It took a while to get our order taken. I had asked for no salt on my fries. They gave me cooler fries with salt.

I ordered through the drive thru and they asked me wait at the corner we'll deliver you! I said ok no problem! I wait for 20 minutes to get delivered and also 3 times asked the guy who was delivering other wainting car food.

Worst McDonald's ever! Everytime I visit this McDonald's I always have to pull around and wait 10-20 mins for my food. Even when the store is empty. It's ridiculous that they are never ready. I hate that this is the closest one to me.

Staff are great but they are HEAVILY UNDERSTAFFED. Ownership needs to take control and stop worrying about their bottom line. They’d probably serve more people resulting in higher sales with adequate staff.

Honestly, I was very disappointed and did a mobile order as I worked at the hospital. When I arrived, I waited about 5 mins, and a staff member called my number to advise me they were out of something I ordered and if I wanted to wait or pick something else. I told them I would pick the other food option they offered. I waited another 20 minutes, and my order was still not ready. I asked a manager to see what was happening, and they told me they were waiting on the item I ordered like they advised me they didn't have. I waited 50 mins for my food! Very horrible service, no consideration of the customers waiting.

You have workers all over each other at this location, food falling on the floor from them trying to get the food cooked or prepared. There is zero communication with the customers, and they clear the screens of the order numbers so customers can't see where they are in the line.

Ordered a sweet chilli mcwrap. Really love this but poorly presented.next to no filling.extremely disappointed

They need help at this location or a better manager skills, I go every Friday to get my daughter a kids meal nuggets combo, that's just 4 nuggets fries and a drink.but they continued to park me every single time.how do u guys not have 4 nuggets on hand? It's soo annoying that I'm always getting parked every single Friday!

The worst location and food quality among all McDonalds. Ice cream machine doesn’t work, no ice in any fountain drink machine so all drinks are warm. Will not come back.

Got to the window and they said they could not take any more orders, never had this happen at a McDonald's before. Waited in line over 20 minutes just to be told we couldn't be served anything at all

I'd put 0 stars. Doesn't matter the time of day they always make you wait even for coffee I have to pull to the side, that's ridiculous

So sad to get a coffee and it is water with cream with hardly any coffee in it. Wish McDonald would train staff on coffee making standards.

Washroom was so dirty, no hand sanitizer, no salt, no ice in the drinking machine.
And in Crona was so crowded and so loud.

This McDonald's generally does a good job. Food is fresh and hot and isn't as slapped together as you get at some locations.

WORST MCD ever! Do not come here, you place an order and they get confused and make you wait so long. Avoid this McDonald’s

Not a 24 hr as they say they are. I stopped by to get food at around 3: 30 am and they were closed due to change of the menu to breakfast. Then I stopped by at 4: 45 and the same thing. They said they were updating their menu. Not good.

6 am friendly staff! Thank you ladies for nailing my double double and blueberry muffin every morning.

Just went to this location, ordered happy meal with a toy which the plastic bag was opened. It has to be something somebody don’t want… with COVID, this really annoys me. We’v ordered tons of happy meals before in other locations. Never seen this happened!

Poor service rude manager and i just had a phone order and my sister went to pickup the order and the manager declined to handover the order and i also had called the restaurant and the manager started explaining all policies and told me that if I couldn’t personally come to pick the order I won’t be able to get the order and advised me to cancel the order. This is the first time i heard something like this policies also existed.

Drive thru ppl were not the best.

Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They make every order pull up to the waiting spots. By doing this they are always full and there are always more cars than there are spots. It's pathetic. They are obviously trying to get a good time. They made me drive up and wait for a coffee. Ridiculous. Not only that but they often screw up my order which is very frustrating. I want to say often I mean more than half the time. There are other McDonald's in the area, don't go here.

After they made a mistake on my order by missing almost everything that I ordered on my burger, I asked them nicely to put fresh burger patties, instead, they just added the ingredients on top of the old one and served me rubber patties with the ingredients that they forgot to put on it. I don't recommend this McDonald's at this address.

Food was fresh. But tbey forgot to put sugar in my coffee.in that location it happened 3 times they dont put sugar in my coffee. I think the lady take care of my health.

The worst start of the day.
Instead of no cream, no sugar coffee I received only sugar black coffee.

Update: ordered from Uber & they FORGOT THE MCCHICKEN. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MAIN PART OF THE ORDER?

Who ever is in charge of the drive thru needs to check thier attitude. I went to buy a 20 peice nuggets with a super sized fries. They did not fill the fries up not even half way, and on top of that the fries were not even fresh including the nuggets. I went back to exchange the fries and they didn't even bother taking back the fries they just gave me another large fries from the same batch from before not even fresh.
I suggest to not go to this location

Food took almost 20 mins to come out and fries were cold. Not a good experience almost had to get out of the car and go inside to see what was going on.

