Good location, service has always been quick whenever I've visited. Food has been hot, fresh and well prepared for a fast food chain. Overall impressed.

Playplace area and kitty cones is the favorite for my kids!

Taking down the canadian flag to raise the “pride” flag is extremely disgusting.i’m all for supporting people with those beliefs but put the canadian flag back.

I only ordered a cheeseburger happymeal for my daughter made it home to find no cheeseburger. Beyond annoying.

Slowest mcdonalds drive-thru ive been too.it should not take 30 minutes to order and get to the window at 12: 15am.not impressed.

I usually give myself 10 minutes to grab a coffee in morning. Going to this location you will need 20 mins set aside. First for the order to be correct and then to be charged for the correct order (in drive through). I went here on Oct 25 and ordered small iced coffee and a bagel not toasted or anything just a bagel. I get to the pay area the lady charges me for the order of the person ahead of me, I didn’t know this until i get up to get my food. There I sit for what now has been a total of 6 minutes to get my iced black coffee (this was correct) and a toasted buttered bagel (not correct). I drive off and check the bag in the parking lot, now im about 12 minutes in to this order and the drive through was not busy. I noticed the bagel was not what i ordered so I go in and tell them, only for the lady to take the bagel and talk to someone else. I wait another 3 mins and no one talks to me so I left. Again today I went through the drive through and today i only ordered a small ice coffee. Only a couple cars in line. I pay get to the window again and get passed a hot coffee, so i say that i wanted it iced. I wait for 3 or 4 minutes and a lady comes to the window and passes me the same hot coffee. I gave up at that point and left again. These orders are not hard and to spent between 15 to 20 minutes in a drive through is aggravating. They owe me at least a bagel and a small iced coffee.

Ok it’s 2: 30am and I just got served by the best person you could ever ask for. The food was hot and the energy was high, like really? Nothing better, thank you to the tall ginger-bearded man, I appreciate you!

It's your average McDonald's, has a drive thru, two lanes, but the lines were very long when I visited. Lots of free parking space nearby to eat.

Asked for a drink tray, the girl sighed at me like I was bothering her. And then she didn't put the slushy lid on the drink properly and all over the car.

I don’t know how many times I ordered there And every single time something is always missing and every time I call the store they blame it on Uber like you have to take fault for your own actions like you should know by now you have to make sure everything is there before the Uber driver takes it they don’t take fault for their own actions they blame it on everyone but themselves

WORST McDonalds ever! Terrible service. Beyond slow and order is usually wrong. Completely incompetent and rude. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go to this location.

Ordered online for a pick up at 3: 30 a m. To the store at 3: 36 a.m. And they told me that they were closed you wasting my time and my gas. I will never return to this McDonald's location or use the app ever again you're not getting any more my business McDonald's

I love the fries and fish burger here but unfortunately there is no Halal meat.waiting for it.the apple pie is also good here.this place in burlington plain road is always busy and the customer service is quick.

Great customer service. I bought a mcchicken sandwich for regular price, then I found a coupon 5 min later and they adjusted the price with no issues. Food was fresh and delicious.

Horrible customer service man, no hey or good morning this girl just throws the bag of food out window. Bags a mess, I used to work at McDonald’s when I was young that’s not how it should be done. If her boss was watching her she’s be written up! Do better guys

Routinely get served in the drive thru after another customer when Ive clearly pulled in first, usually in the morning and I can only speculate as to its from not paying attention? Morning drive thru cashier was MISERABLE! No good morning, here's your order, have a nice day, no basic customer service niceties. Chris the manager has developed a toxic, abusive workplace which trickles down to the customer. Today was the last straw after ignoring their behavior because this store is close and convenient. I'd rather drive past the highway to the Guelph & Prospect store. Gave 2/5 and not 1/5 because there are good staff members there.

My girlfriend and I went a few nights ago to get a McFlurry from this location, we asked through the drive thru for extra Oreo, the guy taking the order was very nice! When we got to the last window we were given our McFlurry and the young looking cashier gave me the McFlurry, we then noticed there was no extra Oreo which we paid for so we went back to the window and very politely let them know we were not given the extra Oreo we paid for, the guy was very thoughtful and said roll up to the next window and they will fix it for you! The girl that served us the original McFlurry looked flustered which I understand being a former employee of McDonald’s, things get tough but when we asked politely and told her the situation her co worker said “that’s fine we will just make you a new one no problem” which we were very grateful for, the girl that looked flustered then closed the window and grunted out of frustration very loudly to the point where I’m pretty sure cars behind us heard, that’s not a good look I get it can be stressful and customers get annoying but there’s a level of professionalism that needs to take place regardless of environment or feelings in the moment. We didn’t mind the mistake because mistakes happen, we’ve all been there but this act out was embarrassing on that young girls part to act out that way.

