McDonald's

Ordered through the drive through and was told to go wait in the reserved waiting parking and waited for 15 minutes then I had to go in to see where my order was and it was at that point is when I finally got my order and it was cold.
Never going to McDonald's again.the service sucks

Ordered chicken nuggets meal granted around 11 pm. The absolute worst food I’ve ever gotten. Chicken was bone dry and rock hard, fries were cold. Clearly not fresh as they promise and advertise. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Usually at least one of the two ketchup dispensers are not working and the counter is messy. Few customers inside, but lots of staff, but they can't seem to check on the dispensers. Last time there was no ice either.

Expensive and slow. Had to wait in the lot 20 mins. Next time I will take my 56 dollars and go to a sit down restaurant

Food was hot fast concidering it was busy. Loved that they now have pineapple chuncks for the happy meals instead of fries.

Most expensive McDonald’s I’ve visited. It was $14 plus tax for a 10 pice nugget meal. This is beyond inflation and straight robbery. Sad for a small town. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

They forgot half my order, the resteraunt is a cold sterile uninviting environment, it was chaotic and busy. Overpriced!

Not a very nice place to work prefers its East Indian ployees to its Canadian employees We'll give you 18 hours and call that full time work

Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area. Food is accurate and the staff are friendly

Burgers were slapped together open the package ketchup all over one side and burger hanging out the other

3 times in a row now I have recieced my son's happy meal without a toy. This time I asked specifically to make sure he would get it. No sauce for the nuggets, cold fries. So disappointing.

One of the only spots that I get ice coffee, wish they would sell it year round. Also is the place that I get together with my friends

Exceedingly polite and efficient staff today. These young workers are a credit to their employer and themselves.

Fast and easy breakfast. Used the app to order ahead and drove right through the drive thru no problem.

Sadly coffee was only 3/4 full. Paid for extra large coffee, got a large coffee for an extra large coffee price.

Waited 15 minutes not even a hello in store in Hanover ontario. Filthy floors an order counter. Will never use this location they don't know what customer service is

Stopped in "for the last time" Tuesday evening. Purchased the Giant Big Mac Combo. Approximately 10 fries, which were cold, no napkins and the Big Mac literally fell to mush when I picked it up. It was also cold. All for close to $15.00!

I want to give the McDonald’s in my hometown the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I just cant. I have nothing good to say.
I am usually someone who goes through the drive thru because I’m just grabbing something quick, but sometimes the lines are just too long and I resort to going into the restaurant to order.
Within the past couple of months, I’ve gone into the restaurant a handful of times and every single time I’ve been in there, I hear the manager yelling at their staff who are working either the front counter or the drive thru.
Don’t get me wrong, I understand how fast paced this working environment can be, but as far as I’m concerned, under no circumstances should you be yelling at your staff. What are they learning by being yelled at?
Yesterday morning I went into the restaurant to order an iced coffee. The manager who I’m referring to was working once again. They had one girl working the front counter. There were quite a few of us customers in the restaurant. I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee, but I was okay with it because the only girl working was trying her best. She was busy. All I could hear in the 10-15 minutes I was in there was the manager yelling at his staff. Ordering them around. Telling them they weren’t doing things properly or good enough. I was mind boggled and so disappointed.
The girl working the front counter solo, handed me my iced coffee in tears.
How horrible is that.
I tried calling the McDonald’s to speak with the supervisor of the store about what I had witnessed. I was told he would call me back. I haven’t heard anything.
I am so disappointed in the Hanover McDonald’s. Treat your staff better. Maybe if you did so, you’d be able to keep staff and wouldn’t constantly be hiring.

I opened my Mac double and there was a huge black hair in the lettuce. Disappointed and disgusted.

Drive through order person had everything wrong and when finally got it right still had salt on the fries which I didn't want. The lettuce looked like something they had just laying around on the floor for a bit and the burger was hard. It tasted horrible. Would be a step up if could be a person that understands English.

I was discriminated by the manager at this store because I was driving a moped, and he felt that it went against the rules for drive thru. They don't have curbside available and I'm looking to file a complaint against the company for refusing to serve me. I already ordered the meal too, it was ready for me and paid for. I also waited over ten minutes just to get to the window. This McDonald's is a fail, a travesty. If this is McDonald's rules than why would you ever come here?

Food is good here, the service is fast, price is great. This is a on the go eating place, not for you if you are for super healthy eating.

This McDonald's impressed me.it was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. They gave us an electronic device to place on our table and the food was brought to us when it was ready which I've never experienced before. Usually McDonalds has you standing by the counter waiting for your food. All and all a really good experience.

Vegetarian options are there. Can substitute any burgers with the beyond meat pattie for vegetarian options.wish they can do that for US Mc Donald's.

It's better then the Harvey's in hanover that's for sure! Much leaner and more organized, but something has happened to the fries? They don't seem as good lately?

It was fine, as mcdonald's go. Front area is a bit cramped when busy, but food arrived quick enough. It has a play place, which is great if you have kids. Air hockey too, if you want to play with them.

Cannot complain. Orders have been correct, and times have been good. I don't mind stopping by here for a quick bite here and there.

The girl taking my order could not speak English why do I have to strain my ears I though this was an English speaking country wake up Canada

Witnessed just about every order was wrong at the counter. Supervisor was trying hard to rectify problems but was clearly overwhelmed. There appears to be a language/communication problem with recent hires.

Great food friendly and helpful staff with large variety of choices on the menu to pick from for the whole family at reasonable prices of combo's for all with a good kids menu for young family with children.

Bacon and cheddar angus asked for no onion but got onions. Burger wasn't great. Couldn't finish eating. Reminds me why I never go to McDonald's. Food quality is not great

Vanilla cone in a cup is served without a wafer. Clearly this is a cost cutting issue. Unclean tables and flies everywhere. Full of seniors.

Went threw the drive thew, the lady would not even let me talk constantly interrupted. Charged me 75 cent to add mayo cause I asked for no bbq sauce. Cold fries.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, always spotlessly clean, and fast service even though it's the only McDonalds for kilometers around.

Always quick service through the drive thru during the day- order is always right. Like any fast food though, always check before driving away!
