Was probably the first to order lunch and proceeded to watch them make burgers for people for 15 mins before getting my food. Wrap was sloppily put together after I expressed my impatience. Offered me free fries to compensate but couldn’t finish wrapping my food? Wasn’t going to bother with a review until I saw the wrap? Next time I’ll go a while after the switch to lunch

Clean inside. You need to get buzzed into the washroom.
NOTE: it says 24h operation but the front is set up like a pedestrian drive through. While food appears to be avaliable 24h, I expect amenities like seating and washrooms are not.

These people don’t even know how to put the required items from an order into the bag and just send it out without a thought, morons.

They forgot the egg in my egg mcmuffin. It's in the name ffs. Does more need to be said?

The girl was super RACIST, she did not want to give us the things for which she was paid saying that there was not and to others if I give them the above!

I went back to see my son and the staff behaved super racist with us, they did not want to give us what we paid for and others if I give them.

Easily one of the worst McDonald's location in terms of service! Tried to order a carrot muffin pairing today morning from the app but apparently it was showing as unavailable so decided to walk into the store. To my surprise the store enterance was still locked at 6: 10am in the morning when they are supposed to be open by 6am. I decided to stick around and knock since i knew the timmings and finally somebody opened but imagine someone who wasn't aware of the timmings they would have just walked away disappointed (since they don't have timmings mentioned outside as well) when the employees should have some courtesy to atleast open the location on time. Sometimes i have tried to order icecream late in the night after 1 or 2am but they conviently make it unavailable. I can go on and on and don't get me wrong i understand it's a Mcd end of the day so i don't expect something extraordinary in terms of service but i have seen lot of locations which are lot better then this one.

Unprofessional staff, specially the lady working there, she don’t know how to talk to people, as I ordered and she was not even replying and I waited for 5mins, she was very very very rude to me, I won’t recommend anyone to go there

Came by here around noon and they were very busy so I had to wait a bit. Got fries, iced coffee ($1) and chicken breakfast sandwhich. Everything tasted fine. Fries were pleasantly crispy. Ketchup was a bit too sweet.

Seriously worst customer services. Even manager dont know how to talk with their customers. Never ever go to this place again.

Simply and 99.9% of the time their coffee is absoloutly consistent from location to location. ' Nuff said fantastic.
But dont forget to stir we can tell when you drink it black.

The best location. The staff is very polite and sweet. Food is always fresh. Highly recommended.

Worst Customer Service in the Entire Canada. Staff doesn’t know to respect and treat us like Slaves. Never Ever go there for God’s sake.

I love McDonald's. This place is good during the day but significantly slower at night due to the number of staffs working at night. Often have to wait longer to get food at night

Horrendously terrible service, they do not even deserve 1 star. They do not know how to treat people and all the staffs have worst attitude including their managers.

Terrible service. We have ordered 5 times and twice they have forgotten something, 3 times the order was wrong. You go to McDonald’s because it’s reliable and quick, very frustrating

First time in this area and this McDonald's but I received Fresh food, Decent social distancing and fast food wait time (considering the food was fresh and the amount of people). Notes: this was a pretty small McDonald's. I wish the limit wasn't 7 people at a time because I was crossing people just to get in line. Unfortunately didn't take any photos but I hope this can help you with your choice of where to go or what to eat.

While waiting to pick up something from the neighbouring Canadian Tire, my 4 year old daughter was feeling hungry. Since the McDonald's was right there, I figured we could pick up something quick to eat. We just ordered the fries, but they were delicious. My daughter basically are them all. I did need to rub the salt off each fry as they are still extremely salty. With the pandemic ongoing, the seating area is completely closed. However, ordering and picking up the food is a breeze and they appear to have a good handle on getting customers in and out quickly. The only issue is the entrance. It's not spaced well enough for people to enter and exit simultaneously. As a result, you may have close contact with others in the vestibule.

Ordered via the app. Efficient, reliable service at a convinient location. Just what you expect from a McDonad's.

This was absolutely horrendously terrible.many people have been waiting over 20 mins with no workers answering any questions.

It seemed they sprinkled salt grains on the burger. There were some bites on a side so salty today.

One of the most friendly McDonald’s I have ever seen. Their food quality, services and delivery is fast. Thanks to all members who worked so hard.

Went only to pickup coffee, though ordered from before, took some time. Service/Interaction felt a bit cold.

