If you want your order to take 15 minutes and still get messed up and deal with super rude drive thru workers you should come here

Extremely slow and still made us pull over 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that was cold and soggy. Garbage food with garbage service. They must be held accountable. Fight the power.

Absolute worst location to go to. Orders are never correct, there is always something missing. The fries are never fresh and they will make you wait infront if the store for 10 minutes to get your food. Then you get on the highway and only have half of your order. Awful service and order accuracy. Manager should be ashamed

Come here go in order 4 junior chickens. They didn't have enough so we had to wait a good 15 minutes when I know it takes like 4 minutes to cook them. Get out to the car and 3 of the juniors has no chicken on any of them. Go in to have them replaced and another customer comes in that didn't have chicken on her burger either. I understand messing up one it happens but 3 of our chickens and different customers. Wow. Get into the car and they didn't put lettuce on any but 1. Didn't even bother going back in. Also the person who took both my food back and the other customers never even apologized just got a dirty look as if she didn't believe either me or the next customer that came in. Such a shame.

Food was good but floors were all sticky and the mop was left out and the bathroom was disgusting

Place order online check-in drive thru only to get parked when asked why as there was no one behind me and told it's for our time records. Pull ahead to all parking spots full of cars clearly parked all for 'times' so how accurate are your 'times' if you just have 5 cars parked? Which just cause confusion as no one is parked in the correct spot, so we all wait the 10min until they send 1 kid out calling out orders! Come on, guy, but hey, at least your 'times' are good

6: 30 in the morning. Had to wait 3 minutes for buddy to take my money and 2 more minutes for my order. Food was room temperature.

Edit: it was just for 2 bacon/egg English muffins

I ordered online around 4 o'clock in morning when i went to drive through the guy told me that he don't have any assistant to help him so he can not make my order. This is very unprofessional service if you don't have people why are guys says it's open 24hr. Really worst experience ever.

It was so good and probably one of the fastest drive thrus I’ve been in. So fast and great price with amazing service

Went in for $1 coffee as displayed on their sign and would not honour the displayed price, manager said they just forgot to take the sign down. Price needs to be honoured as advertised…. PERIOD!

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST PUT ONIONS ON MY SANDWICH! I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY and ask for no pickles extra onion and YOU NEVER PUT ONION ON. THIS HAS HAPPENED LIKE 30 TIMES! DOES NOBODY READ THE COMPUTER? ITS MIDNIGHT! WITH NOBODY IN LINE! I HAVE TOSSED A BUNCH OF FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS. It is unbelievable how consistently you guys forget to add a simple request like extra onions. Instead I get NO ONIONS 80% of the time. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

Food seems tasteless and price isn't the same as it used to be and can't seems to get the order right more than once

Lots of late night highschool gang in to see friends working there. A little loud but service was quick, food good.

They forgot the chicken! Lol idk why anyone goes to McDonald's. I blame myself thinking once I place my order for overpriced food made by incompetent children, my food will be made properly. McDonald's = Disappointment

Hi there I was at your restaurant and had 2 big mac meals had to send the frys back as they were cold and watched them put the frys back into the grease and I had my hands all over them that is a health issue the day was dec 16 2022 at around 5 pm I talk to manager which had nothing to say i won't be back

Waited at the counter far too long without service, full staff? What a waist of time, seems the staff could care less so I left and went to wendys across the street and will from this point on,

Disgusting, one star bc I had to pick. Order wrong, took 5 minutes to order with a person. So many errors corrected before food order was completed. Never did make the quarter pounder a combo.

I come relatively often and always get 1 hamburger, 1 fries, 1 drink and I get parked every single time. Every time, any time of day. I would understand if it was something complicated or uncommon, but I think all 3 of those things should always be available and ready to go.

You can never use this drive-thru in a hurry even a single small burger or fries they make u wait 15 mins in reserve parking. Not once have I been here yet and not been put in reserve. This place needs better management

Ordered a meal to go tonight (Sept 30th) ; got fries with no salt. They must be refrying their fries because they were the hardest McD's fries I've had in my life. Grossed out and disappointed

Drive thru seems to flow well and is not too busy whenever I order. Staff are friendly but i have had poor quality food and or mistakes with my order.

I've only lived in the neighbourhood since December and this restaurant has gotten my order incorrect more times than not. The only thing that's ever been good is the coffee. This morning was likely our last visit, after my partner was handed frozen mangled breakfast burritos, that we had to pull over and wait an extra 10 minutes for to begin with. The manager was kind enough to provide him a refund and a coupon for another breakfast, as well as an entertaining rip into the kitchen staff, but it's kind of ridiculous how often things like this happen.

