I waited at the desk for a couple minutes before i asked if they were open, i was ignored a couple times then on my 4th time asking the employee said drive thru only. He then proceeded to help the lady behind as I walked out of the store.

SLOWEST AND I MEAN SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER. 30 MIN WAIT JUST TO GET UP TO THE WINDOW AND 5 extra after paying. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered 20 nuggets with a McFlurry on the app because there was a coupon for free McFlurry on orders above $20. Maybe I'm naive but I was a bit surprised when I only received nuggets. I called customer service and they said they'd be willing to refund the *free* coupon. I'd rather just not order from the app ever.

Very bad service all the time. Today at 8pm we went to get to drinks. One girl was doing the cash. We were in the line to place an order. Cashier was talking to other employees. They were chit chatting. Not talking our order. And whoever ordered for the food was waiting almost 2 minutes to get their food. And other customers were on the line, waiting to order. Employees were using F word inside. All the customers were listening.

This MCDONALD closes anytime. Sometimes 6pm. Sometimes 8pm, 9pm. But on the sign says 24 hours. They don't have any closing time.

I am not happy about this there's an employee and they're texting on her phone while the order for skip the dishes is there and I'm asking her can I please have the bag she was just a minute I'm texting

Super fast drive through. Staff a bit overwhelmed but still nice smile in their faces. Good job guys

20 minutes to go through the drive thru with only one car ahead. Attendant didn't attend until spoken to. Customer service and Management needs improvement

Yummy food! And I think it's pretty amazing I cant get fuel for my vehicle and fuel for my body all in one location. GENIUS IDEA!

I advise not to eat from this dirty place and the workers do not wash their hands after leaving the bathroom, move to another place, it is a savior

I came to rate this place one star for disgusting customer service but I am shocked with the reviews.your ratings says it all. I'm just wondering if this store is on the franchise map at all having all these negative reviews

A day like some days i take my meal and as usual my beverage without ice so my order was drive thru, they gaved me the beverage with ice i asked to get it without ice she repleid that she can t cause i did touch the cup already so i asked to garbadge it for me even didn t help cause with the Covid- 19 issue she can t get any thing inside from a customer But wait.
She get my money cash and she served me right away or the covid won t b on money too, just on my cup?
So i sad give me another one cause its you re fault my order without ice.
She didn t agree even she didn t offer solution at least keep the cup on the side window outside, and they will garbadge it later.
We finishup by giving my money back with the rudness manager ever and won t b served in their location.
Still i make a complain with the customer service department and till now no body called to say at least sorry.
Thats how some people run their business unfortunetly.

Fries were cold and old. Cola was watered down. It's my first time having McDonald's from a gas station and I won't do that again

Waited almost an hour in drive through for cold food uncooked fries and a very impolite person at the window. Not impressed.with cold chicken nuggets. I asked for a double quarter only ketchup. Not can't eat onions so no food for me.

Dont serve you unless you have a car for the drive through.when every other McDonald's in the city serves you inside. I guess they want to turn away half their profits out the door. Wouldn't reccomend this location. This location is also listed as dine in online they should probably update that. BAD SERVICE. Wont ever come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On a day when it 30C they still managed to give me cold stale fries, and you really need to train your staff how to make a double big mac. I should be able to pick the thing up without it falling apart on me. Also the burger patties are cold. Just really lazy and pathetic work.

I would give - 0 if there was an option. The worst service I have ever seen in my life. Very rude and rigid guy at the window. I'm not recommending this restaurant to anyone. I hope someone from the head office see all these reviews and take an action and have a serious talk with the owner. Customers must be respected and dealt with gratitude whether you're under staffed or tired of work load. It's not our fault and you don't have to ruin your customers day. When buying something, we all deserve to be treated with appreciation not abomination.

It has a very limited menu and no seating inside as their space is shared with the gas station. In-store order was a bit slow to be completed, but food was alright.

Who ever owns this place should fire everyone especially the manager I understand why companies are replacing humans with robots aftet visiting this place.

This may be the smallest McDonald I ever saw but the staff works magically together and provide an excellent service. Watching them feels like one big dance where everyone is fully coordinated in what they do.

