Went here for a McRib and enjoyed my meal and staff was great very friendly great atmosphere.

Not bad. Gave me 5 nuggets instead of 6. Also, I wish they could stir the coffee more evenly.

Unbelievably slow and inefficient. Staff completely apathetic. Massive line-up in drive through. 20 mins to get 3 chicken wraps. Get your act together.

It's McDonald's good location to get some coffee and ice coffee and the combos are pretty good here.

2: 30pm drive thru was brutal slow. Almost no one in line. Their speaker is so quiet I couldn’t hear them at all and they couldn’t hear me. Has to tell my order.

Horrible place. Inside diner is a mess. Customer service is a joke. And drive through is so slow I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with a drive thru line so long it blocks the main road

Update: 2 months later and it’s even worse. DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS

The manager is mean and rude. The staff struggle to keep up. But most staff related issues can be laid at the feet of a bad manager.

They have no idea how to make a wrap! They are in rush while i was on drive through order, pour everthing in a paper bag! Everything fall apart. And make a mess.so angry!

I placed an order and the fries were missing and the hamburger which was a specialized item that had other items to be added was ice cold through Uber eats. I live less then 10 minute drive from here and there was no prior delivery before my stop. Uber eats refuses to refund me the amount I paid and McDonald’s never answers their phone.

Always serves the community at best effort they can.for a fast food chain in richmond hill i always recommend it

I like this location in particular. Lots of parking and seating. Service is quick even though they are busy.

You guys should fill the fries in more because the amount you put in large is equal to medium fries

Worst Mcdonald's experience ever, waiting 30 minutes to get 20 chicken nuggets because of their bad management system, staffs refuse to talk, finally got the mcdonald's without sauce, too many Mcdonald's locations, will never back to this one

They keep people wait outside and don't let them in. Long line-ups.bad customer service. Avoid the Gravenhurst McDonald's if you can.

Great location, but I rather go to the one one Bayview and major Mac.

I walked in and waited in line. Lady at cash register completely avoided eye contact. Nothing was said. They kept pointing at the cash register. “Hi can i help next person in line please” is what i was expecting. I got my order before I paid. Didn’t ask me if i would like my receipt. Wanted to hand it to me as I was leaving with my order.

Worst Macdonalds and service always missing items in drive through and never get the order right, burgers not prepared well missing toppings and burger patties dry and over cooked more like sitting around clearly no quality. Train your staff and get competent people who know what they doing. Burgers thrown in bag like garbage patties on one end buns on the other. Macdonalds corporate should audit this place including health officials. Horrible never again waste of time and money!

The manager is totally weird. I wanted just a little bit lettuce and she wanted to charge me for a sandwich. She also missed our orders. The worst mcdonalds customer service l have ever seen

Their service is terrible, they did not back my money yesterday or instead of my money they must give me some cookies.

Sometimes good sometimes bad. Ordered at 2 AM at night on DoorDash and was surprised how good they made my sandwich! Hopefully they keep this up

Terrible service. The Oreo McFlurry I ordered was 50% liquid when I pulled up and got my ice-cream and there was no oreo inside. I also ordered chicken nuggets, which were stale and did not taste good at all. I was very disappointed

The few tables available due to Covid were occupied by people browsing social media beyond finishing their meals. This included a McDonald's employee. Management did nothing to ensure people eat and leave as quickly as possible to ensure another patron have access to that table. I am disappointed in McDonald's.

Parking lot had a lot of birds and as funny as it sounds my kids had fun just watching them while eating MCD. Hopefully don't need to socially distance soon but in the meantime it can be entertainment.

Every time I come my order gets messed up and I have to re-order

I decided to do a mcdouble like a Mac and I was told it's an additional $2 to do so.

Not much of a line up early in the morning but service is horrible here, staff and management were very rude. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Got completely burnt bagels.both times.even the second time when returned the 1st bagel.they served another bagel, which was similarly black burnt

They should get some common sense if there is no one at the driver side, shouldn't they walk over to the side with a person sitting. Not make the customer lean over and get there order

We bought the donuts and coffee. When we opened the box, the first donut was awful and dry but I didn’t finish eat because it was BUG inside the box! It looked glazed and frosted! Awful!

