Actually the worst place ive ever dealt with, they forget part of the order almost every single time, and the final straw for my negative review is finding a piece of sharp bone/cartilage in one of my nuggets, almost slashed my mouth up with it but chipped a tooth instead. Just updating to add to the newer review system. Nothing has changed, still the worst mcdonalds in cambridge, avoid this one 100%

It's a hit or miss with this place some days service is on point other days your waiting almost 7 minutes for 2 cheese burgers and nothing else all depends who is working I guess and for the price you better off going across the street to Harvey's

Horrible! I am so disappointed again. I am done with McDonalds they don’t know how to make coffee anymore. Ever since we have been flooded with a sort of immigrant that I will not name, the way I’m served coffee is so disappointing everytime now. This evening I am headed to my son’s soccer game so I quickly stopped in for a coffee because I did not have time to make one at home. When I ordered my coffee I specifically mentioned to make sure my coffee is HOT. At the pick up window again I mentioned to make sure it’s HOT. The guy was trying to be smart with me and said the coffee is always hot in drive thru. What a joke…. I am always returning my coffee for not being remotely hot. Tonight was extreme. I was served my coffee cold and to add to the situation the lid wasn’t even on and it spilled all over my car. My husband even mentioned your coffee is more like ice. Horrible horrible horrible. Did I mention that they don’t even know how to make a double double anymore. I swear most of the time the coffee is milk water…. GROSS. Get your act together. When a customer orders a coffee they want it hot. That’s the whole point of going out for coffee. You just ruined my pleasure and experience. Honestly you just totally SUCH!

Fry grease needs to be changed more regularly.
Had a strawberry milk shake for the first time in 10 years and it was delicious

As usual the got my order wrong l had to go back and get the proper order they also gave me a big Mac vouture for another time so all was normal

This place was filthy dirty. All tables were not cleaned off, and I had to do it myself. Bathrooms were also not looked after.

Do not do curb side. They will prioritize the drive thru and inside dining before they prioritize curb side. Ended up waiting 20 minutes when the drive thru had barely any vehicles in it so ended up turning my car on and getting my food thru the drive thru instead.

I'm not sure what it is with McDonald's, but regardless of which one I go to they can't seem to get an order right. Employees at this location rarely smile and you seem like a huge burden ordering your food. Smile once in awhile, it won't kill you, and you're working in customer service. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap, got breaded. The fries I received were cold, not very impressed. I also didn't get the sauce I asked for in the bag. Wouldn't come here again, too many better places to grab a quick bite. Also, this is not the first time they messed up a order, gave a few more chances but it's not worth my time or money coming here.

They've never messed up my order or anything, but 3 stars seems fitting. I do like this location more than the hespeler location.

Staff were rude. Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Store was dirty and the bathrooms clearly hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Overall was very unsatisfied with the whole experience at this location this time

They screwed up our pretty bad. We had to turn around, when we were half way home. To get the food my wife order the first time

Spotless dining area and washrooms when we were there during dinner rush. Friendly lobby staff as well. They had a kids area set up with crafts which I loved the concept of. Only negatives was condiments forgotten from order which were charged items.

Displeasing.if im payiny 10 dollars for 6 nuggets and a small pop i expext them to be hot and fresh not cold and hard.not happy at all

I find that the food quality has really gone down. Prices and the wait times have increased. The coffee is very inconsistent.