The worst McDonald's ever! Staff are too slow, the are not able to keep up with the drive trough orders even when there are no people inside the store. I ordered just ONE happy meal and after 15 min of waiting I walked in just to find out they didn't even started on it.

So the Grande Big Mac comes out. We haven’t had McDonalds in year. They missed and entire order. The kids happy meal burgers were burned. I wish I could attach the pictures. So disappointing but it’s probably a sign never to have this sort of food ever again. Major disappointment.

Every single time i go there they always tell you to pull over and they will bring the food out to your car. I'm sick and tired of that! So annoying! Every single car! Unbelievable! Will never visit this location again! This is the McDonald's at jane & Major Mackenzie.

I hadnt had mcdonalds in years.so my thoughts r.what happened to the big mac? Time to change the name to little mac.i ordered through the drive-thru.took one look at my fries and brought them back inside.i mean i asked the girl to make my fries look like the picture they advertise.fill the f n thing.i shouldnt see cardboard across the back because the package they give u ur fries in is half empty or best 75% full.make the packaging as big or small as u want, but fill it or change ur advertising pics to more realisticly represent what ur actually goingvto get for ur hard earned dollars.burger king clearly wins the battle of the burger when it comes to value.a whopper is a " WHOPPER a big mac is a little mac. A WHOPPER IS 2 FOR $8 I think i dont think u can get 2 little macs for that price

Employees clearly do not know how to count here. The Kid at the window clearly hated his job. Im not going to go back for a single nugget but make sure that your order is right.

There’s always a long line up at drive thru and the quality of food is below average compare to other locations.

Look at my photo of the fish burger, it’s covered in black ash/ dust.

I got so frustrated and didn’t even bother to wait in the line and complain to get another one.

This is 1 march 2021 and i would say night service is redicilous no one takes order in drive thru. They just apolozie you that oh it was a techincal error sometime lane doesnot work and all. To be honest its there thing and better they should now how to operate. Very bad experience i must if you a lot of time to waste then go there.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to starting from taking my order to waiting 15 minutes, to getting the wrong order then told to wait on the side and then the girl that gave me my order literally threw the bag with me so rudely this is like the worst experience I’ve ever had in any kind of fast food restaurant in my life!

Untrained and unprofessional staff at the drive-through window. Picked up my order at 8: 30 PM on November 28th. Asked for a tray for the ice cream cone and was told by BOTH individuals that they don't know what I am talking about (tray for Ice Cream cones). Not only that, the top of the ice cream touched the glass shield and I was still expected to take it. The unprofessional attitude was another unbelievable thing. So unfortunate that such a an established brand is failing to train its employees in one of its busy locations.

Great customer service and a clean place. Staff is friendly and the location is in a busy plaza in Oak Ridges.

I admire this restaurant! They give good food, their menu is large, The chef in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I like very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the clients is helpful. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend this place.

Horrible.do not go here if you have time to wait.drive thru line was very busy (@ 6am) so opted to go in. BIG MISTAKE! Ordering our breakfast took forever I ordered 2 combo #1.she didnt know what that was. There was a guy wearing a hoodie not even in uniform scrambling eggs for 11 mins.while another guy mopped the same area of floor for my whole 25 mins waiting for breakfast.while conversing with hoodie guy. The manager got mad at a customer because he ordered a cheeseburger.he slammed his receipt on the counter and yelled "dude.we serve breakfast now". How was this the customers fault.the girl cashier rang him up. We got back on the hwy to eat old food to boot!

Don't order a BLT from this location. You will get two slices of your choice of bread with butter, butter and more butter with side of bacon, tomato and old soggy lettuce. When I opened my sandwich there was a hunk of butter in it.

Also they're super slow at this location. I don't care how early in the morning you get there, there's always a line of people inside waiting for their orders and a line at the drive-thru and cars waiting for orders at the reservation bays, but there's only four or five staff. I don't get it.

Wost McDonalds EVER! They cant get anything right. Even a simple BigMac combo ordered at the drive through. They ask you to pull up and wait for no reason. I was parked off to the side with 7 other cars. When they finally brought me my order 20 minutes later, it was the wrong order. I had to park to go inside and waited another 10min inside. NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS HERE. Nobody has a clue what they are doing here. Not the first time they have done this. I will never go here again.

Not sure how any reviewer can be impressed with any level of service here. I'm trying to order multiple combos and everytime I choose to add more to my order I am dismissed.not sure how the service inside is. But the drive through service is an embarrassment to this company.