Sita, Maya and all the employees at this location are very friendly to all the customers. Maya & Sita always greet the customers with a friendly hello & they make you feel welcome. The food is fresh & our order is always correct. The coffee is hot & the muffins are a tasty treat. You will get good service, fast drive-thru and take out service at this McDonald's at Yonge & 16th Ave. Thank you to Maya, Sita and all the McDonald's staff for being here & serving us during Covid-19.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have been too. Nothing like waiting 20 minutes for fast food only to find out when driving away that my order was missing items. Was able to wash down the stale fries with the flat pop however, which was nice.

Also terrible experience of Vanilla cone which had a awful oily smell due to long wait in drive true and exposed in food environment.

This McDonald’s is the worst. Bought mochas for two times and non were hot. They were literally like chocolate milk. Also, their overnight staff is so unprofessional. Went there another night and asked for decaf coffee and they told me they don’t have any. FYI, visited other McD in the same time and they all had decaf coffee. They just lie to you to not brew it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Decaf coffee wasn't fresh or hot even though I was assured by the person behind the counter that it was freshly made. Next time this happens, I'll get a refund and go to nearby Tim Hortons.

Getting the bad food from this McDonald's location on April 22,2019. Don't know what to say! I really really don't know what to say!

Staff is smart to provide fast service. After finished my order and while I was paying by plastic, the staff asked the next customer how’s he going to pay and use another cash to take his order. This gives me some time for the transaction and not making me feel pressured because the next customer is waiting.
He also unsold me to have a combo because it’s only less than a dollar more.
Same as other mcd that the place run out of lids, ketchup, napkins and very busy in a Friday late evening (9 pm). Not many people dining in but a lot of take out and drive through.

Bad experience, mobile order wasn't taken properly, wait like 10 mins in drive through for some small items. Charged more than the items suppose to be, make sure you read and keep your receipt.

Came for breakfast order bagel. Asian lady took order and sarve without butter.
When i asked for she not even admit she forgot.
She lied. She told me put lite in there.
Not even offer remake.

This location used to be good. Not sure if the management changed, but it has now been run down into a gutter. Customer service is absolute low. Client's requests not being listened to, employers are rude and you often get food made with expired ingredients. You are better of to make you way down to Walmart location on High Tech Road and get you food there!

P. S.: don't bother trying Carolina BBQ burger.not worth it at all

This is the McD location i often try to avoid, and when time permits, i drive to the Bayview/MajorMac, or one of the Walmart locations if i need a McD fix. THey prioritize the drive-thru over walk-in. If you are using drive-thru, it's probably fast and good service. But for walk-in, it's always slow, even if you order one thing, like an ice cream, or just a regular burger combo, it's really slow to deliver compared to other locations. It's consistent like this over the years. There's a lot of staff working the kitchen from what i see.but like i noted, it seems all the attention is Drive-Thru as you can see the cars move through at a good clip and orders are delivered quickly there compared to the front counter. If there's even a few people in line, it will be a long wait unlike other locations that keep it moving.

One of the best McDonalds I've been to. It was clean despite being moderately busy. The staff was helpful. Accept for one young man who looked like he'd rather be in minis 50 weather. Hahaha ahhh to be young and making coffee for 15$. They have a very nice aquarium with an island where about 12 people can sit. The food was the freshest and juiciest I've ever had at McDonalds. Service wasn't as fast as usual but totally worth the wait for the taste and heat of food. Two thumbs. I never knew that there could be this much difference from one Mcds to the next. This will be my location from now on. Great job!

Srevice is good but not when your staff stare at me its roud to stare espaclly when some on is order yes i apresite the fast service but i dont like to be stare at please remind your staff about that plaese

Bad customer service. Staffs are rude.

