I wish the McDonalds app would let you choose what restaurant to order as there are a few in my work vicinity alas, it always orders from this one.rarely is there no issue.either you get the completely wrong order, you are missing items or the food is lukewarm/old/stale, or some combination thereof, the only thing I can count on from this location is that I will probably get a partial or full refund for my trouble, but I'd rather just have what ordered.no amount of complaints will help as i've complained directly to the store and to Doordash. ALSO for the of god stop sending ketchup that wasn't order.

The atmosphere is just okay front street branch is close by and has a better atmosphere
Also they messed up the order wrong drink

I definitely appreciate this McDonalds, and their extremely hard working staff. In fact, I want to call out the staff of this McDonalds for being amazing troupers. For what they must need to deal with here.

The reason for my two star review is an issue with security. This location desperately needs a security guard, 24/7/365. I don’t go to McDonalds in general too much. But today I had an unpleasant experience with a man who smoked crack inside the restaurant. In the early evening, around 7pm. I initially thought he was vaping, but after seeing the crack pipe in his hands, it was clear what he had done.

I informed the staff that he was vaping and they acted like it was the norm. Actually they seemed annoyed by me for calling this customer out.

DON'T GO HERE! The owner doesn't care about the customers. Order was wrong, order was for no cheese, came in box with sticker no cheese, one bite in, CHEESE. Forced VOMITING still had cramps and DIARRHEA. Nobody is disciplined for MAKING CUSTOMERS SICK. Manager says owner won't call back, he doesn't care if his employees poison people. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND NOT CARE!

I WORK IN THE BUILDING BESIDE THIS MCDONALD WHICH IS PERFECT FOR ME, BUT THIS PLACE HAVE THE RUDES PEOPLE I SAW HOW THEY TALK TO PEOPLE INCLUING ME EVEN AT THE PHONE, I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS KIND OF JOB IS HARD DEALING WITH PEOPLE ALL THEY BUT WE ALL DEAL WITH DIFFERNT THINGS AND IF YOU DONT WANT TO SMILE AND BE NICE AT LEAST BE RESPECFULL COZ IS PART OF YOUR JOB.

Picked up some poutine to try, but was unimpressed. I was thinking McDonald's fries with poutine would be great except it was lacking seasoning on the gravy. The rest of the poutine was fine with fresh curds and hot salted fries. My only other thought was that the box of poutine seemed small for the price I paid compared to other poutines that I have purchased for the same price. That said, it did satisfy my hunger.

They practically ignore mobile orders here. Waited 10 min at the mobile order window for a drink. Staff doesn't check the window and doesn't answer when you ring the bell. What a joke.

During this pandemic period, one of the best thing is that they do open with reduced menu. At the least, give me a chance to get out of the house. Service is great. Food.with coupons is wonderful.)

Poor management at the location. Stuck waiting nearly fifteen minutes for a coffee and baked goods and asked for a refund so I could leave. Employee went to tell the manager, who didn't even have the courtesy to come and refuse a refund to my face but left me waiting until a third employee finally brought the order, who said I had to call since it was a mobile order.

Literally the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to.definatly second worst next to spadina and queen.you never know what their actual hours are, even online on the app and on uber eats.it’s also disgusting in there and smells like a literal urinal.

There are twenty other mcdonalds in the area, i plead you to pick another.ordering at this one will only lead to bad service, bad food, bad quality, health concerns and not receiving the order at all.

Every time I place an Online order (skip or Uber). Either the food is undercooked or they forget most of the the items. The most annoying thing is that they never put straw with the drink.

If you know anyone who is immunocompromised I recommend you do not order from this store. The employee named "Hitesh" was wearing his mask incorrectly and revealing his nose. Even worse, he was handling food after constantly touching his mask and face and letting it fall. I tried to ask him to get a better fitting mask and he shook his head at me. I told him I was not trying to be rude and asked him why he wouldn't wear a mask properly when people are entering every day and eating his food. He did not answer. He is terrible for risking the lives of so many individuals who are ordering from this restaurant.

This dont ask why EVERYTIME I uber eat, it is just SO good. Fries crispy fresh, burger freshie fresh. This location BLOWS george st and front st out of the water. YALL keep cooking that good good and imma keep coming thru scooping the good good. Mad respect, don't switchup

It would be nice if the geniuses in charge of this location informed their customers that it's only available for pick-up. You cannot enter the restaurant at all.

