Nice mcds by the walmart had late dinner with my daughter small eatin area staff was nice and quick.

My kid loves his McDonalds, and I do, too! This location is great. The staff are wonderful, great job, all of you! There's even a lovely fireplace to sit next to. It's clean, the food is fast, and it's a great place to go after shopping till you drop. I hope I get to come back here many times.

Gave me wrong order, and when I came back to replace they rejected to do anything

Talked to the manager, James, and he didn’t do anything even didn’t raise me a complaint
I don’t recommend going to this branch at all.

I stood in line for 25 min waiting for breakfast and they nobody working counter then i am told after half hour i cant order my breakfast it was after 11 last time i visited this location i waited in parkkng lot for 27 min after ordering my food this the worst mcdonalds in the city

Worst customer service ever, i ordered food, with drive thru but then they said wait in the lot they will bring my food and the lady cane handed me the bag, i was just discharged from the hospital close to it my daughter was sick, so i grab the bag went to my hotel, when i opened it there was 3 item missing i called them they said come we will make it ready i drive back but the guy on drive thrue was arguing that i asked them only one item is missing, (doesnt make sense i drive back for only 1 item) and then he said pull over they will talk and then doors were closed and the guy there looked at me but didnt open or even came close as if i was a begger or something this is a shame to Mcdonald and this location Manager

Quick, friendly service through either the FOH or drive-thru. Quite a turn around from how this place had been in the past at times!

This location is VERY slow and a cramped small space. Though the few times I've been here and interacted with employees they were always polite and some friendly.

I swear they just be hiring anyone at this point, how do you mess up an order for tea 3 times in a row

If you want to get yelled by their staff, come this one. I would rate this place -5 stars if I could. Visited the store on October 16th 2021. I got yelled by one of their staff member for not being patient after waiting for the order patiently for 25 mins.

Seriously slow. No fast food here1: 39 and have to pull over and wait for one egg Mcmuffin. And that's after a drive thru that was also slow. Recommend the Wendy's across the street. 23 minutes and still waiting!

Not a good experience today september 29th 2021. To start when i walked in there were so many employees who were on break and at the front of the restaurant making me feel overwhelmed, the self ordering kisok works but cannot order from it when i ordered through it the order was not fulfilled and had to reorder my food at the counter. No one had the courtesy to help me out. Manager needs more training at the location.

Basic fast food, quality of service has diminished significantly. And also the general cleanliness of the locations.

Came to this McDonald’s and mobile ordered a Big Mac meal with ketchup packets and salt on the side and they somehow managed to tell someone in the grill area that I wanted ketchup on my Big Mac? One bite into what I thought was a normal Big Mac and I discovered it was full of ketchup. Not sure how that’s even possible considering I added the ketchup of the condiments and there was no grill slip on the burger indicating it had been modified. Normally I would care but it was the fact that I called them 6 times and never received an answer.

Yesterday I went to this McDonald's and did not have a pleasant experience. At around 4: 30pm yesterday, I went through the drive through for an order, and after waiting to receive my food, I was told to wait at standby for the food to be cooked. I waited for around 15 minutes and 6 other cars that had pulled in after me all got their meals before me. I then asked one of the food carriers about where my meal was and was told that they weren't sure what I had ordered. I then went inside to talk to the manager and while trying to ask where my food was they acted very unprofessionally, unfriendly, and in a way that was not appropriate to act towards a customer to. Eventually I did receive my food and this was about 20 minutes later. Normally I would be fine waiting 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes max for a meal, but waiting 20 minutes is absolutely unacceptable for a McDonald's. Not only that, but the staff here was very incompetent and the manager was very unfriendly. I will never be shopping from this McDonald's again, and I ask that the owner of this McDonald's please deal with their employees properly. (I was at this McDonald's on September 5th 2021, at around 4: 30pm, and was not able to catch the names of the workers there.)

It's ok, only one in the area open 24hrs. Service is slow, had to wait for fresh burgers, burgers and fries weren't hot or fresh. It'll do in a pinch, but the McDonald's near Brock university is by far the best in the area.

Have been waiting for 15 mins to get 3 drinks and they weren't made right. This is a horrible McDonald's.

Doesn't matter what you order, they'll make you wait at the side. I guess this is how they keep their service times - they've become the slowest fast food place.

