The staff here are very unorganized. Multiple machines and screens broken and heard workers complaining. I did not see even one employee wearing a hairnet, even in the kitchen. Each order takes a over 20 minutes to be done no matter how large or small.
$40 worth of food and 1 thing was correct. Hash browns were literally stuck to the wrappers. You had 1 job. Very unsatisfactory. Zero stars, unfortunately I had to give 1
Safe place to go. We were going to eat in but I could not find my proof of vaccination on my phone. (I have two vaccines for covid19). So they gave it to me and politely told me to go outside. I could have hugged them for the rejection. I found it on my phone the next day.
Very clean store i was surprised.looks organized and staff is very nice good service.the food was very standard mcdonald’s exactly what you expect which is perfect for mcdonald’s.food was nice and warm and freshly made.the bathrooms were clean and accessible.the parking situation is not the best but it’s alright nonetheless.
This was our first time eating at the McDonald's. We came in to pick up dinner. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The nice lady that was putting our order together checked with us to see how we would like our order packaged. The food was hot, fresh and seasoned well. I would recommend coming here. I didn't get a chance to take pictures. It was gone before I could do it.
To the workers and arrogant manager with the glasses and greasy blonde hair I say this. Stop adding extras and over charging customers for items they do not request. Listen to what we order and stop blaming the customer for your screwups. One guy on here had to record what he ordered to play it back to them because as usual, these people will never get your order right. Did I ask for a medium coffee? NO. Did I ask to upsize my fries in my breakfast combo? NO. Yet you do it anyway and all on my tab. Also, a sausage McMuffin is not an egg McMuffin.
Would have given them no stars if I could. The staff need training, they are utterly clueless. We ordered thru the app. Nothing fancy, still took them 20 mins to get us our order! And yeah iced coffee without any ice! How does that even happen? ! Absolutely disappointing!
Disrespectful workers who have NO respect for people with needs. Had a worker stop while serving a customer and they both looked at my autistic child having having overload. Maybe if they would spend more time focusing on food and less on others differences they would get more done and children wouldn't be crying. Also, as a person in customer service - where did YOU LEARN YOURS FROM!
Asked for a $8 burger the Maple bacon. I hate mayo made this known. Not sure why. I tasted egg. The burger was not fresh either. I should have tasted it before leaving, one min after leaving, it tasted as if it had been sitting the over 30 mins. Service otherwise was good, store was clean too.
Just got food, spicy habanero combo, the poutine they gave is like nothing, Lol I don’t need anything from you but make sure u guys don’t do that atleast
Unfortunately they have made a habit of getting my order wrong. Sorry to say that but it is true. Forget straws, don’t provide condiments so on. Have gotten to the point if I forget to check the bag I am almost guaranteed to have something missing
Horrible location. Made a mistake with the order. And one sandwich was horribly put together. You guys need to take some extra care when handling food. We are paying good money for this so called food.
Server made 6 mistakes on my order: 1. Handed order to me without announcing the order number. 2. When I asked about the order number, server answered "No problem". 3. Did not add salt into my French fries. 4. Did not provide ketchup for my French fries. 5. When I asked for ketchup, server handed over 5 packs, but dropping 1 of them on the ground. 6. Dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets leaked out through a hole on its package.
Cashier was really awkward, had to clarify the order multiple times. They want give you honey for free with a coffee they have no problem giving a literal hand full of ketchup packettes with one medium fry. No logic, coffee was awful.
Just recently ordered an uber order not only was the food cold they didnt follow through with instructions evan when we called and the confirmed they wouldnt put ice in the drinks they littlerally gave us two half full drinks with alot of ice and when we called to tell them that our order was messed up the Indian girl on the phone was extremely rude and kept cutting me of and was basically telling me to shut up I highly dont appreciate this and Im highly disappointed in the extremely poor customer service! If I could I would give this - 5 stars. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMED!
McDonald's has changed several menu items throughout the past year. From the wraps to the burgers, not a single improvement has been made. You've cut corners. I no longer buy McDonald's because of it. I spent $100s here every year beforehand. When you cut costs and you cut quality, in addition to not making the necessary cleanliness changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, frankly, you don't even deserve a one-star review.
Horrible Mc Donald's must say it's the worse one to come to. Order is always wrong, long wait, and rude service. The last couple times I came I was waiting in the parking lot for my food for 30min on top of that my order was wrong so had to go back in and than waited another half hour while they tried to find my order to confirm that the sandwich was indeed missing. I asked for large fried as well but they didnt charge me so they gave me attitude and were rude about paying the difference for the fries to be upgraded.
Another time I went I ordered a mc chicken combo with large fries. They gave me regular fries and no lettuce on the sandwich and the drink was the end of the machine so watered down And they were out of ice. When I asked if they can get it from the other machine they were rude with attitude and told me to go in and get it.
Typical micky D's. But this joint 's cashier is extra ordinary as it asks for dine in if yippy prefer waiting or served. Which is a first, normally, if it's dine in. You'll have to wait for your order, not at this location. That's very cool.
This is the only location that will try to "upcharge" me as they call it for using a full free coffee sticker card to get a large coffee. Every other mcdonalds in the region Ive been to just takes the card and gives me a coffee. Here its 25c upcharge apparently. They lost my business, its about the principle not the 25c. Nowhere on the card or online in the "loyalty rewards" section does it say there will be an upcharge for a Large. Very cheap franchise owner.
I went there, there was a kid his name Tayson, i asked for an Americano Coffee he was rudely looking at me and i said you got it? He said no whats Americano? Lol i dont know whats wrong with Macdonalds?
My orders are wrong more than they are right. The bathrooms are absolutely horrifying, they are so disgusting it makes you lose your appetite. The food is also very greasy and the staff do not wash their hands
You dicksnaps forgot my 2 Jr.chickens I added to my order this was last month. I waited a month to accept the fact I actually been finessed by ronald McDonald. Also. You didnt put pickles on 3 of my mcdoubles. Not cool.
The staff is incompetent even for McDonald's standards we ordered up size fries and drinks with gravy for our meals and walk over to the order line to find out the cashier didn't up size the drinks and didn't even punch in the gravy! Asked to speak to the manager and he gave us the excuse there is no gravy when the customer right behind us ordered a poutine lol (and received) he gave no explanation for anything didn't even up size our drinks he just walked away shaking his head. What a joke horrible service at this location horrible everything I will be contacting head office
They are the slowest "fast food" establishment ever! The orders are consistently wrong. I watched a man wait 20 minutes for 4 coffees. We had our breakfast order before he got coffee! We are here right now have been waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes there is no lineup. An angry couple in a taxi are here for 25 minutes waiting for the order to be fixed.
