Absolutely disgusting service. Bought apple juice for my kid and asked them to just heat it up for 5 seconds because its too cold for small kid. And was told, we cant do it. Its not allowed. What a lame excuse. On top of that bad under cooked food. Had them replace poutine twice because fries were under cooked but still same third time as well. I just threw away everything in the garbage. Never coming to this location again.

Very slow (actually slow AF), waited 20min to get our food inside. Should have went through the drive thru and came in.
No one working on the cash, line up of people waiting. Don’t tell me sorry,

They ALWAYS forget the order. EVERYTIME I've had food missing. And calling customer service trying to get my money back is trash. They give you a discount on a kids meals. Trash.

Disgustingly watery coffee and stale brownie cookies. When I called to let them know the staff was impolite and rude.

Ordered a combo and told us they're just waiting for the fries, as we thought they were making a fresh batch. 5 mins go by and we got our order, it was warm, soft and mushy, like it had been left out on the counter and microwaved.

This location never gets it right. I don't think they were trained properly on how to make McDonald's food correctly. When you ask for extra onions they disregard it and when you complain about it they make up excuses on what it means extra onions. Then when they take the burger back from you they put slices on your big mac when clearly onions on a big mac are chopped small pieces. There is no sense of customer service at all. The staff are very dismissive they never get the order right. Ask for no cheese yet you still get cheese. I avoid this location as much as possible. Major Mackenzie and Mcnaughton.

Very slow. Drive through told me to park and wait for my order. They had me there for over 10 minutes and forgot about me.

Terrible management. Used to be much much better. Now extremely slow and food is almost always cold as a result. Consistently wrong orders. I go here often as it's a convenient location but that will be changing.

Mcdonalds: 2 cars

Tim hortons completed all 20+another 10 in the time it took to get a breakfast sandwich+coffee

Went in at 10: 50am, May 8th asked for a hamburger, and was told that it is breakfast now, but if you want to wait 10min more as they will be then doing the switchover. I went somewhere else, who had their breakfast menu up and still made me a lunch sandwich.

If only the super wealthy owner of this location knew how this place is being run.mcdonald's is known for one thing and it's their fast serving speed, you won't even get that in this location.ronald mcdonald is doing back flips in his grave.

I would actually give this place ZERO stars! Me and my friend were just there and we went through drive through.the girl on the intercom asked us to wait a minute so we did. Then another customer pulled up to the other intercom and they took his order before us when we were there first. Now my friend was angry so she swore out of anger not at them directly but because she was mad. They chose not to take our order because of this. She had every right to be mad she is HUMAN! On top of it we came to this mcdonalds because the one near our home was full. We chose to come and if you guy’s business! I want this girl to be fired! I will be calling headquarters tomorrow to make sure of it!

Service was not good, I did mobile order and waited 18min for cold fries and the sandwich. Not satisfied at all.

This location is a few years old but a complete disaster. Even when there is no other customers they are slow with orders, wrong with what you ordered, etc.

Decided to try the Egg BLT for the first time and we got it really quickly and NOW WE KNOW WHY: there was no egg in it?

Now you might think “oh everyone makes mistakes, this might be a one time thing. Cut them some slack” but that’s where you’re wrong. Let me tell you what I’ve noticed from going there a few times: 1) when orders are placed, an employee is trained to clear it quickly from the queue so you’ll briefly see your order on the screen that shows orders being prepared but then it will quickly be moved over to the “now serving” column (or whatever it’s called) and then promptly cleared off the board. WHY DO THEY DO THIS? ! For better KPIs? Lack of understanding of how to use the technology? Whatever the reason, OBVIOUSLY this leads to all the staff members being confused about what has been served and what is still outstanding. 2) this leads to all the wrong orders, slow service and chaos that happens at this McDonalds. Just read some of the other reviews. It is actually so bad that we overheard one delivery driver telling another driver that they don’t even accept orders unless it’s a large order because service is so slow and often wrong.

If anyone from corporate or the owner is reading this, I think your managers need new training or you might need a new manager.

Worst experience ever! ! Went to the drive thru at 4 am. The employee working was so rude and unprofessional. She even sucked her teeth at me with a Smurf on her face. Refused to serve me because “she didn’t feel like being there “ told me to complain to Headofice. When I asked for her name she said her name was Christina. She was eating her breakfast behind the window while talking on the phone. I was the only customer and I didn’t see any other employee working besides her. Do your self a favour and go to another location.

The cashier, Muna, was really nice to me. However, I waited over an hour for my food. Me and my boyfriend left halfway because he had some important business to attend to. I AM NEVER COMING BACK!

Always doing a pick up online ordering here because it's convenient.
You need to check your orders because it always something is missing. Always!

Ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal with apple pie and I was waiting for 15 mins to receive my food. My food came out hot but not worth waiting 15 mins.

Always missing something or even the wrong oder one time. Don't know how they are training their staff. Not well, that's for sure. It is the closest to me but may have to walk into Walmart next door, which isn't much better.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Incorrect order, cold food and long wait. This one should be closed by the company.

In front order table for five minutes with no one comes, then go to pick up desk to ask about what kind of happy meal toys they have right now but only been told to check the display box and can not choose the one wanted. Seriously, why this location still open?

Awesome offer of $1 McFlurry. Sadly the McDonald's wifi is so poor that my payment couldn't go through. When the cashier did it manually she charged the full price. Thumbs up for the manager who refunded me the difference

Very relaxing spot for a McDonald's breakfast. Either eating in the car, the patio or inside. Amazing service as well

I've ordered 5 times here and never got the right food at once. Always had to come back and forth. Management team, you should train your staff properly. Like I said, literally always missing food or got the wrong one every time I visit.

