Happy meal was in a bag.
The milk that was in the happy meal was 2 days out dated.
Because I was paying with cash I was ignored standing for 10 minutes at the cash register before my order was taken.
There were loud teenages standing just inside the entrance that just seemed to be hanging out the entire time we were there which made us feel uncomfortable.
While I was waiting for my order there was alot of what seemed to be fruit flies flying around inside the store.

Had no problem making something that wasn't on the menu anymore. Meet with smiles at both windows. BTW had one of those mighty egg McMuffin, was discontinued.

Absolutely brutal. Everytime we go the order is wrong. Today we ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal through drive through - opened bag and saw 6 piece box. No big deal short a few nuggets we thought. Got home to eat and there was an egg and pieces of bacon in the 6 piece nugget box. Absolutely brutal, every time we go to this one our order is messed up.

I ordered 2 big mac meals and they were just thrown into the box and there was barely anything on either of them and they forgot my fries even tho i paid for them.

Definitely improved over previous visits. Cleaner, faster service and food is good and hot. Great spot for a quick weekend breakfast bite.

It's not a bad place to stop at for a McDonald's. Usually fairly quick. Accuracy for orders is usually not that decent. Ask for no tomatoes on something or extra, and the packaging will be labeled as what you asked. 8 times out of 10, it will be incorrect.

The food makes me sick! It's been at longer time since I was there than what is stated. I do like their coffee when it's on for a dollar!

This may be the slowest McDonalds drive-through in Ontario. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes on average during peak meal times

Just me and my uncle stopping for a quick treat before family dinner on Christmas day. Best McDonald's ever!

This place was packed although that's got to say something but so was evrry other fast food place does nobody in peterborough cook? Fries were not fresh, I would expect fresh hot fries when there's a line up of 20 cars, service was nothing special, but nothing toncomplain about either.

When McDonald's, the 'fast-food' restaurant, loses the 'fast' part of their offerings and is only left with the 'food' part, they are is SERIOUS TROUBLE!

Always messing up orders, 8 cars in a drive through takes 30 minutes.
Management needs to get their act together. I used to work at McDonald's, this level of service used to be unacceptable. Now it's the norm

Food is fine. But no matter what time of day I go to the drive thru I always get parked in the queue.

Were unable to tell us which drinks were which, even though there were only 2. Packed food incorrectly so it fell all over the bottom of the bag as it was handed out the window. Burnt Mc chicken bun. Didn't include straws for drinks. Worst McDonald's experience ever.

Most expensive Chicken McMuffin in the area ($4.49 when pretty much anywhere outside of Peterborough it’s $2.99-3.39). Also for the extra money, no curbside service. Just seems way more expensive than other McDonald’s

It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get your order at a McDonald's. Tiny place. Between online orders, touch screen orders, drive-through and over-the-counter orders the young staff were struggling to keep up. The location taking in more orders than it is capable of processing. Also, my Egg McMuffin came with fries, not the advertised hash brown, which tells me they ran out. (Peterborough East)

We rarely stop at McDonald’s and this morning’s experience was a great reminder why we do not. Food service was exceptionally slow, the coffee was overfilled and spilled out burning my husband’s legs, and our order was wrong. What a waste of our time and money.

My food and drinks were delicious however it would’ve been nice if I was given a straw for my drink the first time around.

I have never seen a bathroom this dirty. This is not today's dirt, or yesterdays, but days worth of dust, urine and hair on the toilets, urinal and the sink was clogged. If they present this to the public, what is going on in the back?

They didn't toast any of our mcmuffins, and then missed some of our order told us to go back and we can get the stuff they missed for free.its not free when we paid for it, okay?

Very poor experience. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes, that were not made properly. They were pretty much just a cup of poorly made ice cream. The restaurent layout is also not really built for the amount or customers at any given time. Cramped drive thru, and very small counter area inside. Which doesn't really give room to form a proper line, plus no room for people who have already payed and are waiting for an absurdly long time, further contributing to the crowd size. Not to mention the amount of people coming through the same area for the entrance/exit. The topper is the bathrooms are very gross. Messy, and an army of flies buzzing around.

