Got very bad stomack bug after eating here, also zero employee professionalism. One female employee told another male employee in hindi to just ignore my order and to keep me waiting as it was small.

Ordered 2 hotcakes happy meals and didn't receive any syrup or drinks. Didn't find out until I got home.

Worst place in entire MCD, not sure why McDonald's not considering their customers many kids and children here eating very very slow order processing, paying customers struggling to get and eat food here this location, very very slow and no proper management and no proper food supply, this place need complete attention from higher management, "fast food place became slow food "

Online order was incorrect, received a quarter pounder without cheese instead of chipotle BBQ quarter pounder. Unfortunately only discovered error after arriving at home. Tried to call several times to get issue fixed no one picked up the phone.

Ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger meal and received a cheeseburger wrapped in double cheeseburger paper as well as a burnt McCrispy. Very disappointing! Customer 200 on 20/05/23

This McDonald’s is THE WORST! Molasses in January is faster than this place! 28 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. When I asked the manager if my order was ready, she looked at me and said “CANT YOU SEE WE’RE BUSY!? ” Screw this place. This is the worse McDonald’s franchise ever

Very Slow wait times even when it’s not busy & never give away napkins. Half the time I order, there’s something missing or wrong with the items. No sense of urgency from employees whatsoever

Everytime I go, there's one worker that likes to question everything a customer is saying. She is very rude and has no people skills. Absolutely zero customer service skills!

Went to this location recently and it was about 25 mins for my order. Avoid during dinner I guess. Couple of other questionable things but I could see they were trying at least.

Ruby is very rude to customers. Other staff is very well behaved and happy with customers. Ruby doesn’t know how to talk.

The employees were polite and quick. The menu and options is very limited compared to other McDonald's locations though.

It's not a coincidence that this McDonald's has forgotten my kid's drink for the 3rd time now from the Happy Meal.

When asking for extra onion on burger, you will get a surprise onion shower when you unwrap the burger. Onions go inside the burger and not sprinkled outside the burger!

If it wasn't for convenience, I would completely avoid this location.

Geela was super friendly, she gave me an exceptional service every time I have been there.when ever I go to grab my coffee she treats me with a smile and has given me special attention. Thank you Geela.

GEELA AND RUBY they are the best guys they make the best food no complains for the food as it’s always perfect. This my favourite location out off all the mcd location in Toronto. Aside from the food they are so FRIENDLY and they always help me in suggesting the best burger. YOU GUYS ROCK YOU ARE THE BEST ️

Made and order for a McFlurry through the app for pickup and paid for extra toppings, there was no extra toppings on it when I picked it up, disappointed. Giving this a 3 star because I think she’s the manager is always kind and welcoming.

I go every week to this location and always receive excellent service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Is worst service I've ever had in my 31 years of life I ordered 2 medium double doubles and 2 muffins I was the only one in is 1 in line and had to wait over is over 10 minutes for 2 copies and 2 muffins when it was completely available Because I waited 10 minutes for this order 5 other people got served before me who also had coffees When I finally got my order I had a completely hard muffin and a burnt coffee I don't know how I could have such poor quality food when I came there at At 8: 30 in the morning

The workers at this location have always been extremely kind and willing to help. The quality of the food is better compared to other restaurants because the food they aren’t too busy. It’s definitely worth it.

Sad that staff here don't care for the health of their customers. Saw customers with their masks around their chins while placing and waiting for their orders. This McDonald's had signs that say "No mask, No Service", but that is obviously just for show

I have never had such a bad customer experience anywhere as bad as the one I had yesterday. Nabul took my order and when I asked to add something to it she told me "you're wasting my time". Absolutely inappropriate and she hesitated to give me her name.

Fast and consistent service. Convenience factor is huge. They manage to clear through long lines rather well. Will continue to grab coffee here.

- i went to this McDonald and i Oder a cheese burger and they burnt the meat, they didn't even put the right toppings that i asked for.

Went here before work. They only had three people working during lunch rush. Waited 15 minutes for my food to get to work and realized they gave me the completely wrong order. Called 4 or 5 times nobody answered when I left work to go back they didn't seem to care at all. Terrible service. This also seems like a often problem with the other reviews

I went to the box grove McDonald today with my three children and ordered a junior chicken burger, Puttine hamburger, three drinks, two bbq source and two medium fries. The elderly woman repeated my order and gave me the order. I drove 3 km to my house and opened the food. The fries were missing. Kids wanted fries and we have bbq source. I drove back to the McDonald. There were no apology or anything. The lady simply said we did not charge you. For her, money is the important thing. She did not care about my frustrations and my time. Such a horrible service. I would never go there.

Every time I visit this McDonald's I have had a good experience. There is this lady manager who always has a smile on her face. I don't know her name.but she is always very welcoming. The food is like any other McDonald's I would say.

I just wished they sold side salads at this location but they do not sell salads at Walmart locations.