I like going there first of all it is close to my home and secondly I do love McDonald's coffee and when you order with the app you really get fast service

NEVER EVER GO HERE. Girl at drive thru window wasnt the friendliest. Also most McDonald's have chocolate milk for kids. This one didn't. Which I'd quite the disappointment from a kids perspective.

Avoid this awful McDonalds at all cost. The drive thru is slower than slow. The lady taking orders in the morning can scarcely speak or understand English, and she seems rattle-brained. The food quality is mediocre even for McDonalds. Certain beverages are unavailable because they don't keep their equipment in proper working order. All in all, this is a horrible restaurant. Better to go to the nearby Tim Horton's.

This McDonald's shares the bathroom with Petro, which doesn't surprise me. It was the typical gas station bathroom nothing to rave about. If you decided to order food inside you'll be standing by the counter for a while before you're even acknowledged.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR FOOD AND HEALTH REGULATIONS. No one greeted us at the drive-thru until we called out several times asking for service. We then drove up to a dirty drive-thru window which makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment. We were then ignored by 4 young McDonalds servers while they were occupied with their conversation. We had enough time to park and gas up while they were still enjoying their private conversation. Finally after being ignored again until eventually paying and receiving my order, I returned to the car to find everything poorly wrapped exposing my ordered food to the unclean surfaces and other people’s hands (the state of which I am unaware as they had seem to be touching several other things and body parts without being washed before touching the food and being jammed into a bag - this goes against several health violations according to OHIP). In addition to this, because of the way the food was carelessly man-handled into the bag destroyed the hash browns. There were also no other options other than juice boxes for a beverage.

This establishment should have a senior staff member present as to ensure that staff members are actually completing their job admirably while respecting their clientele and the health and safety laws in accordance with the Ontario food safety legislation and OHPPA.

I understand because it's located inside of a gas station and its pretty much an express branch that they cannot handle volume so they should either have a drive-through or in restaurant and not supposed to because this way there is customers complaining on both ends.as we all know drive-through always gets priority and that's frustrating because this is a gas station so it's packed with cars which means that if you're inside the restaurant good luck getting served.

I’ve now been waiting more than 15 minutes at the drive-through with only 2 cars in front of me and can’t even get out of the line up since there is more cars behind me. Not the first time I experience this at this location whether it’s inside or at the drive.

I stopped in first for the convenience of this McDonald's store… As it is located in a gas station… Don't let that fool you! The staff is above par, they treat every customer like they're a friend. The Monday to Friday staff are very good at their jobs! Best coffee makers ever!
Now I know there's a lot of! 's in here but I wanna make my point very clear. Do any coffee drinker out there, we know how important it is to get it right especially in the morning… They stirred the coffee before they put the cream in! I've never had sugar at the bottom of my coffee at the end of my drink… I've also never experience grounds in my coffee from this store…! …!
All the staff are friendly Monday to Friday, I make it a point to go there rather than any other breakfast restaurant… They pay attention to their customers So much so that I don't even need to give my order now! The manager is great and the regular staff are awesome if you have a chance I suggest you come check out the store. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the prompt fast service and the food is always hot and ready. I give high recommendation to the manager, this lady really knows her stuff! All the staff reflect this in their mannerisms and professionalism each and every time I've gone into the store, which is why I am a repeat customer.
However the weekend staff leave a little bit to be desired… If you get the weekend manager take him with a grain of salt… He's not very friendly and the rest of his stuff they don't smile too much… It almost feels like you're bugging them when placing your order. So I might suggest Monday to Friday if you want a hassle free good cuppa Joe and a hot breakfast, come in and check these guys out.

I stop at this location everyday before work. Most of the staff are extremely rude and unpleasant. Today the one regular grumpy lady gave me my order I said thank you and she slams the drive thru window.very unprofessional.

Avoid this location if you can. One of the girls who worked at night is super nice but the others have such stank attitudes for no reason. I tried to get the Big Mac sauce that I paid for through my online order and I had to argue with the two employees. Go anywhere but this ratchet location.

The customer service is the slowest of all. Sadly the staff are not happy at work, they complain about their jobs and orders are always mixed up, wrong or lack any consistency.

This is the worse service i have received. Every single time i go manager is rude to her employees and customers and not only that minimum of 10 minute wait. And you almost feel bad to order
