What can I say it's MCDONALD'S. The food is always the same
I like it and it's quick!

We asked for dine in and got this and we ordered from kiosk and had some customs in that and they were saying it wastes our time do it on counter.

Ordered my food and paid and after waiting for 5 minutes I was told while my cashier laughed that they had a wedding to make food for and they preceded to make me wait another 30 minutes. Actually ridiculous I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. Should lose the franchise rights makes McDonald’s look terrible as a company.

First time worst behavior of staff (Stacey), yelled at me at window, I ordered 2 ice cream cones, she said its only one.i nicely said i placed order for 2 and can pay for other now.she started making faces and yelled at me, giving attitude, turned her back on me, when i called her again she started yelling loudly, " its not my problem, i dont need to learn from others how to behave. "
Worst customer service ever.i hope someone teach her how to speak and behave.she is brutal.

Went in last night with my wife. We were the only people who were inside it still some how too 10 minutes for 2 coffees.that had clearly been made but not severed. My wife who rarely gets coffee got a mocha something. It either didn't get the whip cream or it had sat so long that it all melted. It also tasted just awful.

Super annoyed by the whole thing. Me as someone who pretty much lives on coffee will not go back

All we ordered was an iced coffee and a mocha from inside last night and we had to wait over 13 minutes to receive our order. All employees tried to stay hidden so they wouldn't have to deal with us trying to get their attention. An older lady working the cash finally walked in from outside and it took her 3 minutes to even realize we were waiting on something. By the time she gave our drinks to us (without saying a single word to us, just put them down and walked away), our drinks consisted of a cold and tasteless mocha (tasted like old coffee that was watered down) and a now warm iced coffee.

We were going to complain, but the cashier and all other employees were nowhere in sight and we didn't want to waste more time. Both drinks went into the garbage and we will not be returning to this location again!

Customer Service is lacking here, not a single employee spoke to us or even noticed our existence. Perhaps management should train staff to put the same priority on those inside as in the drive-thru.

Attention to detail would be appreciated. When the drive through is busy, especially, a coordinated effort needs to be made. This is not the first time my order has had errors in it, as I have received the wrong sandwich. Having a car load of family I did not have the time to address this or varify said order before leaving. Verbally the order was correct but not the actual order.

Very poor customer service skills and the manager was a treat. Very rude! Tried asking her the same question several times and she kept interrupting raising her voice talking over me. I ended up leaving because of it

It’s the only fast food restaurant in Welland that consistently gets my orders wrong. I’m asking for a hamburger with just ketchup and it’s wrong almost every time!

Simple instructions. No tomato and no mayo. Yet it shows up with both. Skip the dishes isn't at fault and they are closing soon. So the person who didn't get their right order doesn't get to eat. Simple order. And this isn't the first time. One job!

They sent me to the hospital because they marked my food no onion like I asked, but out onion on it anyway

Solid McDonald's, my only issue is every single time I go for ice cream it's broken, no joke the last 3 times I've gone the ice creams been broken.

I don't know what happened to drive through, but you have to wait in the parking lot every time.

How is it possible to have a broken ice cream machine year round?

Today's my graduation from Highschool, I just went on a 7 KM walk with my mother and I wanted a happy meal and soda to celebrate my graduation before the actual ceremony. My mother ordered me a happy meal and I was worried they would give me a girls toy because we never specified. Not only did they give me a boys toy, but it was the Joker plush. Lovely dining indeed.

I bought a Big Mac meal and after I ate it I got sick. I have finally decided to no longer buy any food from McDonald's again.

Good location, but fix the drive through! And good luck trying to get back on Oakwood so you can get back to MacLeod. This has been an issue for like 15 years, it's not like McDonald's doesn't have the money to make this location easy to get in and out and the drive through placement is horrible.

Worst experience so far at a McDonald's. Stay away from this store, ignorant young staff that have no business working in a food setting or customer service. My order was all wrong and they wouldn't correct it and extremely rude. All my food and drinks got thrown out and couldn't get my money back, love wasting my money. Sad excuse for store, this place should be shut down.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s a pretty long wait for take out & I don’t think it’s wise to have so many youth workers because they seem to be very unorganized

Waited 5 minutes while other cars drove through the 2nd lineup of drive-through and I was not being served being cut in front of by many people while I waited in drive-through one that had no signs or markers stating that it wasn't in order then drove by the window to discuss with the lady and she completely ignored me so not please with this behaviour

Order accuracy is hit or miss. Also has only one curbside parking spot, and it's the worst spot in the lot, first one from the street with street view obscured by a tree. Anyway, one curbside spot is not enough, especially during a pandemic.