Closest one to me, but it is really messed up at night. Had a lady wipe her face and throw her napkin at me and make racist comments before storming off. All I was doing was waiting for my order. The workers there are troopers for having to put up with the unruly.

It was good it is open late but the location brings a bad crowd and the staff and store are not up to good standards. The staff is very rude and the restaurant is extremely dirty

All in all - excellent. This is a challenging location to run a restaurant and the management and staff at this McDonald's are doing a fantastic job. This may not be for everyone - there is not very many seats and the constant stream of interesting people may effect some people's enjoyment.

I went there the store was full of drug addicts but the white girl with brown hair was very nice also the Tamil girl but I don't understand why there managment is to cheap to get security this an abomination

Only one unisex washroom for a crowded store full of customers, you need to be buzzed in to use it. Didn't even bother waiting because people take forever inside. Crackheads hang around out front and ask for change. Just avoid this McDonald's if you can and go to the closer surrounding ones.

I always think of McDonald's as teaming with children. This is not one them. The clientele are composed of locals who earn well above the poverty line to homeless, set to the pace of the corporate day and the round-the-clock shift of St. Michaels. The two ordering kiosks are generally not operational and there is only one cashier, so the line moves slow. The staff are efficient, but not super friendly. And that's okay because the clientele is challenging.

If I can give zero at this location I will but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum for a review. The reason being is because of personal security, constant fights takes place often there and safety is a concern.

It's an okay place lots of drug addicts come through so its not a friendly place to bring my son. Staff doesn't smile. Limited seating.

The staff was rude cashier was really rude the place had no seats lots of tavbles no chairs first time there will never go again will walkto eaton center next time

One of the better McDonald's in the city, great morning breakfast to start the day, the lady that served me was great.

I ordered from uber eats and im just wondering how hard is it to spread nutella on a bagel. Apparently its like rocket science for the people who work at this location.

Staff is nice however place is small and each time I go there I feel kind of uncomfortable: many times homeless or scary people from the shelters asking for money or staring at me

It is a Macdonald's but this one seems to attract an interesting crowd, pretty sure I saw a guy going to the bathroom in the corner.

It's a McDonald's and they deliver just what you expect. Food to get you through the day but not the best you have ever had.

Small place great serve friendly staff at night from 9pm to 6am get the orders done fast and always has a nice words to say to customers. Front line staff very secure with there surroundings

Unless you've just emerged from a cave, you already know everything you need to know about McDonald's food, so I'm not going to waste your time or mine giving a rating to Big Macs or whatever. Instead, this review is for this particular location, which is excellent. I mean, sure, by day it's probably no more remarkable than any other McDonald's, but where this location truly shines is at night.

Picture this: you've just left the club, it's 2AM, you're drunk and hungry, and you're craving a burger with a side of insanity. Well, this McDonald's has you covered, my friend. A seemingly endless stream of top notch local WTFery starts around 11PM and goes non-stop until sunrise. A dude with no pants yelling at no one in particular that Ronald Reagan is giving him cancer? Check. Drunks fighting? Hell, yes. Incongruously warm, friendly staff with the sardonic wit and hardened looks of front line WWI infantry? You bet!

Just sit back, relax, enjoy the show, carefully avoiding all eye-contact.

Oh, and never, under any circumstances, use the bathroom.

There is no excuse for such a busy location to only have one cashier on duty during the morning rush.
It's all fine and dandy to have the automatic tellers, but they take too long to use, and one of them is almost always broken

This is a smaller than normal sized McDonald's restaurant. I normally only buy coffee here, but have purchased a couple of sandwiches in the past which were of standard quality. The service time was fairly fast.

The staff are professional though not overly happy to have to work in one of Toronto's most depressing areas.

It's a busy Mc's. Pretty dodgy, but it's open late. Bathrooms are locked until you ask the staff to unlock them - very New York!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Considering the neighbourhood, I would let them pass on being frustrated, which I haven't experienced so far. Good customer handling guys.

I have seen a homeless person try brushing their teeth with Sprite here. This is known as CrackDonalds in this area

Close to my house. Everytime I have orderred the Mozzarella chicken, 3 times, there's no cheese. Literally in the name of the burger.
