Bottom of bag was covered in mayo, caused a huge mess. Mcchicken looked like someone assembled it with a blender, absolute mess.

On our way from the zoo stopped in for a light lunch ordered it and waited for our food got the food but they forgot to serve our drinks they handed the person after us there drinks but not ours until a bit of time after the other worker had to tell the lady who serving it to give our drinks not so good service and they had given us one napkin for myself and daughter and they didn’t have any filled at the counter food was good but not the service lady that served us didn’t greet us with a smile she looked upset so not a welcoming place at all don’t recommend it at all

Poorly managed. Forgot to drop fries so got the whole resto snarled up waiting. Got EVERY grill order wrong. Filthy store. Not understaffed

Really bad. Took half an hour to get the first order. Everything wrong. Second order - everything cold and wrong again. Gave up and left for Burger King.

First off, we were there around 6: 20 so I understand the dinner rush. Our order took over half an hour to be done. 3 people were missing during that whole duration. Whoever was managing did a poor job putting that many on break or schedule during the rush. We got 4 combos and given 3 fries. I would've left it. I got the double filet o fish. Most of the tartar sauce was in the box and none was actually in the burger but on the outside. Fine. I still understood. I took a bite into it. It's a stale, dry burger as if it was already made and sat out for days. I couldn't even bite through the fish. The fish itself was basically fused into the cheese which meant it was sitting there and reheated at best. This is straight up appalling.

When i got my order spicy habanero combo, no kidding.fries are cold and the chicken hard like rock.never come back to this McDonald's again

Went here last night to grab some food for our family and ended up with long black hair in our burgers. I would never eat here again.

Poor service. Bad management.
Today I ordered a filet O'fish combo with a upsized large fries and a medium coffee instead of a cold drink.
I often like to participate in the monopoly seasonal challenge and usually with the medium coffee and large fries comes two play stickers each, however, this time around the coffee was without stickers and when I checked the fries it also had no stickers, when asked about the stickers they had told me that the medium coffee stickers were "out of order, " along with the large fries.
I was given the stickers eventually by the manager but while doing so she repeatedly told me that I am not supposed to receive the stickers.

This Walmart is the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. I realize it is inside a Walmart so it’s probably busier but my god. There was garbage all over the floor, floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a while, all the garbages were overflowing and had flies buzzing around. Probably would avoid this McDonald’s and just go across the plaza

2 staff members (1 supervisors!)
No hair or no hat. When asked supervisor does not have too wear? And the other doesnottouch food however makes drinks AND MAKES FRIES! UNACCEPTABLE!

Having the option to use the kiosk to avoid crowding was a good move. The food was what you'd expect from McD's.

Just watched the guy who handled my burger to do it without gloves, while holding his phone in his other hand. Forget covid, he didn't even wash his hands after cleaning around, and he handled the meat patty for my burger right after. Needless to say, the burger went into garbage. DON'T eat there if you care at all about your health.

3 out of five times they will get your order wrong. I go there because its the closest one to my home.

The food is up to par with other McDonald's, but the service is so slow. They usually only have one overwhelmed person working and one of the machines are always broken down (sometimes milkshake, sometimes cone)

Why customers can't modify an egg in a blt!
This is ridiculous, who wants to eat an over boiled (dry egg) with bread come on! And when I ask an employee to cook a fresh egg they still refuse to take an egg out earlier! You are guys are loosing business for not being flexing with customers good luck!

The manager who is on at this moment.is a LAZY piece of work. WOW.he needs more training where did you find him.this his name tag said Lucas. WOW I'll never get my coffee when he on. LAZY PIECE OF WORK

McDonald's You can order But you can't Stay in. They are very friendly and Polite. On Harmony Road.

Every time I go there they get my order wrong and give me items that is worth less than what I paid for. This time, I was the only one at the drive thru so I didn't bother checking before going all the way home and lo and behold, they still got it wrong and even argue with me over the phone. Asked me to drive all the way back there to get it right instead of giving me the refund. Too little too late. I'm so done with being SCAMMED. Because it happens so often, it can't be simple human error anymore (which I understand can happen). Never coming back again. You owe me.