The washrooms are bad water all over the floor in the mens washroom no paper towels to open the door to protect ur clean hands! Hand Air Dryer takes for ever to dry hands,
Also the Handicap door does not open it was locked so you have to go onto the around to other door or the pioneer gas Station door to get in and walk through!

We decided to stop off at a McDonald's off Highway 403 in Branford to pick up a late night snack. After we got in late on a flight from British Columbia, we ordered french fries and a cheeseburger, all of which was cold and tasteless.

We will not be back again

My boyfriend and I used to frequent this location. Over the past couple of months, the quality of food/service, rude staff, food thrown together with no care, not even getting the right items in the order (after clarifying multiple times), and overall consistency for anything have greatly declined. We usually come late at night and never had a problem but are now being told we can’t order certain items that we would’ve ordered at a later time earlier in the week, we go to the McDonalds on Gretzky and we are able to order the items we were looking for. It’s a real shame, they started out so good but they’re just trash now.

So unfortunately the McDonald's on Gretzky (which is great btw go there instead,) had a power outtage or something, I had to come to this location. I was told last time they don't serve breakfast past 10 so I didn't even bother trying, instead I ordered a smoothie. Surprise! They don't do those now either. Fine sure whatever, so I order a coke and a sprite. There was a vehicle already at the window ahead of me, the car behind me didn't appear to even order as they just pulled in right behind me. I get to the window and I am greeted by someone in a sweater. Not 100% sure they even worked there but its late I could care less about a uniform. She says wait, you ordered a sprite and coke right? Like 30 seconds ago before I pulled up to the window yea. Thought it was an odd question, again seeing as the car behind me just followed me up to the window (and then right out of the drive thru without stopping.) So I get out on the road, go to take a sip of the coke and realize I have been handed a cup almost entirely full of ice, and what I can only describe as stale tv static. I opened the lid and there is what looks like tap water from Flint MI. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately try the sprite, same thing. Just carbonated water. The only positive thing about the experience is the girl at the window was nice, which was a change from my last experience. This location is the absolute worst, and something seriously needs to change. I expected it was going to be not the best but like come on. Figure it out.

The order was right and quick, went in to eat. The touch screen order booths could use a wipe down and the tables had not been wiped down.

Brand new but basically a lousy McDonalds. I arrived late night with a couple of buddies for the 24 hour drive through. All we wanted were Filet O'Fish burgers. They didn't even have ONE available. A McDonalds with no real alternatives to meat? How crummy can you get?

Staff seemed underwhelmed. When we went to actually drive through without ordering the car in front of us was sitting waiting at the window and with no room to pass we THEN had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to get their food. This added insult to injury, i.e. The staff were very slow with what they actually have on the menu. 15 minutes of my life wasted.

So much for 24/7 and convenience! Will go somewhere else in the future.

If you want items missed on your order or waiting for a lengthy period of time for your food come to this location. We live near this McDonald’s and will no longer be coming to this location as we have lost a lot of money in food being missed

Did not care much for the staff on duty (at 7pm on Friday 6/10/22) - they were somewhat rude and unhelpful.

Worst experience ever.one big Mac.asked to park and wait. Is this not their flagship product? I waited 12 minutes.one big Mac.they need to try harder

What the heck is a meatless big Mac? It's a bun and lettuce, no plant based burger! Very bad idea. Macdonald's has miss the boat on this one. They could offer a whole grain bun with a plant based patty with no cheese and fresher sliced veggies, I would make it my new favourite place.

The customer service is appalling. We waited almost 25 minutes for one breakfast combo. Half our order was given away to a staff members friend and when I asked where ours was the staff member yelled at me! She was incredibly rude! By the time they found our order it was after 11 and they wouldn’t fill the hash brown portion of our order because it was “too late”
I can’t get over being yelled at by a teenager in a customer service position. Truly disappointing

Make great milkshakes and good is always fresh. Shoutout to the team of young kids running that store everyday

So upset! I went through the drive thru just after 10 pm, placed a decent sized order, was told it would take some time and to pull into a parking space. No problem. After waiting 15 minutes minimum for our order of 7 items, it’s clear we were just waiting on the junior chickens. They were warm, but every single other item in the order was not only cold, but so cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Could not enjoy anything it was all disgusting, waste of $50 wish we went to another location.

Moving online for about 35 minutes before finally saying hey where's our food. However when we did mention our food was missing they felt terrible that they lost their receipt and they gave us two free pies and two free salads to make up for the mistake. People make mistakes so I'm giving them five star still because they fixed the mistake by making me happy

Food is rarely correct, cold the rest the time and sign says 24hrs which they are not actually. Horribly managed location

Who ever is working the kitchen tonight made one of the best quarter pounders I have had in a while. Most times they are made in such a rush and are so messy. Just the right amount of condiments and the burger was placed very neatly! Like you were looking at the picture on the menu! Great job.
