Nasty cold burger. I threw up on it. Flies in the restaurant. Sticky tables and many homeless people and it smells very bad

You should be a McDonalds. Your hours have always been limited. You don't do fish filet. Your hours are not in line with corporate. In general you don't align with McDonalds corporate. Why? Especially since galleria is closed. Be a business. Fill the void. Ray Crock would be upset.

If you’re ordering for take out expect to wait a lot time for even the simplest order. This is my third time here in the last couple months and every time I have to wait for such basic orders. Today was orange juice, & sausage English muffin.

And this I don’t believe have anything to do with the staff per se but that manager of this location understaffing the location. It’s a popular intersection should schedule extra people for the call in and etc.

Can't complain at all. Service was great, nice convenient spot to stop by and grab something to eat and great location for students who go to school in the area

Placed my order online and went into the restaurant to pick it up standing right in front of the pickup counter. I was the only person there. Two Uber Eats riders came in and they asked them what their order number was but the food wasn't ready. Another customer came in and took forever to place her order. Once this woman's order was ready they called her number and gave her the food. Then they called my order which was just sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold but I couldn't see it. The entire staff at this location seem juvenile and immature.

Every time I go into this location it’s so dirty! I can never sit at a table. There’s sauce and spilled drinks on the floor, people leave their garbage at the table and staff don’t go around to clean. The staff is rude, I was trying to use the app and the manger wouldn’t even help me she started taking other peoples order. When I order on Uber eats they always forget items or miss orders notes. I give up with this location

Food quality and freshness was great. The service was slow. Restaurant needed to be cleaned tables dirty and it was only 1030am sunday morning. Mens washroom lock broken and out of toliet paper.
Sanitizer dispenser empty told staff but no one seemed to care. Especially needed after touching self checkout or payment systems.
Will order for take out but last time will dine in there.

So went to this McDonald's today at King and Joe Shuster and they messed up my wife's order but when i brought it to my attention one of the managers took excellent care of the problem.will be coming here again for sure. Well done.

Although very convenient location and staff is helpful but not suitable to stay for socializing/reading because there are many students who are very loud.

Won’t replace misplaced or stolen orders. Manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to professionally speak to customers or resolve problems with orders.

Very dirty, I never feel like eating there it smells bad and it's dirty, it needs more staff or to be more organized

The worst McDonald's I've been to (and the bar is pretty low). Always end up waiting more than 15 minutes for my order, but they delete the number from the screen right away. I've had items missing on multiple occasions. The staff are rude and will sometimes ignore you if you try to ask for help.

I wish I could give zero stars. The employees are rude and slow. You have staff on that have no idea what they're doing. They will purposely ignore you if you ask them any questions. And the handicap bathroom is over flowing with human feces. This location is horrible. Disgusting.

Always have to wait 15 minutes or more for an order. And it doesn't matter if it's a personal order or for delivery to Uber eats. These two girls at the checkout are constantly rude. A couple of days ago I go in, and everything is scattered all over some kind of garbage on the floor, I don’t know what’s going on there, but they clearly need an adequate manager, because the place already looks like a dump.

I go here because it's close to home.
It's never the cleanest looking McDonald's. The floor is always dirty, tables arent clean, napkins & other debris on the floor

Bought 14meals for a small party and the 3 of the meals were not correct. Spoke to the manager and I was treated as if I created the the problem even though it was clearly on the receipt. I just left after hearing their tone.

Tell your workers especially that one that wears the raggedy bonnet to learn to be respectful to customers. She’s ridiculously rude and disrespectful

Your average McDonalds. Lines are a bit longer but that just means food is just that much bit fresher

Very unprofessional, obnoxious, and rude staff - not all staff, but enough. Chastised some old man for not saying hi to her loudly enough, before explaining how nice a person she is. Painful to watch.

I go to this McDonald's for 15 years because it's near my work.
Good employees that worked here for years quit, almost every week there's new employees that have no experience.
The past 2 weeks I wait in the line up but today after 10 minutes I had to leave when one employee in the back turned to the new one and told him "you have to serve all the meals first before you can serve clients in the waiting line".
He didn't even take the time to help the new guy!
At 8.30 am people have to go to work, are we suppose to wait everyday because there's always new employees that don't know yet how to serve clients?

Manager needs to learn proper customer service. Came here after school and some friends got bumped around and accidentally knocked over a drink. I went up to the manager to explain and they refused to replace the drink. Obviously it’s not that serious and they could’ve just replaced a $2 drink but obviously two whole dollars is gonna force them to declare bankruptcy. Their excuse to not provide a replacement for the drink was that we were laughing. Do they really expect a group of teenagers to remain calm and unresponsive when a drink falls over. The one with the blond highlights needs to humble themselves. Like you have insurance for this

This is awfull place I ask for 5 happy meals wich came incomplete all, I ask for the rest of the order but the mananager tells me he can't do nothing to fix it if I don't get dow to the store.
Absolutely disgusting experience.