As always. Wide parking. Clean setting are. Playground. I dint recommend fast food for any body

I can’t believe that both these McDonald’s actually makes my children cry.by messing up their order almost every time!

I think this location is a satellite of the larger store near Taunton/Harmony so what else can I expect other than untrained/incapable Management and Staff. Don’t take these jobs unless you’re willing to put at least 50% effort into it. Just 50% and I’ll be happyyy

Had lost my debit card in the store. Wouldn't accept my mobile order to get the free glass. I get it's only for in-store orders (it's a Walmart location). But I was IN THE STORE. I understand policy but make exceptions at times. Especially when someone is clearly have a rough day.

It's mcdonald's. This particular location seems to have trouble getting the whole order into the bag for the customer and doesn't care if they make a basic hamburger with the correct/requested toppings.

How is it that y’all frequently manage to burn every single thing I’ve ever had from this McDonald’s. How hard is it to cook nuggets? I worked at McDonald’s and I know first hand that it’s not that hard to just pay attention and not burn food.

One of the busiest McDonald's restaurants ever they need to clean a bit customer service is not bad

This location like any other McDonald's? Is always great to serve you but they're Fine Foods their new menu, and they're courteous stuff. If there's one downfall about this location is just in a busy section. It's hard to manoeuvre in and out of the driveways. Other than that, it is a pretty good at Donald's as we have frequent two-tier quite a bit. The management team take care of their employees and they know how to give customers that extra over-the-top experience.

I was served by the nicest 2 ladies working right now at 9: 22pm on Dec 26,2019. You ladies made my day!

For food, haven’t had a bad experience here. For coffee, haven’t had the best experience S they don’t serve the type of coffee I drink even though any other McDonald’s serves it but due to its small size, it makes sense to not have all the facilities.

It is a fast food chain, however with a very slow service. Pop machine was down. Table is dirty. Flies in the eating arears. Avoid if you could.

Bought a frappe. Had one of the empoylees come up to the lady that was making it for me go "who orders a frappe this early? ". Me? Was quick service though.

Attitudes suck making rude coments to other employees well customers are in line I ordered my food and well i was waiting for my food people who ordered after me and more then me got thier meals before me and when said about it more attitude and my sons food came with hair on his fries will never be back

The cashier Sophia at this location is amazing. Friendly and extremely helpful. She is a great representative for McDonald's.

Just got home and once again the over paid workers cannot get a simple order straight.cold soggy fries wrong drink and instead of bbq sauce i received sweet and sour.to top it off payed for extra sauce and only got 1.not suprised they did not put a copy of my receipt in the bag. Would make it a lot easier to pin point who botched thjs order when i complain to head office

Stopped in at lunch. Person doing the fries was shaking hands and high fiving buddies hanging out there and then proceeded to touch the food. Gross. No gloves or hand washing.
No manager there to talk to.

I would definitely skip this McDonald's, apparently they do not need to wear gloves when handling your food. Stopped in to grab a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a med coffee, a lady wearing a manager's uniform took my order and made the coffee. She then started calling for Mary in the back but got no answer so she went to prepare the bagel, I watched as she followed everything to a tee, washed her hands and put on gloves, while she waited mary appeared from the back and the manager told her to finish up my bagel. Mary, without washing her hands or wearing any gloves picked up my bagel and started to butter it, I pointed out this to the manager and she said they Do Not need to wear gloves when processing food. I asked for a refund and left.

At this McDonald's every evening I buy a green tea! Sometimes I buy an early morning coffee. Many times I buy a full meal deal and it is always well prepared, correct order and delicious. The staff are all very well trained and very friendly and polite. This location is very clean, large lots of parking and well organized. The play area here is well enjoyed by many lovely well behaved children. I love coming to this McDonald's and I travel even from Trenton air force base just to eat at this location.
