McDonald's

Food quality was fine. Came into the restaurant around 9: 30pm and there were paper bags and garbage everywhere. Tables were filthy, as were the bathrooms.

I live close to this McDonald and used to enjoy bringing my son, but in the past few months the atmosphere as truly changed. On any given evening you will find large packs (10 or more) middle eastern boys meeting to fight in parking lot and Middle Eatern men in there 20's to 30's driving luxury sports cars picking up under age Canadian girls. Parents beware of allowing your teenagers come here without supervision.

Bought 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and one of them was burnt. Took it back and asked for a remake. Manager simply said the oil was old and even the next sandwiche will be same. No apologies or anything. Didn’t even wanted to make a new one. Finally he made one and made an effort to find me a burnt one again. You see the picture below

Went through the drive-thru at around 3am. I waited, probably 5 minutes for them to take my order. Then another 10 minutes for my food. It was literally a 10-piece nugget, fries, and two hamburgers with no toppings. The order even looked like it was picked through. The prices are increasing, and the quality and customer service are just not there anymore.

I went to this location tonight around 12: 01am.ordered from self kiosk. One of employee’s friends ordered around same time as me. They were joking around, shouting. The employee was also eating with her bare hand around pickup area. As soon as she served them, she asked us to leave and order again from drive through. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

Usually at least one item missing through drive through or online order pickups. Usually it's a sauce, sometimes it's a burger.

I always enjoy the chicken mac muffin I know it may seem weird to have a chicken sandwich with a little kick to it, but I like it along with a fresh black coffee its a good morning.

Cup was clearly leaking coffee. When I asked for a new cup the man at drive thru was very rude and didn't want to get a new cup. When I insisted he then gave me a new cup with the lid not on all the way which leaked hot coffee on me. I also heard him badmouthing me to his co-workers. Very bad customer service.

Picked up 2 filet o fish, 2 big macs, 2 mcdoubles, horrible both filets stone cold.on rock gard buns.this on a friday,

It seems staff at this McD are actively scamming people into paying full price of the $1 medium drinks at the drive-through at least. Only corrected my price to a $1 when I brought it up. So make sure you pay close attention to the prices at this location.

Absolute worst meal I’ve ever had. Asked for jr chicken no lettuce and i got extra lettuce no mayo. Ordered a burger meal amd got 6 medium fries instead. Jr chicken is actually wet from being so soggy, fries are uncooked and cold, nuggets are meh. Not even food

They can’t get an Uber Eats or Skip the Dishes order right to save their life. Order elsewhere. Also their drive through takes so long you age while waiting in line. And they don’t pick up their phone as it’s “always busy”.

It's a big global fast food chain. This particular location is usually pretty busy but still very good in terms of speed and they're usually good about accuracy only had a mistake once or twice but they're quick to make it right