Think this is a great Mc Donald's cause it's busy (yes) but to me a busy business is a great business, this Mc Donald's must be doing right, doing right by their customers, cause the employee's where smiling hard today, and even on the hottest day of summer they are smiling too. Maybe cause they are allowed to have all the ice cream cones, or ice cold drinks I don't know what it is I buy I get the best services, you should try out Mc Donald's too at literally Dufferin and st Clair corner. No joke right at the west noth corner going literally not even quarter of a block west. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. WHEN Sandy says try a great place, I have not been wrong yet!:)

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Staff were very rude when I asked about my order every 5 minutes or so, as around 12 people who ordered after me each got served. I will not be returning to this location.

Check your orders. Something is almost always missing for me. Dont question it, just look before you go. Spare yourself a headache. They're busy so it happens

Poor customer service. The cashier was dismissive and the manager even worse until I had her tall to me directly, only then was she helpful.

This McDonald's is very narrow and with the social distancing during covid it can be very crowded at times. Whether that people ordering or delivery drivers coming in to pick up orders from doordash or Uber Eats or skip the dishes. Washrooms here look like they are closed to the public as well as sitting down and eating in the restaurant is also not an option.

Staff here are very friendly at least they were when when I ordered and are very accommodating if you want to make a change that can be made to your meal or drink. Keep in mind this does not have a drive-thru and there is street parking but it does cost money to park on the street with a metre or there's parking behind the restaurant on Dufferin Street in the parking structure again it's not free so use it at your own risk

Smaller location, no drive thru, but clear marked directions. Quick and fast service. What you would expect of a McDonald's.

Probably the slowest McDonald's i have ever been to Unfortunately its the only McDonald's thats close to where i live its always slow 100% of the time

Food was alright (it’s McDonald’s). This location was noticeably dirty though, and there really aren’t any excuses for that when people can’t even dine in.

Abysmal.the service, the staff, the atmosphere. Save your money and time. Avoid aggravation and avoid this location like COVID 19.

WORST CUSROMER SERVICE! There is this one girl, she always has a messy top bun and very thick falsies, I don't know why they put her for drive through - she was very rude and impatient.

BAD service, and all the food went to the floor because she did not wrapped the burgers so the heat damage the bag, I told the lady and she told that was my fault "you call me a lier in my face" please do not go to this brach.

Literally every order always gets messed up charged me for drinks i did not order then brushed me off when i complained and said “take it” as if they gave it to me for free lol. Added extra onions on a qtr pounder when all i asked for was add shredded lettuce? Wake up you’re at work

I was very disappointed to discover this location does not have the full menu. In addition when I got my order of a happy meal the drink was not included. I had to go back and wait for quite some time before a person would assist. I actually had to but in because they simply ignored me.
In addition, the cookie I ordered was stale. Don't bother coming to this location.

Service is absolutely trash except for the manager. She was amazing. Fries were cold, Cole machine had no syrup, bathroom door hard to open.

Over the past few months this location has improved so much. The cleanliness is superb and the staff and friendly and inviting. As for the products the food and beverages are very tasty and not just thrown together.
I definitely will continue to come to this location and will recommend it to anyone!

Just another McDonald's. Though this location is always kind of understaffed. Staff is very friendly and location is convenient.

Probably the slowest McDonald's location I know of. It can take 20 minutes to get a coffee at the wrong time of day.

They don't have breakfast nor specialty coffee, just black coffee. How can someone live without a latte

I usually only go during breakfast time. Its busy and food takes 5 min or so. Staff is helpful.

Took over 25 minutes to get a coffee and a cheeseburger. Not the staffs fault there, they're just very understaffed and Uber orders take up most of their time. Other places nearby that can have faster options.

Service slow food like warm and many individuals that frequent meth clinic frequent this Macdonalds.

The service is horrible and the restaurant is a complete mess. Garbage everywhere every single table is always dirty. Homeless sleeping and druggies hanging out. By far the worst Mac Donald’s ever.

Terrible and slow service. I waited 10 mins for a small fries that were just sitting there and when i asked one of the employees they told me to wait. While other people who ordered after me were getting their food before. They also need to maintain the look of the restaurant it’s messy and unappealing.

Worst place for food. Not trained or enough staff. Moreover they never know how to treat guest. Why MCDonalds gave this kind of franchisee all over Canada. Better be close the location. At least we people are get rid of wasting our valuable time.

I have been there 3 times and each time they do not have ice cream not do they have ice. Machine in are perpetually broken. Surely they have money to call someone to repair it perhaps buy new. Don't go if you do not have too. They are agressive in pushing the soda. Not interested. Thanks

Unfortunately it’s a hang out for a lot of people that are on the street and/or into drugs. Definitely a place you pop in, get your food and leave. Manager isn’t the nicest. Staff is ok most times. I found a piece of metal in my ice cream once though, so cleanliness isn’t up to par either. No angus or fillet o fish here. They don’t normally have specialty items. No drive through, street parking only. This is a last resort McDonalds for sure
