My recent visits to the McD in Bramalea city center's food court have been disheartening.
As an uber driver, I frequently visit this location during evening hours. The employees consistently provide rude and inconsiderate service, making me feel invisible. This disappointing experience affects my motivation and satisfaction with the brand.

This is conveniently located by the parking entrance. Though, the close P1 slots fill quickly, but P2 slots are generally empty. It is part of the smaller food court, and that means when it is busy, there is little room to order. The food and service were as expected, but I prefer eating in the larger food court.

Stout lady cashier to the far right was quite rude. 'Was just ordering a drink and she was shouting. I also worked as a crew member a few years back. First time to experience such. Won't come back. Zero stars

I ordered 3 mc chicken today and asked to add cheese in 2 of them. What they did they added cheese in all the 3 burgers without mayonnaise and cabbage. I asked to add cheese not to add only cheese. It was written on bill only cheese. This didn’t happened for the first time every time I’m disappointed with the staff for this. The order was takeout so I can’t do anything in that too.

Manager with purple hair so friendly i wish i caught her name, and raheem is also the best. Always hot food and so delicious mmmmmm

Employees need to learn nobody is forcing them to come to work. If they don’t like their job don’t work. Stay home rather than showing attitude at work to delivery drivers. Every single employee here with no Etiquettes.

Very busy location being separated by the other side of the food court. The speed of Service isn't the greatest, the food quality is pretty good. Only thing is how busy it is and enjoyed the dining area of the mall atmosphere.

Mall wasn't too bad staff servicing could use some work as well as food quality dont know bout anyone else but i dont pay almost $20 for a cold burger and fries

NEVER AGAIN.

Placed an order for a Big Mac combo and an XL coffee. The drinks were given to me and I was told the food was still coming. I waited and some people who came after me got their orders and left, ok maybe they had small orders.another patron asked how long I had been there. I looked at my watch and realized it was almost 25 minutes. He was also waiting after getting his drinks. I approached the manager to see what was happening and was told they didn't see my order on the screen so I must have recieved it already. I assured her that that was not the case and showed my receipt. Long story it took 10 more minutes to get my order and I only got a half hearted "Sorry"
Never Ever again will I buy anything at this location!

Service is pretty fast (as expected from a fast food joint) few of the items from the menu are sometimes missing, other then that it's your typical McDonald's.

One of the slowest McDonald's locations I've been to. Needs more employees to manage the number of customers.

Really great experience, on Saturday Sherise had great customer service and she was really patient

Slow service. A bunch of kids working not getting much done. Long line - food was cold when we sat down.

Service has always been upsetting, coming from someone who works in fast food. They easily get frustrated with customers when busy. I highly suggest mobile ordering to help skip the big line.

I wish they could bring back mystery shoppers, the integrity to the Franchise. The employees have to care. You can order fries and wait 15 to 20 minutes. What happened to prioritizing orders. Waited almost 30 minutes to find out that they are just making my order ‍️‍️‍️. Some kf the staff at this location are unapologetic and just vile. Why hire staff who do not want to work and cannot keep track of their orders nor will they not apologize for making customers wait because they are disorganized.

Got to the city centre at 7.55 pm mall was closing in 5 min.the lady working did not have to take my order.they were cleaning up to close.she said np I will take your order with a smile.thank you.

I can’t believe someone can be at this level of rude when you didn’t even say anything. If you do not like this job just quit but don’t ruin someone’s day Please. I believe it is the manager of the shift whom nobody seems to be liking and yelling at every employee including customers. I wonder how she got this position. Whatever i just wanted to give a heads up to people who are planning to eat there.

Maybe because it was the end of the day.but i asked for a hamburger meal with ketchup only.got hamburger with everything and the ticket said extra ketchup.and fries were cold.ughhhh and i was already gone when i realised

The whole staff is not wearing gloves. The casheir was having airpods on. In this pandemic time no precautions are taken at the store.

The manager working on Feb. 9.2020 in the morning is really rude and in my opinion should be fired. Gave me my coffee and juice with an attitude.

Did not get the right order. Also were taking to long to make when there was no russ becuse they were talking to much back there.when i ordered large fries they were not filled to the top.
