriously!
