Was not impressed with order tak8bg or waiting on spot and they try to give food to other car that wasnt in designated parking for orders and wernt even waiting for order will not go again when its busy
Arrived at 0425 (24 hour drive thru) to be told “we’re not serving food, we’re changing over…”. What? I’ve never heard of this before. I ended up ordering and waiting 15 minutes for my “fast food. ”
It’s a nice restaurant and the staff are very friendly and polite. It’s just the whole idea of a 24 hour restaurant is to be able to grab and go…
All five stars to the crew, I want to shout out Malcolm and crew working 11: 59 PM Sunday, they were so lovely! I saw Malcolm and one other crew member having to deal with a whole lot of customers at drivethrough and they killed it:)! But McDonald's, hire more workers to support your other workers and pay livable wages!
Drive thru takes an eternity. If your going for a quick bite in this plaza go to literally any of the little restaurants in the strip, it will be roughly the same price, way better food and you’ll get it much faster.
Previous 3 weeks, have been receiving overcooked eggs (to the point that they were green. Last week when I complained about it, a new employee was giving me a hard time and refused to let me speak to a supervisor or manager. Finally with Rosa (Supervisor) came to the window because I refuse to move, she looked at the egg and told me it was overcooked and that she will let the kitchen know. Yesterday I went to the same location and there was herr in the egg on my first bite. I brought it back and showed to the employee. She took it from even though they are not suppose to take anything back from the customer especially since Covid. The other Mcdonalds is not close to my home so I am stuck. I am disabled and always in a rush to get home after groceries so it's the closest one to me.
Every McDonald's makes the exact same food. If you absolutely do not have to innovate, and just follow instructions that thousands of McDonald's around the world follow, then how can you be so much behind other McDonald's? Okay not every branch is managed the same, so is this a managers problem that this McDonald's continuous to produce below average quality food? How is the chicken worse? Is it not fresh because there's less traffic here? No idea. But all I can say, is this is below average unfortunately, from my countless visits here. Hope it improves over time as this is the closest location to me.
Sadly I have a very hard time ordering a burger at this location. I just ask for a big Mac with no Mac sauce, but never get what I ask. Last time, everything was taken off the burger, and tonight I got it with extra Mac sauce. Might help if the staff weren't distracted by their phones. Very unimpressed
I’ve gone to a few mcdonald’s & this one is my favourite! I’m not from milton, but when i am in town and craving mcdonald’s, this location is by far my #1 choice.their food is literally ALWAYS fresh! The chicken nuggets are my favourite.i’ve gotten chicken nuggets for other mcdonalds and no offence but they aren’t always fresh like this location.i’ve bought chicken nuggets for co-workers & friends and they always ask which mcdonald, because they are always crispy & fresh.keep up the great work! ️
We have reserve a table for 12 people and we’r coming from Ottawa and Montreal, then they called us before couple of hours and they canceled it. Very bad costumer service
This location is ok. It’s nice and new, so the dining room/counter area looks nice. Also, there are plenty of kiosks and there’s also table service. Nonetheless, service here is very slow. Very long line ups with lots of big SUVs in the drive-through. I think this location is perpetually understaffed. Nonetheless, I still end up going here because the other local McDonalds with full service on Santa Maria is way worse.
I’ve always had overall better experiences with the Mississauga McDonalds locations myself…. And an even better experiences at locations out of the province/GTA.
Very unprofessional staff they don’t care about customer and I saw they are treating delivery driver very bad They ask to driver to go through drive through waiting for 30 to 40 minutes sometimes and at the end they ask to wait on designated place why not drivers go to designated place and they give order to driver and help them
Took us 25mins to go through drive thru, had to wait extra 5mins for our order, after we gone through the ordering and payment process, and we didn't get the whole order.lousy service.
Food never tastes fresh and it always is cold. It’s the other little things too like the drinks not being filled up and the napkins and salt not in the bag even when asked….
The incompetence at this location is astounding. Drive-thru is especially so. On the regular you get no more fries in a large than you do in a medium - most locations it's obvious it's a large serving. Tonight I didn't even get the large I ordered. Unbelievable.
Worst service, worst meal I've ever had.ordered the new bbq maple 1/4 pounder and am 5 minutes from work. Got back to the office to an ice cold meal. I purposely went into the restaurant to order at around 11: 50 a.m. Before the crowds hit thinking this might give me an edge. It was awful!
Awful customer service at the drive through, the guy handing over the food was extremely rude. Was adamant there were condiments in the bag when there clearly wasn’t. Had to argue with him for 10 minutes just to get 2 packs of honey. I can understand why the drive through line is so long at this McDonalds
-1000/10. I eat mcdonalds fairly often, but this experience was like no other. I will say the customer service was amazing, but the food almost killed me. Starting with the fries, I could tell right away that the oil was old because the fries were brown and tasted weird with a lot of salt to mask the taste. Next was the nuggets that I know went into the same old oil fryer and I only made it to nugget two when I noticed an abnormally crunchy hard piece in the center of the nugget. I then tried to have my cheeseburger that tasted sour. After I lost all hope of my meal that was now in the garbage I was excited to eat my apple pie until i saw it was burnt to a crisp. 10/10 would recommend this Mcdonalds if you want a solid fountain drink with amazing customer service.
I have to share how great one of the staff there is. I think she is the manager. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and other things. I was in a hurry and I grabbed the food and totally forgot the drink. She ran out of the store into the street to give me my coffee. That really made my day for her to go above and beyond her job to run after me. Thank you. You are amazing because I need my dose of coffee.
Terrible experience. I was at the drive through and as I was ordering they told me to wait one moment, so i did. Qfter about 10 minutes I ask them if they're ready to take my order, and they completely forgot about me. I tried ordering with my free coffee coupons, and it was a nightmare to deal with. The employees are very unprofessional, and the service is very slow. Do not recommend this McDonald's
THE CRISPY CHICKEN WRAP IS WHAT I ORDERED AND THERE IS NO BACON OPTION WHAT SO EVER! IM A MUSLIM AND HALF WAY EATING THE WRAP I SAW BACON BITES! I FEEL SO DISGUSTED AND I HAD TO FORCE MYSELF TO THROW UP! DONT SERVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY DONT ASK FOR AND DONT ASSUME THAT EVERYONE EATS BACON!
Please check your order before you leave this location. Not sure if it is coincidence; but today too my order was missing items from my order. It is quite a number of times that this location has messed on the accuracy of order and if I have to count how many times my order was messed in drive-thru then this is the only place that comes to mind.
Unfortunately, 50% of my trips to this location end up with items missing when picking up the order. Today, I had used the mobile app and went to pick up the order via the drive thru. I was requested to wait in the parking lot. After 10 minutes, the items were delivered and I went through them and found, as expected, an item missing. Now, I had to wear a mask and enter the franchise to raise the issue. They had to make one, which took a good 10-15 minutes. All the while, the rest of the food in the car got cold. I usually don't post negative reviews, but this has happened way too many times for me to ignore.
I had a Fillet O Fish meal.and for the first time ever.the sandwich was assembled perfectly.so noteworthy that I have shared this unique moment with you. Milton is a beautiful place.best Micky D's in the province.
Consistently incorrect orders (Missing items, less McNuggets than ordered, incorrect item sizes) despite verifying every time, huge wait times in drive through and for food in general.
I will no longer be visiting this location after my 3rd incorrect order in a row.
A few months back, I complained about how the food looked sloppy and squishy. Well, today I'm back. I wanted to congratulate McDonald's for addressing this issue. Now, the food looks proper, just like the pictures. A perfect burger. Good job, thank you McDonald's. I feel even better, knowing your company cares.