This is not a restaurant that people should go to if you have food allergies. After describing my order to the takeout window lady at this location I advised her that we have an extreme allergy to pork and the Egg McMuffins should be without any kind of meat. Upon arriving home halfway through a sandwich my four-year-old had been eating an Egg McMuffin with meat. Why these people at the restaurant can't take a simple order is besides me I haven't a clue why a simple request for a person with food allergies, be accommodated.
After calling in the restaurant four times finally somebody answered the phone, I was transferred to the manager who I asked are you the manager of this location I was told I am one of the managers what is the problem. I advised her that we was served food that contain meat and she really didn't care to hear what I said even though speaking to her in a calm tone she chose to hang up the phone. I tried to call back this location and of course they won't pick up. My advice to anybody wanting to eat McDonald's Foods to be extremely cautious in what they are served

Very bad customer service.they only serve the small size coffee on the one dollar coffee promotion.they said it's in all mcdonalds locations, so I went to another location in maple and I got the coffee size I wanted.

Last 3 times I've been in this place I've not gotten half of my order a d always when I'm on lunch so I cant even go back and complain

My house. I’m a vegetarian. McDonald’s offer a Big Mac, no meat. They offer this. Even on Uber Eats - they offer this. It’s well known.

3 separate orders - my Big Mac with no meat HAD MEAT!
2 superset orders, egg McMuffin with no meat — had meat! (The second time the meat was tucked in so I didn’t notice it and I bit into it!)

I’ve paid for extra cheese, I’ve paid for extra tomoatoes, etc.etc.always wrong.

Giving up on McDonald’s. Since it’s the only location near me.

RIP OFF ARTISTS, they tell you your debit card did not work, get you tap again, then when you check on line and see the charge went through TWICE!

Too far to back to to get refund. Then on top of that they get your order wrong, what a useless place, McDonald's should take their franchise license away!

Check how much you are charged at McDonald's. My bill came to $9.02 and the cash register rounded it up to $9.04 so that I could be charged $9.05.
In other places, the $9.02 should have been rounded down to $9.00 and customers are charged $9.00 instead of $9.05.
It is not the 3 pennies that I worry about. It's McDonald's has no business ethics by adding a line item on the bill so they can justify to charge the customer more. Consider the number of transactions in McDonald's each day. 3 pennies a transaction can add up to millions of dollars a year to McDonald's bottom line which you and I, unsuspected customers, got charged extra. It is not right.

Stoped tonight at 11pm after canadas wonderland. Waited 20 min in drive through (about 5 cars) to get to the window, another 8 min at window. Seen the guy look at order screen, eat some fries, look again, go back for a bite of burger then make our order. A freaking coffee and tea. Absolutely terrible experience. Lady went through 4 cars on the other drive through lane before taking our order. After getting there and asking her about it, she gave us a snotty grin and just closed the window. " while our Order was right on the screen" (a coffee and tea, both dd with milk) tea had cream and zero sugar.will never stop again. 1st experience and our last.

Very rude Mcdonalds. Food is very not fantastic, Go to Cityview they will make fresh yummy yummy burgers. Very not cool ice cream machine go down early. I understand they make 10C and hour but tell me why they dont care about customer?

Worst mack not just in Toronto but in all Canada. 4 jerks punching their phones while manager running serving people. It's not FAST FOOD BUT SLOW FOOR RESTAURANT. Stress and disapoimtment vaughan.

I have had consistently bad service from this location. On occasion one, i waited 45 minutes for a big mac meal! This place seems woefully understaffed. On occasion two, i got nuggets that were older than my grandparents. And on occasion 3, i waited 30 minutes for a big mac. Both patties were on the upper section, with no meat betwen the bottom two buns. I opened it to rearrange it myself, only to disocover the second patty wasnt even a full patty! It was some random mauled piece of meat abot a quarter of the size of a patty. I waited 20 minutes to get the sandwich replaced. These guys need to step it up, they are trash even by McDonalds standards.

I waited at the drive thru intercom for 15 minutes because whoever was taking orders was only taking them from one lane. Three cars went past me, all of which I was there well before. I had to just advance through the line to order at the window instead, otherwise my order most likely would never be taken.

It took about 10 minutes to make it to the second window.

Then they ask me to park at the side when I explain what happened and order at the window. Three items off the value menu and a drink, nothing crazy. I sit there for another 15 minutes then elect to go inside to ask if they forgot.

Two kids look at me with blank faces, then check their orders on the screen and what's ready to go. And there's my bag of food they most likely forgot about. Again.

Over 30 minutes to get some food from a drive thru.not what I was hoping for when I left the house.

THIS MCDONALDS is SO NICE ON THE OUTSIDE NEW but inside. DIRTY FLOORS.staff all over the place and slow I know dinner time is busy but please get a cleaner.

For the fact that is macdonald's and you really get used to the food here the service at this location is the worst I have ever seen its takes them 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches ready. At any point you go through the drive thru you are waiting even if it's a cup of coffee you have to wait! Worst location ever.

Horrible service. Half filled cups. Only partially filling an order and then making you wait another ten minutes to give you partially filled milkshakes and smoothies. I would avoid at all costs
