Tried to use the $4.00 special for a coffee and a McMuffin sandwich and they wouldn't let me get a tea instead of a coffee. No substitutions. But I don't drink coffee. What's the big deal? Tim Hortons lets me do this all the time. I guess I'll just go there from now on.
They never listen. Cant close the lid on the coffee. Looks like owners don't read these. When 3 days in a row they provide watery coffee, it is unacceptable. Fix your service!
Order from here once in a while and every time they manage to forget something I have ordered, I think that they do it when they see my name pop up in uber eats on purpose, they never give food at the correct temperature and they are just horrible in general, would never recommend to even my worst enemy and have stopped ordering from them.would give -stars if I could.fix your store McDonalds you need to live up to the standards of the other franchises that are clearly better
Updating my review to 1 star. This location is ok, close to my workplace, so I go there often. Some staff members are very rude, had messed up orders and now I just stick to coffee only, if I have no time to go somewhere else. Just so you know the line ups in store are not prioritized. So you end up waiting for extremely long time.
Considering how busy this location was, I expected fresh hot food but unfortunately the Big Mac i received seemed to have been cooked this morning. Meat was semi-warm, bun was hard and tasted like it was reheated 5 times. I am hoping this is a one-time thing as I have always enjoyed McDonald's food but I have not had a Mac in a while. Hopefully my next visit to this location will be better.
Slow service, don't really blame them considering it's McDonalds and they barely care about their employees. Mediocre food, JNR Chicken never dissapoints though!
All good with this place but the over nights it goes crazy in drive thru. They looking for any reason to stop take order. Sometimes customers find the drive way blocked for hours, most of the times they ask for cash only.it seams they go for sleeping.
Trash branch. I ordered twice thru delivery and there’s always a missing burger. And when you call them back no ones answering. Train them well and do the job properly. Too much gossiping they forgot to do the job right.
This branch needs to do better.every time we do a drive through it is either something is missing or they gave us a wrong order. Today my children went to their and the drink was half of the cup; getting home we tasted the sprite and it tastes like water.this was not a ten dollar order and it is sad that we had to throw the drink away. We may not be going to this branch again or stay with Wendy's. Please train your staff especially in this pandemic where many are scared of eating out. One of the receipts is attached because my one of them threw her receipt in the garbage there.
Missing items for drive through and pick up orders! It happened several times that there's always something missing like fries or poutine for one order! Since There's no time to check the whole bag before leaving for drive throughs, it really makes me mad.
Go to the one on Steeles and Yonge for better service and larger parking lot!
After a long day, I drove through for a lovely crispy chicken burger but, the smell of burned oil on it was awful. The way they take orders its clear the staff doesn't care about quality and customers. I'll not come back to this branch.
Well. I would first like to say I am a McDonald fan. When I was a child I wanted to become the CEO of Mcdonald’s. Even now, McDonald is number 1 in my heart. I would do anything for McDonalds. I tried everything on McDonalds menus and waiting for new items. 10000000/5 star if I could. How I would love to work at McDonald fulltime but yknow how it is, I got bills to pay, bigger dough to make. If Mcdonalds ever closes down, I’d close down with it too.
I was very impressed by the staff at this McD location.
As I was waiting in the car for my mobile order, one employee went out of her way to double confirm with me for my rather odd customization on a sandwich, which was a very nice gesture. She wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake.
The crispy chicken combo I ordered today came with a nice side of a moldy bun and cold fries. Also I had to have one of the employees go back and grab a drink that they forgot to include with one of the other combos. You would think being such a huge franchise you would have quality control on point.
Place is closed for in dining. We walk over and place an order via the app. We stand in a numbered parking spot and out comes our order. Thanks McD's and the staff for keeping it going!
It's a very busy place, especially on weekends. They try hard, but sometime can mess up orders, when it's too busy, although the food quality is always good. Also, they usually make a good poutine with lots of cheese and gravy, unlike the 300 Steeles location, where poutine is always dry. Oh.and the staff here is always very polite. When I had to complain about missing order, they made it right though it look a long time.
I was asked to pay. 27 cents for mustard sauce, why is it that most McDs will provide this to you for free while some store like this one will be balant enough to ask you for a payment. Does the staff over the counter have to like my face to give me the mustard sauce free of cost, because most of the other McDs do, so why not this one.
Hard working group of young students that try their best every day to ensure customers are satisfied. They should all get raises this is the best McDonalds in Toronto.
Long wait times and needs better customer service. Visited today with an open mind that I would get my food quicker this time. I didn't. I understand how crazy it must be to tend to the front and handle Uber eats along with drive thru. My order was missed somehow and tried to get the attention of a few workers until one employee finally noticed me to ask if I was still waiting for my order 25 minutes later. I got my order and realized I was missing my fries. I stood at pickup to get the attention from someone to ask for my fries and no one wanted to bat an eye at me and ask if I needed help. (Also noticed a girl just standing there twiddling her thumbs while she watched her co-workers scurry) Anyways, I lost patience and got help from the same gentleman who tended to me initially. He apologized kindly each time. Didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was very professional.
Got a coffee there and it was the utter disappointment. Whoever roasted this coffee, charcoaled it totally. Unfortunately, it was hot and we were in hurry, so, by the time we actually tasted it, we were too far away to take it back. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! McDonald's, we switched over to you because Timmy's started overroasting theirs. Don't fall into the same trap, 'cause we'll move on!
It happened twice. First in drive thru and second in uber. I ordered grill chicken snack wrap but I got the crispy chicken. Please pay attention to your customer’s orders.
Ordered a double filet combo through drive-thru and only received a single filet combo. This happened few times, and you would never find a receipt in the bag when it happened. Make sure you check your order before leaving.
This place nickel and dimes you and think people won't notice. From selling day old or more muffins to constantly withholding croutons for their salads and making a big deal of not having or checking to see if they have in storage. Their prices are often 10-15% higher than other restaurants. Often charging for things that are normally free at most other mcds. Beware. When customizing combos on their self serve kiosks they will often charge full price for substitutes where other mcds don't charge at all. Simply greedy management!
Bought a Mc Chicken and they gave me a Jr Chicken in a Mc Chicken box.bought a kids nugget combo and they never put the nuggets in the box, bought a 10 pack and got 8 nuggets all happen within a month
It's not to bad, staff need more training in terms of timing and taking the orders they seem to have difficulty taking the order from the drive thru speaker
Washrooms can be cleaner and more taken care off always smells bad and dirty please take care of the smell thanks.the staff are also very rude here and make fun of the customers don’t know customer service
Dont like the changes they made less cashiers. Then a separate counter staff to fill orders. Takes longer to get your order. Also a few times had to take food back because they made mistakes or it was cold.
Ordered Herb and Garlic cream cheese bagel and received Plain Cream Cheeze. Ordered A cup of coffee with 2 milks and received 2 creams. Total was $6.75 and gave them $10. And the change they returned $3.00 instead $3.25. How much more mistakes can you make?
Very dirty place. Lots of Flyes. No ketchup in dispensers. Did not get my receipt while ordering trough the terminal, therefore did not know my number, and, not a first time. All the tables were dirty as hell. And customer service do not speak English at all, only tagalak. "Amazing" place, you should visit
We bought a McFrappe vanilla 2 cups but unfortunately we wasn’t happy because it taste like it’s mix with medicine. I was very frustrated and 2 cups just went to the garbage! Not happy at all
