Their staff is lazy and incompetent and the food they offer is borderline dangerous and poses health risks. You have a chance of getting sick consuming their food. I have had 3 bad experiences with this location in a span of a year and a half. This is one of the worst operating McDonalds in the city of Hamilton. I recommend going to the A&W or Wendys within that area.
1st time - I got food poisoning and was sick for 3 days. Didn't go back for over a year.
2nd time - They lied and said the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We all know that excuse. They're too lazy to make ice cream and clean the machine for a second time. This is also during the summer mind you when they advertise their ice cream as a featured item.
3rd time - I ordered ubereats and I had a sandwich missing from the sealed bag. Either they are incompetent and can not fulfill my order correctly or they pocketed the sandwich on purpose. Unless I drive to the store or call the store, not much can be resolved because Ubereats blames the store and doesn't help with the issue either.
Not to mention the place is always messy with trash everywhere. The tables are always filthy. Every time i walk in there I feel like their is not a clean place to sit down and eat food. I do not know who is opperating this location but they should look into a different industry.
Confused staff makes things really hard. What happened to "free smiles? " Lucky if my order is right, with a heaping side of attitude and a pinch of ignorance. Stupid 2 inch fake nails with sparkling nail polish is a BIG no-no in the food industry. The taste of your Nivia hand cream on the lid of my coffee is also a BIG problem. Also wondering why there is no accessable garbage cans at drive through? Oh well pick it up from the parking lot then

Worst experience of my life at this location of McDonald's, my God the worst customer service no ethics and no time management, ordered a mc flurry kit Kat via drive through at 11: 40pm, 2 cars ahead of ours, took 20 min to reach the window, upon reaching no one was coming to the window had to horn twice and upon asking they say ohh u want to order? Like what? I already ordered 20 ago n u don't have my order, when I tell them that your service is really poor the girl said to me ohh yea it's always like this at night, still I waited n nothing for 5 more min and then boom it was too much I just left without my order as my baby was crying in the back seat, pathetic service really annoyed, u have lost 1 customer today, never ever going to this location again. PERIOD!
I can't believe how fast this location is going downhill. We were there on the weekend and there were dozens of flies zooming around and we couldn't see a single UV fly trap lamp or any form of traps. I get restaurants can't eliminate flies altogether but it was excessive and it turned my stomach. It's bad enough service has plummeted but now, they no longer care about cleanliness?
Have been give the wrong menu items numerous times. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER (unwrap to make sure it’s right). If you go here for drive through or curb side scrutinize your order before you leave!
This location continues to disappoint. I've given up hope that management will improve things. How bad could it be you say? Missing items from your order, items not available from the menu, cashier giving attitude (Cashier proceeds to ask me how much change I handed over for two icecream cones. When I suggested he'll have to count the change himself he was annoyed bahaha. What cashier has an attitude about counting change.it's literally your job), slow drive thru.you name it. Just save yourself the disappointment and drive to another location.
Wish I could give no stars.come home open the bag and its all cold.i asked for cheese, no cheese. I asked for coke no ice, I got like a sprite/nestea mix as if the people working on drive thru were trying to troll me. Unbelievable and no professionalism
In drive thru Order a breakfast sandwich currently still waiting for it. Its been 10 minutes and still nothing while everyone else behind me with their sandwiches has gone by approx 10 cars have passed. Staff need to learn to be more professional. I
Stopped in for a quick coffee. Manager Steve served me and made me feel very welcomed by chatting me up. They still serve a great cup of coffee at a great price.
I've been there several times and my orders have been wrong and even last week waiting 20 minutes for my order from drive thru. The only reason I got my oder is I walked in and asked for it. All I got from them was "oops".
They told me to move into the waiting drive thru parking spot. 10 min go by and no one comes so I walk inside. They tell me sorry and that they gave away my order. Total 30 min of my life wasted, just a bunch of incapable employees having a grand old time inside without a worry in the world.
Went through drive thru and ordered a medium smoothie, when I got it it was filled half way to the size of a small. I kindly asked if she could fill it up all the way as I did pay for the medium size, the girl had no issue taking it back but then another girl came back to the window and the cup is still the same. They didn’t fill it up and I asked why they can’t fill it up she said “our product is low” I’m sorry what, to avoid issues I drove off as it isn’t the workers fault but they should really train their staff, if you don’t have enough “product” then do not offer the size and get customers to pay! Do better

Just weird. Not even in the overly rude way (but definitely rude), kind of like anti social rude like you feel bad for them, that would be passable if they were busy, but they weren't busy. Maybe it's just badly managed?
Always super friendly. I don't go out for fast food often but when I come here my order is always right. The odd time it has been incorrect but it is redone immediately and the staff are always apologetic
I have not had very good experiences at this location. My orders are never correct. When I chose to go in to make sure I had everything, only to get he to find that there is no chicken in my chicken sandwich. Another occasion I went through the drive-thru, and I get pushed along to wait at another window. When I asked for vinegar the "crew person" heaved a sigh & rolled her eyes. She could have turned her back then done it. Nothing like making a person feel anxiety about asking for something. Really makes you want to drive 10 blocks to a different location. Sucks when you live around the corner.
Always check your bag before you leave, 95% of the time they have forgotten something. On a positive note, when I was moving I called and asked if I could have some boxes, they were happy to put some boxes aside and I picked them up! Thank you
This location is pretty good in my opinion. My kids always have fun in the play place. Food is made in a timely matter in my opinion and today I went inside sat down my chicken burger took a little bit of extra time to cook and they gave me three apple pies for the inconvenience and it really wasn't much of an inconvenience food came out hot and fresh.
Filthy bathroom. Which means filthy kitchen. Been here too many times to see the same thing each time and always hopping for improvement. I will not be back to eat in this toilet. Don't believe me? Just walk in and use the restroom. Decide for yourself and reply to my comment call me out on what I said. The "lobby" is a disaster too. Garbage is overful and tables are stained with globs of dried Katchup.
I always come here for coffee in the morning.but recently whoever is making the coffee.its horrible. I roll around at about 9.20 am.and the coffee in the morning is just not brewed or made properly. Taste like weak coffee with sweet creame. I thought it would be a one time thing. BUT the whole week last week.something was sooooo off. I am not going to location anymore for a while. I need a location that Is consistent. Also this is the slowest location for some reason when it comes to the drive through. However the people are always super friendly and super perky-I appreciate that. We literally live around the corner from this location but we will drive to another location just because the service is not the greatest here.
HAD THE MOST DISGUSTING FRIES. They tasted like they were made yesterday and re fied today. Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at this location. Almost every order I have placed has been wrong or cold
Food was ok, did not appreciate the managers comment saying that this location does not accept or recognize the First Nations tax exemption, when i told her that they had accepted it in the past she said she will have a talk with the staff on not accepting it. Clearly she has issues with First Nations and there rights.
I have been waiting 15 plus minutes for a Big Mac from the drive thru. The fountain drink I ordered was little more than dirty water. When I told them that they fountain drink had no taste, the girl told me to fill it myself from the fountain.
Took 20 minutes in drive through to get 2 cappuccinos. They had us wait at another window. By the time we got them the foam had already sunk in: (they also made it with cream instead of 2%. Not enjoyable.
