This location usually gets your order wrong, and food isn't warm. Avoid this location due to lack of service and poor service levels. Weekend are the worse.

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was ice cold not even warm. I hardly come here anymore but made the mistake thinking at 7am it would be ok

Everything in this branch is great!

Spent $60 in the drive thru, took almost 10 mins to get our food and they forgot 2 items. Only realized it when I got home

Worst McDonalds ever i am a uber driver they reported me for ordering food from them. Rude staff at overnight drive thru window.

I ordered a McChicken sandwich with pickles since they no longer had the crispy ranch chicken with pickles. My fries came cold, the pop was watery, and my sandwich came with very little lettuce, half the mayo was on the box and not my sandwich, and I received two pickles. The chicken was lukewarm and dried out. I will not be going back to this location. Absolutely not worth the $16 I spent today.

These guys will park you in front of the restaurant every time. Waited over 10 minutes today for food. Not going back!

I don't even drink pop. But this is disgusting. Who are they protecting us from? You can't just slap the word safety on everything and make it okay.

Stood at the cash register for fifteen minutes before calling the store to ask if anyone was taking cash. The kid came and said he didn't have time to stand around at the register waiting for customers.
I understand not waiting around for customers, but at least keep an eye on the register while you work.

The food was typical Mc ds the issue for me was the play place. I'll never bring my son there again! Kids not wearing socks on the equipment. One even had her shoes on at one point, and no one was monitoring any of it. (It's a question of hygiene, imo) All the tables within the play zone were dirty and had to ask assistance to get one cleaned.

You can stand at the cash and no one greats you, you are ignored. Customer service really lacks at this location. Left because I was ignored.

I love McDonald's fries. Because of the current economy and the price of housing I do wish McDonalds would lower their price for fries from $5 to $2. People are homeless and starving. Not everybody has a home or income. Some people may not even qualify for a disability because doctors in this country fail to diagnose or treat people. The least McDonald's can do is give them a $2 fry to make their day happy.

Messed up an order in the drive-through went inside to fix it they were rude and hash Browns had then changed to fry's even though I had asked that on the speaker in the drive-through was not justified bathrooms close dining rooms closed disgusting

How can you serve breakfast all day, but if My Grandson or Son get the hotcakes meal you CAN'T have a hashbrowns. They give You FRENCH FRIES with your BREAKFAST! Ridiculous & they don't even suggest accommodating you. Like it's that big of a deal to make a hashbrown instead of french fries!

I have no idea what is wrong with this location but they can never get my order right. I want out of every ten visits they might get one right. Maybe

I rank this location among my don't bother going unless you want an order that isn't accurate, and a wordless transaction by staff clearly too good to be working there whenever I go.

The overnight staff is by far the worst I’ve ever had serving me. The wait time for my food was at least 15 minutes. And by the looks of it everyone else that was part of so had to do with the same thing. By the time I got my fries they weren’t even hot which is what I expected considering I waited so long. Will never return to this Location

Thanks for the plain burger, didn't want lettuce and I got a straight up plain burger. How hard is your job? Oh wait. It isn't.

Dirty garbages piled put by the entrance when I asked the lady what the deal was she just said the kid doing it walked out and she don't do garbage.

Serving staff wonderful and well. It's McDonald food. BUT had 3 preschoolers who wanted to enjoy the play place area. Adults with their kids do not supervise/moniter their child behavior and staff doesn't enforce their rules that are posted. It was chaotic! We could not stay long. Was worried about injury.

Haven't been to a McDonalds in years thought I'd take my children for a treat. Was shocked how messy the restaurant was for a Wednesday at 3 pm. The restaurant honestly looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days. If this is how management let's you see the restaurant, I'd be afraid to see what the grill and fridges look like, I won't be back.

Pulled up to an empty drive thru, and waited 25 minutes at the pick up window. After they "lost" my order. Then the not very kind lady at the window asked what I got, then insinuated that I lied to her about my order. Not impressed about the customer service! No "sorry"! And to top it all off, my ice tea tastes like water.

Worst mcdonalds in history. Period.

Errors in the order are fairly regular. I usually buy different breakfast sandwiches, and I remove the bacon, sausage, or any meat product from the sandwich as that is my preference. They've kept the meat items on the sandwich multiple times now. Basically, I get to work, open the wrapper and find that I can't eat this. So i just end up giving it to my coworkers. Also, many errors in making the iced coffee. They tend to forget to look at the modifications like remove cream, or add caramel.

Made a mobile order for a Big Mac and McDouble with extra patties and I didn’t get either. I didn’t find out until I got home which at that point I didn’t want to bother going back. The annoying part is I also asked for no pickles and they got that right. So you’ll happily take my money but not give me what I ordered. Awesome. Thanks McDonalds.

The service could have been quicker. I noticed a lot of staff standing around while I waited at the till for 5 minutes before the cashier showed up. Also. The children's play area. Should be have better lighting. It was very dark. My son slipped a few times because the higher he got the darker the play area became

Service is adequate and staff are friendly. Be cautious in the drive thru, as in any place as the food ordered is sometimes incorrect.

Any time I go to McDonald's, it's because we have 1 to 4 of my grandchildren. It almost always makes me ill to eat there so I avoid it.

Got to do table service here. Beside the lot of annoying local kids who have no where else to play, free electricity and wifi. Bless.

The wait was super long and super expensive that is why I prefer pizza pizza any day. I was just a passenger as I do not eat MCD

I don't usually post reviews for places like this, cause I mean it's f'n mcdonalds but this location never gets it right. No straw in take out bag even when told there was. Alright. Ok. Whatever. Pro- environment. The frutopia tasted like the machine ran out of syrup and yall just threw water in that mf to make it look full, gross. There was more mayo on my juniour chicken than chicken. I work in a kitchen, and I gotta say the staff had "poorly trained" written all over them.
