Unfortunately every time I have ordered food or drinks at this location it tends to be the wrong things or far from fresh, regardless off time of day it seems.

We ordered 2 mec chicken junior and 2 medium coke on March 26 9: 20 pm and instad of 2 coke we got water with ice there was no flavor at all. And when I asked the store front employee to change my drinks she was very rude and after all I got my coke but the customer service is really ridiculous. You made mistake and behaved very rudely. Please improve your attitude towards customers.

No peanuts in the bag with my chocolate sundae, no napkins. The lid wasn't on tight when they handed it to me and it spilled.if I was given napkins this wouldn't have been such an issue.

Very friendly and quick service, hardly waited, even when busy. Young personel is very polite and efficient. They must have a great manager/owner

Would not serve truck drivers at drive through window unless I went and downloaded there app and ordered. After I’m already ready standing in front of the manager asking to take my order worst customer service ever. Walk in take out door is locked when they are not under order by health unit to have it locked. Store owner or manger should go home and let the grown ups run things

I'm a long haul truck driver, as my truck is too big to enter drive through and the dining room is locked away from any human interaction, I walked up to the order window and asked for coffee and meal at 6 am.

I was refused service, standing cold, hungry and tired in the drive through.

I was told I need to use the app otherwise they will not service.

I didn't have time nor did I want to even use this app.

Horrible.

I walked away and took my business elsewhere.

This Mcdonalds is awful. I used to think they were ok, but after my most recent visit, I am livid. Saturday evening and my kids say they want mcdonalds. We had a busy day, so I figured a late mcdonalds dinner was deserved. I go through drive thru and order around $20 of food. I checked the labels on the way out and everything seemed correct. Once I get home I realize that basically everything is made wrong, which now I have kids that are hungry and disappointed. So I decide to drive back and explain. They were very understanding and had no problem making the order again, which made me happy. Then I drive back home, only to find 9ut the order was wrong agaiiiiiinnn. I called like 10 times, no answer. Then called again today, no answer. 2 bags of food straight in the garbage. Bravo! I'll never buy mcdonalds again!
