Missing McFlurry from my order. I get you can be busy but there is no excuse for an entire missing item.

I feel compelled to give this a 1 star because I've ordered a Coke at this location in the past. The flavour was off but I let it go. This is now the second time over a month later and the flavour tastes so off and even a bit bitter! I was Coke cola, not Nope Nola!

I was at the restaurant at about 4: 30PM on Jan 9,2024 for your reference. Please fix the machine! I am not sure if other drinks taste off or if it's just Coke. So if you're even reasonable about how your coke tastes, just find another McDonald's!

Dine in service has returned to 24 hours. However, no service between 3: 00am and 4: 00am as the staff cleans the restaurant and changes over to breakfast service at 5: 00am. Drive through still 24 hours I believe.

Parkway McDonald's is hit and miss.
Ordered nuggies and asked her for extra sauce, she said "sauce in the bag" NOT EVEN A KETCHUP IN THE BAG DAMN!

The lady named Shanna, so rude and seemingly not willing to work.
Please when u take an order, at least keep basic manner and don't forget to smile.
I go this branch using drive-thru every day, but today it is worst experience due to Shanna. You ruined my day!

So stupid I ordered a jr chicken and they didn't put the chicken

Just went again and they're blatant liars and messed my food up on purpose,

They messed up my order and I had to come inside from the drive through, they threatened to not make the food i paid for unless I gave them the food they messed up and claimed it was always the case that they take the food and throw it out but that was never the case before and I was always made a new one and kept the messed up order

Ok you shouldn’t be eating McDonalds in the first place… but sometimes you want something quick. This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever visited. The drive through is so bad, they make you park and wait 15 min for your order. I guess they want to prove that their drive through moves fast but they have like 10 cars parked in the parking waiting for their order. Poor service makes you not want to eat this junk; so thank you haha!

The worst McDonald’s you’ll wait 100 years just them to take your order and then 200 years to receive your order for it to be the worst quality possible. Oil for fries need changing burger sloppy as hell. Save your money or go to a different McDonald’s. Lastly the staff is rude they don’t know anything about customer service.

The worst drive Thur in the city! Never have I actually gotten my order at the window always have to wait and eventually walk in for the food any way. And they now charge 30 cents for one single packet of mayo

This McDonald's is consistent with poorer service in the evening time. Went through Drive Thru. Greeting was great. When I got to the window it was like night and day with personalities. My child's happy meal had hair in the fries. Employees seem to never wear hats or hair restraints in the evening. This was the case when I got to the second window and seems to be the case on every occasion we go there. I only go here for convenience otherwise I would go elsewhere.

Careless business.early morning around 4: 22 am I received request to pickup order from there. They are taking more than 30 minutes to prepare the order and let me wait outside in could and raining.when I asked why you taking all this time he was very rude and said you can cancel the order? !
They are careless business. I just was wondering it is not busy at all.

This location on Ellesmere and Victoria Park, do not order a carrot muffin from them. Two weeks ago the top was as hard as a hockey puck. This weekend when I cut into the carrot muffin, the carrots had turned green wish I would have noticed before I ate 1/2 and I work 20 min. From this McDonalds I’m not going back to complain after work even though I was grossed out. But they had no way of knowing since the top was okay and the bottom was covered with a paper. However the individual who made the muffin had to have known! And that’s upsetting to say the least. McDonald use to have the best carrot muffins ever! Then they tried to be fancy and use a tall paper and the top hardly cooked now they’ve changed the paper to a reg. Size but the muffin I had two weeks ago had to be a day or more old it was so hard. Other then that my combo was fine.

Lazy employees have closed the drivethru and locked their doors. Not letting anyone in or serving any customers. This is supposed to be a 24hrs drivethru.

Worst McDonald's ever. With service that slow the orders should always be right. Wrong, wrong, wrong everytime. Negative stars if anything.

The staff is very rude especially the bald guy doesn’t have any manners to how to speak to the customer.

Unfortunately for me their mobile app was not working and/or was down for maintenance therefore could not apply special offers and discounts applied to me- was very disapointed

I just got a junior chicken and you can see over the counter some guy in the back making my order without gloves and nobody said anything. I didn’t want to start a problem because the staff were working hard so I didn’t want to create a distraction to the work environment Im not going fight over 2.60 so I just put in the garbage. But not cool.

Worst place ever. Night crew is tremendously viscious. I just moved from US and seeing here, it does make sense why McDonald's are not at all the locations. Employees are rude. I heard a night girl saying I won't give you your order because you press the front bell many times. Common, if you gonna take 20 minutes, don't name it fast food, name it a restaurant. They don't want to move fast and they expect customers not to get upset for the wait time. God bless mcdonalds. My prayers for customers going there!

