I recently visited this place to pick my dinner. An employee named Abhinav took my order. He was very professional and asked all my necessary accommodations. The food was very fresh. I really loved my whole experience.
Communication error while the lady noted the food order over the over bow through drive way lane. I ordered two Fish fillet sandwiches with some other stuff, but after the quick payment through their window and after that when we received the food bag, we found one fish fillet sandwich with rest of the other orders though I did not pay for the two said sandwiches I mentioned initially. So, I asked to add another missed fish sandwich and add payment while there was a long car queue meantime and consumed longer extra time during the continuous raining that time yesterday noon.
My diagnosis was the communication error. She did not listen clearly and did something putting me on hold for a while during taking the orders. So she forgot to enter whole orders. Due to massive raining that time, I could not look through the cad window to double check her orders properly and she told to drive forward and missed occurred. I agree that customers also have responsibilities to check before payments/orders, etc. Anyways, learning for everyone!
I do Uber Eats part time for extra money and get this McDonald's a lot since I deliver in Mississauga a lot. This McDonald’s can not handle the number of delivery orders late at night. They offer no separate window or line for Uber eats drivers and make us wait in line like everyone else. Most Uber eats orders pay between $3-$5 per delivery more if the tip is actually (usually not) I had to to wait 30 MIN for an order with 2 delivery’s but when I got to the window I was told to GO TO THE BACK OF THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WAIT AGIAN FOR YOUR SECOND ORDER. Would be a FULL ONE HOUR of waiting for an order that MIGHT pay me $10. IF YOUR AN UBER EATS DRIVER OR A CUSTOMER ORDERING FOOD AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S AT ALL COSTS. You will waste your TIME, MONEY, and your food will be cold. Managers and owners of the franchise DO BETTER.
For some discriminative reason, the cross-eyed staff in this establishment does not permit high-schoolers to eat within the premises of the building. The children followed all proper COVID-19 protocols, mind you, majority of these students were persons of colour and behaved properly. IF you pay, follow pandemic protocols, you have the right to eat in the resturant. Racism in 2021 is something that shouldn't be tolerated and will be reported to media outlets accordingly.
A unique location for a McDonald’s in the GTA. However, I don’t understand why this location needs to charge different prices than other locations? For example, a medium Iced Coffees is 40 cents MORE at this McDonald’s. No logic to this decision.
**BEWHERE, STAFF IS RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS*** I ordered a burger with extra pickles. They charged me 25 cents for a bbq sauce I never ordered. When I asked about this at the first window, they LIED and said they had to charge the 25 cents for the extra pickles (which McDonalds never does). At the second window, the girl looked very afraid, quickly gave me my order and shut the door. I look in the bag and she put in a bbq sauce.and my receipt did not indicate any price for the extra pickles.
I gave the bbq sauce back and inquired once again why I was charged the additional money.again, I was told this lie about a charge for extra pickles.
When I contacted McDonalds with my concerns they brushed me off.
If they did this to me, they are doing it to a lot of customers. 25 cents is a small amount most people won't complain about, but do it to a couple hundred customers, they've doubled their paycheques.
Edit: after head office tried to brush me off with this concern for a month, the store manager wrote me an apology letter and sent a $5 gift card.still zero acknowledgement that their staff is ripping customers off
Looking at the menu there is a lot of excitement announcing the pumpkin spice latte. Apparently THIS location doesn’t serve those, with no reason why and not sure if they ever will. Very confusing and unclear. Not sure if this is a management issue or staff issue.
Very good McDonald’s. Seems like a newer establishment, and both the inside and outside seem well looked after. Food order was delivered quickly, and the staff were very courteous and polite.
The address of this restaurant is on Skymark Ave, but it can seem at first a challenge to locate, as there is no typical McDonald’s sign visible if you approach from the south and you’re driving NE along the Ave. But you’ll find it right on the corner of Skymark and Commerce Blvd.
This location specifically does not offer certain items because they're considered "value options, " which essentially means they can't be bothered selling the basics because they're greedy.
I don't know how McDonald's corporate allows this, but it's pretty sick that they're trying to be elitist
This Macdonald had the best service that I had for a long time at McDonald’s very good people it’s a very good location as well as very local fries are also good
They are never open on time. I am going to work early in the morning and I never seen them open on time. They are usually late for 30-50 minutes. Then are lazy and ignorant.
I ordered two happy meals at drive-thru. I said an apple juice, but the staff replied as a root beer. Then I selected apple slices, and finally got fries.
I asked for poutine and 2 junior chicken. I liked the sandwiches but the poutine they gave me was the worst poutine i have ever had. There was a frozen cheese curd in my poutine.they can just tell me if they don’t have cheese curds for poutine instead of giving me that rocky cheese curds.
I enjoy the dark roast coffee from McDonald's, the croissants actually come from France! My favorite is the chocolate. Other than that the classic egg mcmuffin is my favorite.