Love McDonald's when I'm hankering for food that's not all that healthy, but seriously that's why I'm there! Disappointed there are no more veggie burgers but I hear they are coming out with one, as I don't eat meat. Drive thru was crazy busy, staff were very friendly!

Went about 5: 40pm on Monday, and the fries were HOT and the nuggets were CRISP and it was one of my best McDonald's runs of my life.

We ordered 2 big mac meals with lg diet coke and lg diet coke.we ate our meals, noticing we had 2 reg cokes, AND there was only ONE "all beef patty" on each sandwich, and one didn't have "specl sauce".

Waited over an hour, no one picked up the calls u til the 11th and when they did I was put on and off hold without anyone talking and then they hung up. Absolutely disgusted.

Brought in a free medium coffee sticker tab. Asked to pay 20 cents more to upgrade to a large coffee and was shocked to find out that the management does not allow upgrades at this location. I've been to McDs all over Ontario and New Bruinswick and was always allowed to upgrade for a charge! Why the management at this location in Welland does not just doesn't make sense. I guess he/she doesn't care for happy satisfied customers or good reviews!

I go here all the time. Usually busy, not a big deal. But I paid to add bacon to my sandwich (3 strips) and I only got one.

Apparently drive through times and shoving new employees on the line takes priority over proper training and quality service

Order was messed up and the burger was massively greasy. Bun was soaked and grease was running out. Even after getting the burger corrected, the new one was still a greasy mess.

Always a ridiculous wait in the drive thru for something as simple as a coffee or dollar drink. Ordered a diet coke, waited 20 minutes and then drove off with a root beer and didn't notice until I got home. Drive thru is meant to be speedy and for people that aren't ordering the entire menu. No cars were pulled either. Awful service.

Terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a wrap and fries and it was not even busy. I bought a drink and they denied a refill. Staff was rude and place was disgusting.

Parked almost every time I go to this McDonalds, even for coffee’s! Drive thru incredibly slow at any random time of the day. Going down hill over the last few years while prices are skyrocketing. Most staff is nice though

The Niagara Street McDonalds in Welland is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been too. On multiple occasions I was treated with disrespect by employees and management at this location. If you are hoping for a quick bite in drive thru dont hold your breath. The 3 times I've been there I waited over 20 minutes for my food. (It was only 2 Big Mac meals, it really shouldnt take that long to make their signature burger) I dont believe there are any night staff at this location that are over the age of 16. I say this out of pure facts as when I went to complain about service I was directed to a grade 11 student who claimed she was the only night manager for the location.

Was served by a very nice employee named Kylie she was pleasant she smiled she said may I help you thank you for coming to McDonald's I cannot believe the service this girl gave she is 100% at genuine nice employee to deal with.

Was told "we don't do mutipule orders in the drive-thu, you can come in or go around" *no cars waiting*
We had to pull forward and wait anyways at the far "pull forward window"
They also forgot to bring us our drink.

Slow service, for a "fast food" restaurant it's not fast at all. Drive through is always backed up. And a few times they "closed early" becusse they had not night shift? What the hell is that about?

Fast food? It takes 15 mins for 2 junior chickens. This place sucks stay at home and make something healthy u fatty!

These guys are really bad there. I do Uber Eats. On average it takes me about 6 minutes to get there to pick up the orders. 8 out of 10 times orders are not ready. And I have to wait for them there. The time that it takes me to get there is basically for them to put the orders together. You think 6 minutes would be enough! Apparently it is not enough. I'm not saying all this to complain. I'm saying all this so that someone finally fixes it.plus when you get there people who work there are not welcoming at all!

The owner of this establishment has no respect for his customers and doesnt deserve to be affiliated to McDonalds whatsoever which stands for economic family value.food handling is turtle slow.food comes out cold.so how do you call it fast food? There are no refills on any soft drinks or coffee as is well known in any other Mcdonalds across this nation. I ask you.where is your heart.in your pocketbook i assume.

Every time I use drive thru at this location I am asked to pull ahead to wait. Every. Single. Time.

Fast food, always the same so know what you are getting. Although only one person taking orders it was pretty quick. Was given a tracker and told our order would be delivered to our table, and was in a timely manner.
For a quick meal with your grand child it's okay.

Food was well prepaired and staff was friendly and tidy, but the flavor of the food was very bland for some reason. The seating area needs repair. The cloth seat backs are black with dirt and most of the decrotove stitching is worn off. There is paint pealing on the walls near the play place, it is up high out of reach but will eventually find its way on the ground or on a table in someones food.

I ordered pancakes with 2 syrups and did not recieve any syrup at all. My mocha doesn't taste at all like it should, it tastss like it doesn't even have hot chocolate in it. I had to wait very long for food that didn't meet the specifics I ordered