This was an alright visit.
The employee taking dtive-thru orders was friendly and personable.
Picking up my order was a different story.
Hope you don't have the same experience.

Always being parked for my simple order and comes out wrong half the time and my meal this morning was simply terrible. Burnt coffee, cold hash brown. Went back for a fresh one and gave me another old one.

Not going back.

Over. Priced. Yes the prices are higher then McDonalds in Hamilton. A large diet pop is 297 in Hamilton. Here they are 3.27. I would strongly suggest People in Burlington boycott this on and maybe they will stop ripping your families off. Cheers from Hamilton.

Less than thrilled with the service this evening. However to marti (indian woman) she tried to fix my order when the rest of her shift completely ignored me after placing my order. No joke 10 minutes to bring 2 burger combos. The new ticketing system mcdonalds has increased the waiting time. No pleased at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The drive-thru constantly gets the order wrong. I have only been given a receipt once so I cannot do the survey to let them know how poor they are doing. I would avoid this location.

One of the most busiest stores in Burlington with great service and friendly staff. Always really busy even then staff is well trained to serve the food as fast as possible.

Drive thru orders wrong, app purchases for mobile orders wrong. Either missing items, or not prepared as requested. To eat in the restaurant it is not clean, tables and floors are filthy.

The employees are rude and i threw my burger out cause i had a mobile order and didn't trust them making it. Think they might have spat in it.

Good place to eat, quick service gets busy around lunch and dinner time for the people who wanna know!

I couldn't think of a better way to squash my New Year anxieties other than to drown it in bacon and eggs and coffee. Mmm mm mmm!

Service was extremely slow tonight. Online ordering wouldn't accept a happy meal order so that order had to be placed in store with additional wait time. About a 20 minute wait.was just one of those nights I guess.

This location is famous for forgetting to add the BBQ sauces that your charged for. And now they forgot my son's chicken nuggets in his happy meal.
This location needs their Management team to get their acts together

I normally stopped in to get myself a coffee, the staff at the window have always been Pleasant and friendly.

But this one time my wife and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and we encountered three mistakes in our one order. The first mistake my wife ordered a burger with no bun but lettuce wrap, there was no lettuce wrap and it was in the bun so my wife went up to get them to fix it.

I then went up to get myself a drink and the pop machine was shooting out nothing but CO2 there's no syrup in the fountain so I went up to get that fixed.

Then my wife asked for a caesar salad with no croutons the Caesar salad came with croutons and instead of Caesar salad dressing it came with a balsamic vinaigrette.

I addressed this issue to the manager and he doesn't even apologize or offer us a comped meal he completely disregarded it and walked away, in my opinion if the manager doesn't care about his job then why should the employees.

Zero stars for this horrible horrible horrible Mc Donald’s. They never get the orders right, and they don’t seem to care about their customers. This place should shut down immediately.

This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong, even if its something simple. If I order a hot chocolate, they give me a coffee. If I order a mcdouble with fries, they'll forget to put the Mcdouble in the bag. I dont understand why theyre so bad at orders. Its not really hard.maybe theyre all just stoned teenagers, but maybe they just dont care. I just want my order to be right AT LEAST once. This is so stupid.

Well it was open early.so there was that. Service was not good and somehow the food was not up to par. Probably one of the worst McDonalds I have been too.

Decent play place for the kids. Could use some extra cleaning in that area, simply because of use. Wednesday night is kids night and they do special crafts with the kids and they also get balloons. They were doing the crafts around 4: 30/5pm, not sure how long they offer this. Food was typical, kids loved it. Service was somewhat slow but it was busy so no surprise. Will be back.

I've visited this restaurant a number of times and it continued to disappoint every time. Last visit, and I mean last visit, the CSR and manager refused to help me with my order. They lost my business for good now over a $3 discrepancy. They told me 'no I can't help you'. Great service, not!

I found a hair in my ice cream cone. It was quite disgusting. I still consumed that icecream because I was too far to return but not the hair. The staff is always nice and helpful i am sure if i said something they would have gave me a new one.

They were extremely slow. The process of getting a number was frustrating when people that arrived after me got their's first. Also fries were cold and it looked like someone sat on my burger.

Always fresh food. Not happy that they took cheese sandwiches off the kids menu. Not enough salad options, barely any gluten free options. Smoothies are pure sugar. Thought this place was going to improve their nutrient levels. I can't eat anything from this place without getting a stomach ache.
Kids love the fries and toys. That's about it.

Have you ever seen molasses go uphill in January during a snowstorm? Picture that. That's how slow this McDonald's drive-thru is. Ridiculous.

Ordered hot chocolate, half of the cup was empty, no whip cream and ordered ice cream with same order, the ice cream was just lying there and werev waiting for hot chocolate to get ready, they should have served ice cream as soon as possible or make it later on
