Utterly disgusting. I have never seen a McDonalds with such low hygiene bathrooms standards, ever. Even the main floor at the counter and in the shop is endlessly filthy and sticky

Got very limited McDonald's branches with such nice sitting arrangements like this one. Stuffs are generous too, and tables, chairs, and floors are clean. Table service options available. Hard to find such a Mac location in downtown Toronto. I always use their app since they have many promotions. Though I'm not a great fan of Mac unless I need to jump on for a quick bite. No drive-thru option or parking nearby

This location looks nice. I came here twice with my kids to treat them. The people working here are incredibly nice and polite, very happy to serve you. Both times I got the chick nuggets, unfortunately, both times I became very sick during the night and into the morning (running from both holes with severe stomach pain). I’ve eaten McDonald’s from other locations and have never gotten sick, despite being pregnant. Maybe the chicken nuggets aren’t fully cooked? I’m not sure, but it’s a serious thing. I won’t be returning to this location again in fear of becoming very ill once again.

Kind of busy when I went there but the seats and food are way better than USAs. Also I was pretty hungry after the museum and atleast this was right here.

Just a terribly dirty establishment. Dirty sticky floors, dirty doors, dirty tables (all workers without gloves! I don't like it when someone touches my food with hands! It's disgusting. Hands in food bag without gloves, hands holding potatoes without gloves, without gloves glasses, lids, etc.are taken with gloves. The floor after cleaning is in the photo below:

We ordered mighty mc griddle but they gave us mighty mc muffin which is $1 cheaper that what we ordered.

There is a black guy working there that is rude and disrespectful. The shop also closes sometimes on purpose at night so they don't have to work even this macdonald suppose to be open 24/7.

Slow and packed usually. Staff are rude and incompetent. Don’t even do refills on soft drinks (un heard of)

Overall gross location usually tables have food from other people smeared on them still.

Only go back because its close to my job.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I have seen! Love coming here, and would have patronized here a bit more had it not been far from where I live.

I like this place. It is well organized, clear, and the food is pretry good for the price. Also, it is located just steps across the street from the museum.

The burger were good, but I have had better fries from McD. The place was considerably clean but i saw a few flies that were disturbing me.

Maybe I've just been lucky. I feel like this one of the best run McDonald's downtown.

It's clean, well organized, their signs are always working, I rarely have to wait for the order. The people working there don't look miserable.

It just seems so much better ran than the locations down the road at Bloor and Ossington and Dundas West Station.

Yesterday, I ordered a drink. As I proceeded to refill my cup, the fountain drink section was out of order. I asked the manager for a refill and the manager declined. It turns out they closed the fountain drinks section because the CEO was there at the time. Not impressed McD.

I bought a poutine and they forgot the fork. I was already too far away from McDonald's so i had to eat the poutine with my hands

I visit this outstanding restaurant every couple of days since I like the special atmosphere that is unique to this place. The staff is exceptionally attentive and qualified. The service is certainly rapid. Not to mention, the food you get is good. I have been there more than once and I was never disappointed. The cost is reasobable. I suggest this place to all my friends.

I tried this spot before with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the great ambience and tasty dishes and drinks. They never disappoint.

There are a lot of McDonalds in the heart of our dear town, but this one is the one that separates itself from others. The taste of the food at this location tastes different than any other McDonalds I have been too in my life. I am not sure if it's because they use different equipment, or oil or if it's their staff's cheerfulness but I love this place. Sign me up for a BIG MAC!

So busy. And in this time they only serve take out in the day time from morning to 7-9 pm. After that take out is closed you can order visa Uber eats, Skip the dishes

This McDonalds has definitely been a blessing for me since I stay on campus at UofT.being one of the few 24-hour restaurants within the walking vicinity, it's super nice to be able to take a quick break from studying to go get some food. The restaurant's pretty clean too, which admittedly can be hard for a McDonalds in the Downtown area.

Ordered orange pekoe around 11: 40 today, got coffee instead. Found out after I got back to office. I buy here everyday and it's second time in a month that they mixed it up. Coffee hits me badly unfortunately and I only find that only after few sips. To be fair, other than that it's a great outlet. Just my personal experience

My mobile app wasn't letting me pay and I didn't have cash or card on me.they still gave me my food.it made my night they didn't have to do that.pleasant lol

Sad start to the new year came in today at roughly 6: 30 pm jan 1st 2020 and ordered a quarter pounder and big mac. The place was preety understaffed and the manager daryl didnt look like he wanted to be there but that is still no reason to be disrespectful to customers. They also had alot of people waiting for their orders I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited the 15 minutes till I got my order. I decided to check my order just to make sure the burgers looked good because it seemed like they were rushing and I was very disappointed. The cheese was on the side of the box and loooked like it was just thrown in. I got the attention of the manager daryl and told him what the problem was. This guy straight up ignored me; I had to wave my hand in his face to get his attention. At this point I was upset; he said he would take the burgers back but I refused after his disrespectful attitude. I can understand a mistake but there is no reason for you to treat a customer like that. I wont be coming back here again.

This McDonald’s is very inefficient and the savers are fairly bad and one of them is so unprofessional and very rude, I think they need more training and customer service relations skills. The one horrible server would never say hello and when you say hello she won’t respond. I’ve ordered coffee a couple of times and got cold coffee with too much sugar. The taste of McDonald’s is zero in my opinion with this branch and I’m so not pleased with their services. If there was any rating like zero, that’s what I’ll give.

Flagship restaurant across from the Royal Ontario Museum. Large and airy with modern design. Floor staff keep the tables tidy and clean. Good traffic flow.

One of the best McDonalds in town speaking of dining condition and in-resturaunt service. There are still serious problems about this one specifically. I have been ordering a lot with them, dining in and delivery, and sometimes they can really mess up your delivery orders. Once they forgot my tomato and added extra ketchup, once they forgot to put two fish fillets, and once I ordered a sausage and egg and they delivered without my lettuce, tomato, bacon, and egg. The worst thing is, for salad, they rarely put dressing into your bag. I understand there are new employees training, but excuse me. You cannot do whatever you want to my order if I do not come to store in person.

McDonald's in Toronto are boujee af. This location looks very modern, and all the employees dress up like flight attendants! McDonald's food is McDonald's food, so there is not much to say there! It tastes the same everywhere. Just make sure you come with coupons! Prices have gone up recently so it's only fair. Also, watch for abnormal/strange individuals who eat here.

The best McDonalds I’ve been at. Go here 3-5 times a week. Very consistent food during regular hours but also at 2am. Their quality is high for mcdonalds standards and the staff is excellent.

Its fine dude its mcdonalds just order cheap stuff if you want cheap stuff and if you like fish get the 8$double fish fillet with extra sauce smh

The mans bathroom here was in very rough shape. If you need a lock on your door when you need to go into the stall, avoid this place at all costs.