I Thought this place was bad when it was at Dufferin. Gotten worse since moving to their new digs. Staff is rude. & Maskless or chin-strapping. Or nose exposed.when a customer comes in without a mask.no one from the staff says anything. The management need replacing. And the staff need training in manners.

I ordered on line by the app. They did not have the item at the moment. The manager and the staff were very nice and helpful!
With the possible refund and to exchange for new items.

Covid 19 has ruined the dining experience and since I haven't heard of the virus being spread through urine I'm wondering why the bathrooms are always closed

Food is Okay. But You will have to wait a long for your order. I waited 25-30min for my just 3 Junior Chicken.

It is a standard McDonald's as you would find and experience anywhere. Being newly opened it is as clean as you will ever find a McDonalds. Service is quick and friendly. What else could you ask for in a McDonald's?

My review is for the wonderful and welcoming Mahalia. I often come to this location as I live close by and she always remembers me and my sister. She will always greet you when you come through the door and when its not busy she will chat you up and ask you about your day. She is amazing and always has a warm smile on her face (behind her mask). What a gem, im happy with this location and the service.

The service here based on my experience is night and day when comparing the evening and weekend staff to the full time weekday staff. I rarely have issues Monday to Friday from say 7am - 5pm. Outside of that time frame i generally avoid it, i always find it's a disaster.

Great experience, the manager was very warm and professional. The staff were quick, experienced and the food was fresh and delicious.

Very very poor service very slow, most of the staff are mean do not care about their jobs and the people they serve and DO NOT use the facilities because they are the dirtiest smellyist bathrooms we have ever used.

Refused to help me out. I ordered online and it didn't go through, it happens. The manager said " he had more important things to do". Was even willing to pay at the counter but no.

Day shift is amazing, overnight is awful, would not recommend

Convenient location close to home but please take note of your receipt. We found twice that the prices on the screen do not match the price you are charged for. When we complained we were told they are a franchise and have different prices from what’s on the screen. The manager did honour a free item for the inconvenience however we told them this should be changed because it is false advertising and more customers will complain.

Staff out on the floor is friendly, but needs to learn when it is appropriate to ask to take a tray. Better yet, don’t take people’s trays until they are leaving.

Even if it's junk food, I find it really good. My favourites are the chicken nuggets and the mcchicken collections, but it's your own call to decide what to eat. It's also quick and easy to get if you're in a hurry and it's definetly worth it for a cheat meal. It's always hard to find seats if you're eating in the McDonalds, so try to go when it's not as busy.

New location opened after the one at King and Dufferin closed down to make way for condos. The place is very neat and clean. Staff extremely friendly. They offer prompt table service, follows up on food. Definitely a step up from the old location.

Guys there is a manager here in night time josh, I usually complete my work at 11 and I daily dine in here but today I decided not to come back to this place because of this guy because he don’t have manners how to talk, how to work someone please train this guy. Very unprofessional, rude.

WoW really nice location. They have kids activities Wednesday night. No kids playground or drive through which is a major disappointment. The old location at Dufferin was the only drive through in the neighbourhood. It’s a big loss for me. Also the closest McDonalds play place is all the way in Etobicoke. But great service, staff look like Instagram models. They’re not your usual sad lot.

Contrary to what some have been posting, I actually really enjoyed the customer service provided! Staff were friendly and quick with my order:) the location was also super clean. I forget the name of who helped me (Gurdeet?), but she was awesome.

Worst experience ever: 40 mn wait, no training of your employees, no cleaning of the room in 1 hour (cf.pic), no famous "taste" of your burgers. Resolution #1 for 2020: never ever again in your restaurants

This McDonald's was in very bad shape. Usually too when you go to McDonald's you don't need to ask to use the bathroom too, but this is the first McDonald's I've seen do that. So the location might be bad, the staff was great, but the store was in rough shape.

Today, there were a lot of people complaining about waiting for their orders. I heard some say they waited longer than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, at this location there are always issues, whether it be long waits, wrong and/or stolen orders, or issues where the police have to get involved. The reason we keep going back here, is that the location is convenient for us.

Came across a homeless man in the girls’ washroom. He was in the first stall nearest to the sink. I was about to go in since the stall was open but saw him sitting in the stall. I immediately averted my eyes, apologized, and was about to go into the next stall but realized I just ran into a man in the girls’ washroom. I went to a employee and told her. She called the manager (I assume) and he called for other workers to come along with him. I guess it took too long because by the time they went in he was no longer there. As I left the McDonalds I saw the same homeless man sitting outside the front entrance. I went to Starbucks instead.