Went for the first time and had worst experience. I ordered two Egg Mcmuffin from the store. What they gave me was Bacon Egg Mcmuffin. I don’t eat Bacon at all so I didn’t order it, but due to mistake of their staff, I accidentally took one bite of bacon too. This was one of the best McDonald's that I've been to in a long time the flavours were on point. I indulged on something known as a Big Mac it came served with some hot to fluffy french fries kissed with a gentle showering off iodized salt Paired well with a delicious fizzy sparking Coca-Cola beverages. Be sure to check out their fantastic selection of quality desserts I rather enjoyed something known as apple pie in the box. Absolutely delightful

Unfriendly rushing type service, screwed up my order with wrong items and not even straws. I'm gonna stick with Burger King, they're always perfect.

The service was quick and easy and they got the order right however, the coffee was luke warm, the apple pie was stale and dry and the mcmuffins were kind of flavourless. The quality of food speaks for the quality of service and this place has none. Go somewhere else.

Management here really need to be better at leading their team, everyone running around like they have no clue what's going on.

Front door people were completely rude and unhelpful.

This is an updated review, of the original review where I rated McDonald's 5*. I had ordered my usual breakfast value menu, consisting of 2 burritos, medium coffee and a hash brown. Put the order through, at 9: 19 AM. Uber Eats gave me delivery time as 9: 40 AM.food arrived at 9: 58 AM.had to wait close to 40 minutes for breakfast, while McDonald's consider themselves a "fast food". Hmmm, have to strongly disagree with that!

During this time, I called the store twice, talked to a "supervisor", who informed me twice, that McDonald's doesn't deliver!? , to call my own Uber driver, if I want the food delivered to me and was hung up twice, by this so very "professional supervisor".

Yeah, right. Meanwhile, found myself again (sighing exasperated!) on the phone, with Uber help line, demanding some answers, regarding the quality of their services and delivery times.

To make a long story short, based on my recent unpleasant interaction with McDonald's Parkway Mall as of today, my review of them, had been revised and downgraded from 5 * to 3*, as this is what they deserve at this moment.

After this review, MCDonald's stepped up, so raised them from 1* to 3* and am hoping, that I will be impressed again by them, to give them the original 5* they had from me.

Another update since the last one. McDonald's stepped up their game of preparing food. Fair is fair. I am upgrading them back to their original 5*, after almost 1 year of flawless ordering from them. They deserve it now.

The service is great over there. I used the kiosk to place my order except my receipt couldn't be printed out. I got worried about what was my order number. Thankfully, someone at the service counter helped me out. I just basically told them what I ordered before. Then they told me the order number. I got concerned my order wasn't submitted in. It was and I'm glad.

This is one if the worst McDonalds around that I go to, my last few times here, the service is garbage, and the wait times for a simple coffee is long, I waited almost 15 minutes from the time I walked in, placed my order, them still waited around. It was not even that busy. Staff and management don't really care about nothing there! I was not the only guy wondering where service was.

Food was good but worker behaviour was wuite rude. I ask for pouch of kechup and there was a girl she asked me it’s of 25 cent. It was my first experience when someone changed me for kechup on mcd.

Sign says opes at 7am I've waited many times till 715 for them too open then they are slow because drive-thru is packed need more staff to help out

I used drive through and it was well organized, they had two lanes for ordering and the way they took orders one from each lane and maintaining the flow was nice.

Most of the time they can't get coffee orders right, and staff are frazzled and rude.but when they are on point they do really great

THIS MCDONALD'S HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH. THE STAFF HERE ARE RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. (BIG UP TO THE DRIVE THRU STAFF) GUARANTEE TO GET YOUR FOOD WITHIN REASONABLE TIME LIMIT FRESH.

Twice I came asked for mocha. Do you have mocha? They said yes! Two times and gave me hot chocolate. If you don't have mocha just say you don't. Don't lie to me! And greasy oil soaked Burgers. I don't recommend this McDonald

I ordered a big mac combo with a coke as a drink. The coke tasted diluted and anyone can see that the colour was light brown; the worker still gave me the drink. I basically got water. The beef patty was also very dry. I'm very disappointed.

A guy who was giving orders to uber eat drivers was very rude, even he was not giving any time that how much order will take. As well he was forcing to cancel order (he does not have any name tag)

Never got a burger correctly from there alway either the patty is out or the cheese or ketchup all over the bun. I always use the DT to avoid going in and smell the place and the dirty lobby, but I 9out of 10 times I get parked because the food is not ready. Also they never never get your order right and I think they do it on purpose. The guys at MCD head office are sleeping.

Do not go here if you want McCafe beverages for your drive to work. Their machine is often out of order for days and they don’t put any signage up; if you go into the drive thru and they don’t have the item, you are stuck waiting through the whole lineup to get nothing. Then you have to go somewhere else to get coffee after anyway.

