Placed an order for a Happy Meal solely for the Dreamworks campaign; asked my colleague to pick-up on my behalf. Upon arrival, was told that the snack wrap option is not available, despite it being on the mobile app as an option for 2 weeks following. Upon receiving, missing half the order, in addition to the toy itself. It's not the first instance to happen but felt that I needed to post this. Disappointed that I would otherwise have to challenge a restaurant/its staff over a piece of plastic.
Absolutely the worst service time and time again. I go to on this location at least once a week, and the customer service is beyond unacceptable. They either mess your order up, don't know how to use the mobile coupons or talk to you like you have no idea what you're talking about. As a ex Employee of this company, it's a shame they've got this bad, in not only service but food quality. Never again will I return to this location.
The morning rush makes service quite slow on most days. I don't mind waiting but it's frustrating when you wait a long time, and your order is incorrect.
This particular McDonald's is really fast and gets my order done fast. My only problem is sometimes the staff are a bit slow but other than that they get the job done.
This store is small however the service is good. Usually they get my orders right within a reasonable period of time. I would suggest more options available since it is not a full service McDonald's restaurant.
Took 8 minutes to stand in line, then another 12 minutes to get a medium coffee. Saw 3 workers crowding around the coffee maker so not sure why it would still take so long. They obviously don't have a good system.
A model of efficiency. Mobile order ready in about a minute this am. Super busy and limited menu but convenient location and well organized. One staff member takes orders, while another exclusively calls out their order numbers and hands you your food. Exemplary friendly Canadian customer service.
Lineup is long but ordering on the app saves you time.
Always long line now and they seem to always get my order incorrect. I guess this is onion chunks so I will try to be clearer in the future. But it's fast food.
Too slow, very slow service and they can’t make correct order. I ordered double double but she or he gave me non sugar just double milk coffee which happened three times before. They need to be trained again from the beginning
