When driving up to the drive-through, the person answered within a minute to take my order at 6 a.m, unlike other McDonalds. Very impressive and she was very cheerful which helps to the start of the day. The order was correct, and nothing was missing on my bagel. Hands down, I'm coming back to this location on my way to work. Stress free.
Location on Wonderland and Oxford always causes me grief each and every time.
I had called ahead on Thursday of last week to place a large order (50 mcmuffins, 50 hash browns) and Michelle was amazing to speak with. She took the order, gave me confidence that it would be ready and told me that was all she needed. I (for personal closure) called Sunday and confirmed the quantity and time and the person I spoke with (I didn't catch the name) reassured me it was good to go and mentioned that Michelle was taking care of it. I arrived at the drive thru around 6: 07-6: 08 and the person on the speaker was ready for me. I pulled ahead, was greeted with smiling faces, and the food was ready. 10/10 experience. Thank you.
Noticed the Medium Fry box has gotten smaller. It is beginning to appear as "If we can't charge any more.we'll give you less" syndrome has hit McDonald's again.
I ordered 2 sausage and cheese McMuffins and a hash brown. Within4 hours of eating it I was violently ill. Both ends. Went to urgent care and was told it was most likely food poisoning. They said I should contact middlesex health and report it.
Went to take Wife & Granddaughter there, Got a Plastic # tag for them to Deliver the Tray to the Table. They Didn't! I heard them call the # on the Reciept, I went up & picked up the tray. The Plastic # Tag I shoved under the Seat we were at. Customer Service Sucks. Won't go back there anymore
Originally I had given this Mcdonalds a bad review and it was a little unfair which I apologize for. The staff has always been very friendly and in the past year I haven't had much to complain about soo heres an updated review.

I come for my morning coffee often and everyone is so friendly and nice. Wendy especially is the sweetest, and always brings my coffee to me with a smile when I pull up to curbside. I appreciate her smile and kindness each morning. Thank you guys.
So friendly and order was correct. It was a huge and complicated order. We were greeted with smiles, energy and great food. It was a very positive exchange. We have returned for morning coffee many times since.
Don't ever expect a decent sized order to work through the McDonalds app. This is the third time I've been turned away because they "didnt know I ordered" even tho the app said they did. Im never spending a single cent with you fools ever again. I know it wont help but at least I'll feel better that I spoke the truth. You guys friggin suck.
I was there for lunch with my family the service was great. I did notice that the high chairs were dirty when we got there so we had to wipe them no big deal could have just been used. I also noticed the lack of high chairs my 2 young boys require a high chair. There didnt seem to be any other high chairs around and another family came in with their boys and there was no high chairs available.
The only McDonald's that the lady serving never asks what you would like, just stares until you say what you want. Go out of the way to other McDonald's on the way to work but this one in by my house so sometimes have no choice. Nothing like an unhappy greeting first thing in the morning
Dirty tables. Almost all of them. Heard some people sit 2 tables over making a joke how they were surprised to find a clean table. So obviously I didn't go there on a low staff day. The owners just don't care.
For a mcdonalds, i was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick, fries were cooked properly, store was clean, staff looked to all be hard at work. I rarely visit mcdonalds because the service has been declining. This store was definately worth the stop. I would suggest it. Although, the parking lot is right off wharencliffe, So it's a little busy.
Ordered a double cheeseburger and a mcchicken combo never coming back to this place again the food IS cold and took 15 minutes such a joke only posting this because it's like that everytime, I tried going I'm to avoid the wait and it takes even longer.even if my kid or wife is begging to go here I'm never going back it's a total waste of time and money for something they'll never fix. Stay far far away!

My review was dated by 3 years, so here's an update.
I live in the area and so I frequent this McDonalds. Since my review my order hasn't really been screwed up. I think they've been retraining their staff more effectively. The staff seem friendlier too, which is really nice.
The SLOWEST McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. Multiple experiences like this. Waited 10 min for a coffee in the drive thru while I watched the manager flirt with the pretty, young staff member.
I ordered the Angus bacon and cheese combo. The cheese was hardened around all the edges, the burger was lukewarm and completely dry. The manager gave me a refund only.
Horribly rude staff, no containers to put ketchup in when I asked for the containers they brought me 40 packets of ketchup for my family, lol fun times opening and pouring ketchup for all the kids. No straws or lids either! Store was just really dirty in general.
Food is consistent, what you would expect from mcdonalds, but even when there is no one else in the restaurant or drive through theres always a wait. Not a big deal but the food isnt coming out very fresh even with the wait and there seems to be plenty of staff.