You guys really need to update your app saying that you're close because it's kind of annoying that people drive out at 9 at night and you're closed that is not cool at all

I ordered a junior chicken combo with a fruitopia strawberry drink.
-Junior chicken wrapper had red stains on it idk what it is but its discusting
- fruitopia strawberry taste like water (check your syrups for drinks)
- fries no salt

* Oct. 31 this morning order a egg mcmuffin with no meat and tea.receive coffee as i noticed.now open my package received with meat.stop talking about love story and get to work and get order right.i will be contacting head office.

* Prices increase! At a time like this could have waited few more months.

Not an awful place, BUT depending on what time you visit, will depend on the noise level & if you can find a seat over the obnoxious teenager’s!

Awful service, made us wait 25 mins for a junior chicken and tea, and after we complaind about waiting such long time, the manager was like: just so you know I didn’t do it on purpose! And after all the food was cold!

WORST LOCATION EVER! Shame on me for not checking every single item in my bag before leaving the first window. I dont understand what's going on. Only short staff could do this but I always see so many employees when I go thru drive thru or inside so why! Even there uber is horrible! Always turning it off and Always forgetting things EVEN THINGS I PAYED FOR! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLES FOOD.why not quite and give the job to someone who will do it properly. It's not hard! If mystery shop 10am 2pm and 4pm I think is the only time you people care about the food then that makes me worry. Mcd do not use gloves cause they have a handwashing system. But if they dont care about peoples food why should people think that they care about washing there hands. It's a big location recently renovated but a shame the food isnt as youd expect.

Usually quite crowded around noon or 3-4 in the afternoon due to the high school traffic, but staff are quite nice and seating is fairly comfortable. Would recommend for couples and small families.

Beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, convenient location makes this attractive. This McDonald's is located near Parkway Mall. 24×7 working hours is the another feature. Drive thru also available. Spacious and nice seating arrangements.

The worst mcdonalds location in the whole GTA area - a simple drive thru order of fries and 2 jr chickens may take up to 15 minutes to receive it. There are no real managers that you could issue your complaints to - except a couple of high school kids running the show. Avoid this location if possible - driving an extra couple of miles is still better than having to endure continuous bad service at this location time after time after time.

This McDonald's is noisy and busy, hard to find a place to sit down. Better to take your food to go, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. They have a play place so this might have something to do with it.

The new system they have with ordering by kiosks is the worse thing McDonald's has ever done. I am never in there less than 20 minutes for a take out order. Also, there is ALWAYS a group of customers waiting for their orders. Go through the drive-thru. They seem to take better care of those customers.

Ordered Asiago and Bacon chicken sandwich. Received it without Asiago or Bacon. How hard is it to get that right. It's the name. Drive thru person taking the order barely understands English. In the store it is mass confusion, again, with nobody speaking English. This is the worst McDonalds location I have ever been to.

They always screw up the orders, and they do not always respect the McDonalds standards. No sauce in hamburger!

Ordered two double big mac combos and pies in drive thru. They took my order and money for pies but didn't have any once I reached the pick up window. They argued with me over a refund of the pies because I didn't want something else instead of the pies. The big macs weren't doubles (good thing I checked). They directed us to park. A guy behind us with kids in a white suv started honking and yelling while i handed back the single big macs. Toronto people are so polite. Way to role model for the kids guy in white suv. We waited in our car for thirty minutes to then get our two double big mac combos. Thirty? I swear it was payback. But is it my fault they are out of pies and didn't give us doubles? No! We watched as finally an employee brought our food to three other cars, the third handled our food directly even touching our burgers and fries before indicating it wasn't theirs. Yuk! I refused to accept the man handled cold food strangers touched. Got a refund for everything and left. They didn't even apologize for the pies, the big macs, the wait or giving our order to strangers.

Went for breakfast they said they had no food even tho sign says 24 hrs. Had to reboot system apparently she had no idea how long it would take. Nothing she said not even burritos. Makes no sense

The place was busy, dirty & noisy. I ordered 2 big macs and I can tell you they were not made with love - sauce all over, more lettuces were on the wrap than inside the burgers, not hot! I ordered no salt fries and the fries were salty. Didn't want to go back in line and get the same thing again!

Probably one of the nicer branches. As such, as expensive the place is usually packed and food can take a while to go out. The food is well prepared however and the area is kept clean and modern. There's a nice play place for kids too.

Mc Donald's is good but the service at Flemingdon park plaza is very slow and have to wait for the food and drinks for along time esp. Through drive-thru. I go here because it is close to home they need more people to work.

I asked for a burger NO pickle. Was sent to wait at the side so I didn't hold up drive thru. Burger came quickly but Had PICKLE but NO onion