I just went to this location my order is xl 4/4 with a hasbrown & a chicken breakfast on the side with a McFlurry spoon its like a problem asking for the McFlurry spoon I never have any problems at other location just this one: (

Waited for 1/4 pounder with cheese. No meat ready. When received, dried out and cool. I don’t get it.

I do not like mcdonalds food. My review is on this location when we do stop in with the kids.
Aside from the parking lot being a bit of a zoo. The staff has always been friendly. We try to get to this location on McHappy days!

Very slow service. Employees move like zombies. They still think it's March of 2020 and we're all about to drop dead any minute. Outside seating still closed for absolutely no reason.

15 minute wait for curbside, then order was wrong. Had to go inside to get order after 15 min then to fix later. Very very disappointing.

The best branch ever! Someone finally took my order correct without missing anything! I called the branch to say THANK YOU. Other branches should learn from you guys

At night these guys dont take more than one order no body can move around get back into drive thru

Not the type to go online to write a bad review but when almost every order is wrong or incomplete, then something is not right. I placed an order and I was asked to pull up to the waiting lot. After a while my order came in complete. I had to drive back through the drive thru and the girl told me "It was a mistake. You have your muffin now have a nice day". Just ridiculous! There has been times when I drove so far before I discover my order is wrong or something is missing and I can't just bother to drive all the way back. Wish another McDonald drive thru was close by.: (I have only gone in to complain once but incidents are numerous.

Worst service I've ever received. Went through dtive thru. Told me to pull to the side to wait for my order. 25 minutes later, got out to ask the kid bringing food out whats taking so long. He goes inside. 10 minutes later, I go inside to ask where my food is. They finally give me my sausage and egg meal and 2 snack wraps. I leave and then realize that they didnt even give me my fries with my meal. Like come on, I understand there's a lot going on in this world but get your act together. I've had well done steaks come out quicker than this. Completely unacceptable service from a very well known popular food chain

Tried to use my monopoly tiles and they refused to accept the one and didn't include the other with my order. What a joke of a restutant!

Ordered a big mac meal at the window. They got it wrong and asked me to wait. They proceeded to call the police and accuse my friend of driving while intoxicated. Horrible service.

I have such a hard time understanding how this specific McDonald's messes up my order everytime. Not little things either, like last time they forgot an entire Big Mac Meal, with drink, and a Happy meal! They constantly disregard the order requests- put onions if "remove onions" is checked and similar. Last time I went in store they forgot my cookies in the bag. Every single time it's something.egg whites only due to allergies and we get the yolks too. So frustrating!

Fries were hot, fresh tasting, chicken nuggets continue to be small.my child enjoyed their happy meal! And the toy is great, a mini battleship game. Only downfall is that its super busy, especially with the walmart McDonald's being closed now. Had to do drive thru with having a young kid with me and it took probably 10 minutes to go through.

Went through drive thru and ordered an egg white cheese sandwich (NO MEAT) the cashier confirmed the no meat meal at the pick up window she gave me my drink and asked me to wait at the parking lot for my eggwhite as it is not ready.usually my longest wait would be barely 5 minutes and they made me wait for an egg white sandwich for at least 8 minutes. AND THAT'S NOT ALL. They loaded the sandwich with bacon! The person who finally brought it didnot even apologize for the delay and kinda threw the bag at me without saying a word. Not going for any thing there anymore

Malicious staff. Unpredictable and unprofessional behavior. Go here as a last resort. I definitely DO NOT reccomend this location of McDonalds.

Had to move money over to buy my coffee so I stepped out of line and a staff member named Alex paid for my coffee. Honestly made my day well done 4th Ave! Merry Christmas!

Every time I order from there I'm missing half my order the manager is useless to ask for a solution as she will not help you all she says is there is nothing she can do

Last Friday I was here going through the drive few with some technical issues with my McDonald's app. Fortunately enough the manager was able to assist me. I always have great service every time I visit for my coffee!

Same as any McDonalds, i do have to say that I'm disappointed they do absolutely nothing in regards to recycling. I'll have to rethink my options for dining out

I am in Mc Donald restaurant as pictured shows.
I bought a medium Fries, it was half full.
I went to ask to fill it up, the employee name Josh was telling me, he is not going to fill it up, Because McDonald French fries are sold BY WEIGHT.
He showed me a SCALE, and told me even I go to grocery to buy it, also is by weight.
To all dear McDonald lovers, could you please tell me, have you ever heard of this before? OR because I am Asian.