I drive up and ordered 3 Sunday's with a lot of nuts I tell them, I drive up to pay, then when I went to pick up there are no nuts at all, I said excuse me I not only wanted nuts I wanted a lot, she says to me sorry we ran out, so I said why didn't you tell me in the first place when I ordered? Then she apologized closed the window, as I was about to drive off she said wait a second, comes back with 3 bags? Either you have or you don't, don't lie and then go back on your lie smh
In a business district where you can unwind away from the office life to enjoy a piece of mind and apple and cherry turnovers at the same time for your meal break. Makes the rest of the day go easier to take off the work shoes. Mc Go the way to meal it. Mc Donald's style.
So I am pretty sure all of u know how McDonald's is, sometimes you get the best food to ever exist or you get the worst food ever. That's really it that sums it up pretty well.
The usual McD. This location seemed a little bit on the slow side and disorganized. Just went in to grab fries and a coffee.my fries were served sitting behind counter and after standing around for 5 mins I got my order. Edited for 2nd visit. PLEASE stay away from fish and chips limited time meal. Do yourself a favor and save your money and buy the battared fish in the supermarkets. Any brand will be much better than McD's. Its mostly Batter with a sliver of dried stale tasting fish. This should not be on the menu. So my rating has gone to 2 stars.probably should only be one star!
This may be the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. We ordered a cheese burger and a salad in the drive-thru and they parked us. We waited 15 minutes for our food to come out to us, and it came out wrong. 15 minutes is not fast food. Never again will I come to this McDonalds!
5+ stars for a 5+ star 'performance' during today's McHappy Day celebrations at St. George's Jr. School in Etobicoke! For a third year in a row, our small K-5 school supported RMH by ordering over 140 meals from this fabulous Skymark location. Sharm, Jonathan, and Ron delivered in more ways than one with their superbly executed organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to our needs both with timing and respecting our emphasis on proper recycling. Back at school, we were able to distribute all of the meals in a matter of about 3 minutes! We are also very, very lucky to have a crew of dedicated and caring parents who always assist us with their amazing expertise! To quote one parent. "So fortunate: Our students have big hearts and our parents are always so generously willing and able to contribute. "
Always visit this location as it is close to my workplace. Order online through the McD app and wait at the curbside for delivery. Never has my wait exceeded 4 minutes. Great service. And eating in at this restaurant is also great
The issue is not necessarily with the food or service, but with the cleanliness of the place. It was dirty enough to warrant the two stars. Tables were not clean because the trash cans were absolutely overflowing both the ones inside and outside. In addition, the pop station was just a disaster with pop spilled and condiments just lying around. I've been to many busy McDonald's and they typically have the staff on the standby to help manage and control the mess. For whatever reason they dropped the ball here
Today was McHappy Day. And our school takes this day very seriously - the kids were so excited for lunch and knew exactly the reason WHY McHappy Day is important to so many families.
The McDonald’s near Matheson and Eglinton were amazing to work with AGAIN this year. They had everything ready for us, organized, double checked, and ready for easy distribution.
They had a group of employees, lead by the manager, loading up our truck with 160 custom bagged and labeled meals of nuggets or grilled cheese, yogurt and apple slices. And crates of milk!
They heard our challenges with distribution and our concerns about recycling/waste - they reduced the packaging and held back the straws.
And, they gave back to us for our participation this year: socks for each kid who ordered a meal and enough books for our little school.
Thank you for another successful year of McHappy Day at school.
Missing junior chicken and the fries were cold and half empty. The medium was less than a small at other locations. If you want a good mcdonalds experience, go to bloor and mill, because these place likes to cut you short when you’re already trying to save a bit of money.
This is a real version of Jalapeno chicken burger that I got. Bun+jalapeno sauce+chicken+lattus, that are all. And I got my burger with this condition. Don't pay several bucks just for a sauce.
Born in the sixties, technology often defeats me, which is why I have no pictures to share to support my assertion that this is the filthiest McDonald's, indeed the filthiest restaurant, in which I have ever had the misfortune to be. At least half, and this is no exaggeration, of the tables were dirty and strewn with old food; one table had a spilled drink that had leaked on to the floor. And I cannot believe the floors had been swept any time that day, and I was there at 4 pm. Had I not arranged to meet people there, I would have fled! Thank heavens that I did not need the washroom; I don't want to even imagine!
I walked into this McDonalds thinking it would be the same as any other. I ordered my food and my son's. I was with a couple sisters of mine and my brother in law. We sat and started eating when I noticed one employee. She was constantly smiling as she worked. She wiped the tables, took out the garbage, organized the chairs and she was just so happy doing it. She grabbed a balloon and from where we were sitting she hid behind a short wall and began entertaining my son. She was so pleasant and radiated happiness to everyone. Afterwards, she came to the table behind me where there was a group of seniors. She pulled up a chair and sat with them for 5 minutes. They were delighted with her company. They would tap her on the shoulder and pull her in for a hug. I was finally able to see her name on her name tag. Its Manjit, and this McDonalds truly has a gem of a person working for them. Thank you Manjit for your happiness.
Beautiful staff headed by Jada and such fine young people too, with so much charm, class and grace. Very courteous, refreshing. Skymark- McDonald's. Miss/Etob.border
The mcgriddle was skillfully hand crafted to meaty perfection. The texture of the hash browns we're consistent with that of every McDonald's hash brown across the continent, and the coffee was the holy water I needed to start my day off right.
God herself could not craft a more flawless crossover breakfast dish. I will be returning for seconds.