Drive through is very inefficient. They literally just move the line without any food prepared for when you get to the window. Then you're asked to go park and sit for another 10 to 15 mins. We ordered 2 happy meals, and this is our experience every single time even when we order less. And while you wait you watch the drive thru window give full orders to the cars that came well after us. The location is in a very convenient place and does have high traffic but this has never improved. Today I actually went inside to get the food we ordered only to find out it's sitting on the side counter while they waited for another order to be filled that was also waiting outside.

Staff not very friendly. Not sure who's managing here.stay away

My reply: Is that the jerky managers reply to all 200 of the 1 star ratings for this place? 'Management' or lack thereof, is clearly the problem.

Service is always friendly. But it makes no sense that I need to stand for almost two minutes with no other customers in the store to just have someone coming to serve me. Focus has to be on store walk ins too, and not only the drive thru.

I asked for ice tea with no ice they didn't even fill it all the way and when I said if they can fill it more, it was a problem. Drank the ice tea 5 minutes later and it tasted like plain water. Horrible customer service.

Rotten Ronnie's.tastes good coming out of the box. This is equivalent of cigarettes to your lungs, but for your gut.

I walked into the store and there were zero employees at the front customers. I logged into a kiosk and made my order halfway through my order the kiosk froze and wouldn’t let me log out. I had to wait 15 minutes for unemployed, supposed to be at one E.me they told me that they didn’t know what the issue was. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to take my order on a sale. At this point they also let me know that the ice cream machine is broken. As I am waiting I noticed no employee was wearing a hair tie or gloves. The manager Rashmi did not seem to think this or anything else from above was an issue. Employees in the back were quite literally yelling laughing and joking as I was waiting to get assisted. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I’ve never had to complain before.

I know we can't expect much from a McDonald's but I do expect to not have old, cold, soggy fries. Every time I have come here the food has been bad. I drive to the other locations now.

Today I ordered around 5.30 pm and we received our order after 6.30 pm and was extremely cold.
They sent ice tea instead of sprite and no napkin and straw.
This location is five minutes from my house

Garbage location. Ordered breakfast burritos at 7 am. I ate one and noticed that it had a sticker that said "serve by 230 am". They didn't even apologize just said they would give me free burritos next time. Like having food sitting around for 4 and a half hours last their expiration is ok?

Came thru the Drive Thru several days ago. The Manager by the name of Shival has a nasty attitude. You need to Get a reality check. I asked one of the employee's her name and she was immediately identified by her co worker. SHIVAL if your not happy to work at this location, why bother to come to work?
Honestly we don't even want to be served by you. SHIVAL if I could give you a rating it would be -10.a rating of 1 is too much for you. Your team doesn't need you. YOU MAKE the whole MCDONALD'S look bad. Go and Look for a new job. Get some help.

Very bad service at this McDonalds location. First of all, they are always super slow (no matter which way you order), secondly, our orders are regularly mixed up, even when it’s relatively quiet. I would recommend the McDonald’s on Major Mac neat the highway instead.

Service is super slow, we had to wait over 30 minutes on simple order of happy meal, kids were going nuts in the car. Avoid this place if you can

This place served me a mcmuffin that had bread that was literally black on the inside. Then the manager told me he would refund me but instead charged my credit card again. This is only one of the many instances where this mcdonald's has failed me. This location in particular always has poor service, poor quality food, and evident terrible management. Please avoid this location at this cost for the sake of your own sanity. Visit this place at your own risk.

Edit: Came back to give them another chance hoping it would be better. Nope gave me someone else's order.

I put an order online through uber eat, they missed my items, like how hard is that to put three orders in a bag without missing anything, thats what happens when a business is running by children.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I didn't know it takes a very long time to make fries! New management needs to take over this location! Would have given zero stars if it only allows me to do so!

They have NEVER gotten my order right the 6+ times I’ve come to this location. Wait time is insane for a McDonald’s and they can’t even get it right.

Ordered double fillet o fish combo and got an extra lid and dirty tissues inside my drink. Plus lot of back and forth to and from the washroom.

I really feel for the manager here. Bunch of teenagers working here who have no sense of decision making or initiative. Poorly run, poorly trained and 10/10 times something is wrong with the order. Like today. Happy meal with no fries. There’s not much better in the area unfortunately in terms of McDonald’s. So if you’re desperate go for it.

I came to the drive through at 9: 24pm. I mentioned to the girl at the window that the staff are walking around with there masks below there noses. After I said that the staff in the restaurant was mocking me and seeing them making an issue and laughing that I questioned them. I was told to go to the third window and wait for 10 min for our order as the guy came with our food I was trying to tell him what was going on. He was playing dumb like he couldn't hear me but I got mad and said I'm going to report him to the health department he decided to hear me and said whatever.

Very poor customer service. Been to this location 3 times, all 3 orders were wrong. Employees do not know simple math calculations for price, cannot comprehend orders well at all. If you like to receive different sandwiches than what you ordered, come to this location.

Giving my bad experience, I am starting to remove a star for each new bad service I go through at this location. I have already had been: served wrong sandwich, multiple double burger orders came as single burger, I was told my order didn’t go through the app and I was supposed to go back in line then I gave up and I was still charged without anything, special requests like no cheese and/or pickles being ignored.

On Jan 19th, 2021 I order a double bacon Big Mac and even though charged as double, only got it as single. Moving rating back to 3 stars.

We came here 3 times and all 3 times there was an issue each time.

1. Waited 30 mins for my mobile order and it turns out they either gave it the wrong customer or lost the order. Had to make a new one.
2. Beef patty in my Big Mac was not cooked.
3. Ordered a double hamburger and got a mcdouble instead.

Really disappointed. Will not be coming here again.

I found hair in my burger and the manager is never wearing a mask. He should be fired! Only come to this location if you want coronavirus