I ordered a shake from the machine and it didn't give me the ticket. I asked the cashier about it and she told me to just wait. After a few minutes later I asked her again then another lady told me the machine is broken and asked if I want something else. I told them I want a refund. She didn't look at me and said wait. I waited for 5 mins and I asked the cashier again and all she said is wait. After another 5 minuts I asked them again and she went to the back without replying me. After a few minutes later the manager came out and did the refund for me.

My favourite McDonalds as far as I know. Active place that's cleaned up well and the food is good. Has a nice well taken care of fish tank with a fish I've seen for the last 10 years. Good family atmosphere there.

Restaurant was dirty and food was cold. I should have returned my food vs walking out. By far the worst McDonald's in the area.

Looks old outside, renovated inside. Service is slow, not many outlets. They got this big fish tank which is nice but blocks the view for a section of the restaurant. It's not a big mcdonalds and the serving area also has limited space.

Number of personal in lanch time is not enough. Employees try thire best but owner has to add more staff there!

Went to McDonalds drive thru at dinner time. The guy taking the orders was very nice & accommodating. I had 4 separate orders & he didn’t mix anything up. It was such a pleasant experience. Employees at other branches could learn from these branch. My only complaint is that McD app doesn't show so offers

It was the usual quick and smooth service from the staff. Enjoyed the food and the friendly atmosphere.

Not recommand this place! Dont offer what they have on menu! Its wrote but they dont offer it! This place is not clean! Ketchup cup is empty at diner time and the service is poor!

My husband drove through this morning. He increased his voice in order to make the staff hear clearly (you know the signal is unstable through the ordering calls). At the serving window, the staff said”you don’t need to yell at me. ” We don’t want to increase our voice either if your fuxking communicator is as clear as face to face. I called to complained to the store manager, she said” I am sorry to hear that”. I replied “I am also sorry to hear it”. Definitely need to improve the staffs’ customer service, not only paying them $14 an hour

Went for the drive through, long day and exhausted. After waiting for 10 minutes in the line of cars and seeing 3 - 4 leaving, I finally got to the ordering speaker. I ordered a chicken nugget meal and was left on hold for a few minutes, the speaker finally came to life again, and only at that time was I advised that the were no cold drinks, nothing but coffee because their drink machine broke down! Seriously, what kind of business would do that! Leaving your customers lining up, no warning, no signs that there are no cold drinks on a 37°C afternoon?
This is a joke! No alternate offer was made.

Went through the drive through so I can't comment on the condition inside their fast food restaurant. The drive through is very confusing. For some strange reason they have 2 speakers and you NEVER know which one to use. You sit at the first one waiting until you figure out if you are to order through that one or move forward to the next one. It's hit and miss because after a minute if they don't speak then you make the 'executive' decision to move to the next one, sometimes that is the correct move and sometimes it isn't. There are times I have given up at the first one because no one responded but I should have waited there. After more unsuccessful waiting at the second one I end up driving up to the 'cash' window and giving my order out of queue. *sigh* Have the owners not figured this out yet? It's been happening for years.

Slowest cpunter service ever. Just 1 person taking orders. I haven't had a Big Mac in over 30 years. Maybe I'll have another on again in another 30 years.

It was awful. The printer was out of order and i did not know my order number. After 4 times trying one of stuff can tell me the number. 3 times they asked me are you sure that you pay. The catchup conteiners were empty and there was not smothie that I ordered

I should be complaining every morning about my order from this typical mc Donald s. Always takin so long and always missing something from my order. Only two femaleemployees at the front, one is the manager (she doesn't try to manage anything)
They dont know how to talk to costumer or how to call out the order
Just writing this for some good changes could happen so can I and others enjoy the meal. Love mcDickies

It is late at night and the people I am with want a late night snack.yes they do burgers and fries but that's not what we want we want tea and muffins coffee.and that great service they offer.it is a bit noisy but kids off from school I come to expect that. Mc Donald's is a buffer zone constantly serving good food at a cheap price. 5 stars.