This McDonalds must have the slowest drive through service in Ontario. Madoc is probably the 2nd slowest. They were out of many items on the menu. After a 40 minute wait, no appology, the big Macs were ice cold and the McChicken bun was burnt and the fake chicken was dried up and not edible. I was not going to wait another 40 minutes to exchange it. The franchise owner should have his licence removed as this is a regular scenario at this location.

The most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to. We stopped at this location on our way to our vacation, when I used the women's washroom their were flies all over, toilet paper all over the floors, urine on the toilet seats along with a sink that appeared as tho it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was very busy, and didn’t think twice stopping here again on our way home again. However the bathrooms were worse than our first visit, we left and used a bathroom down the road. The woman who was in the bathroom at the same time mentioned to me that it is in this condition every-time they come. In addition to the bathrooms this visit, the lobby had garbage all over the place.

I have never waited for less than 20 minutes here when ordering inside. Everytime I have been here the wait time is between 20 to 40 minutes. They also get your order wrong a good half the time. Truly the worst MD I have ever seen.

It took 35 min to take my order after getting to the order speaker and the food was the worst i ever had at any Mc Donald's.

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Eggs in our egg McMuffin's were not fully cooked and the orange juice was watered down. Very unpleasant experience.

This place is the worst McDonald’s/fast food out there. Jamie and Terry clearly have no clue how to run a proper restaurant in 2022 as their customers in the lobby and drive thru are always waiting 10-30 minutes for food. The poor skip couriers have to wait just as long as well, delaying them from their orders and travel time. They need to hire more staff and figure out their management style as the way it’s going is terrible. On top of that, the poor staff are treated terribly and over worked constantly. The managers barely get their breaks as they are always running out of staff to cover them. I truly hope this review helps as the customers/staff/skip all deserve better. Get your store together Jamie and Terry!

Didn't give me the hash browns I ordered then when I came back to the store I had to wait for them to cook more, at breakfast time. Be better, this is just sad, we have experienced numerous let downs from this location this is not the first time but it might be the last.

My food was cold.they are clearly under staffed so I didn't bother asking for a new one.it's better to go to Harvey's instead

Why is there so man over weight women here. They also tend to have a short temper. 1 saw one woman order enough food to feed a family but she ate it all in one sitting

Only option is drive thru and with the wait might as well go to a restaurant and have a proper breakfast/dinner, no such thing as fast service here. If you do ALWAYS check your bag they always forget something and never had pies or icecream. No problem with other locations

Line ups are too long. Double lines create confusion as to who is taking your order, and when it's time to merge to pay and pick up your order, people in a rush could push you back 3 car spots. By the time you get your order, it's cold!

Was in line 10.59 am. Was lined up 26 min to get food. Ordered 2 breakfast meals that would come with hashbrowns was not told there was none and recieved French fries which I did not want n charged 22and change.plus no napkins in bag

DO NOT GO HERE.there are other McDonald’s not far away that are rated better. Should have checked that. Stopped here on a road trip. Doors were locked so you couldn’t go in but there was no signage to say their indoor area was closed. Just signs that said to use the other door which was also locked so a bunch of people just kept hovering around trying to figure out which door to use. We decided to go to the drive thru which was open and waited 30 MINUTES to get through the drive thru. 30 MINUTES (and no exaggeration cause we sent a text when we entered the drive thru and rechecked the text time after). Food was good but it better have been after that long…

9/10 orders will be wrong items or missing items. Check your order before you leave.
They charge you for dips but you never get them in the bag.its fustrating but I get it they are super busy and lots of young employees.

20 minutes to get through the drive through and then asked to park and wait. Total time for "fast food" order: 35 minutes!

Worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I placed a mobile order, waited ten minutes in my car before decided to go in to pick it up. I tried to go inside but the door was locked, I figured it was due to COVID capacity. I waited another five minutes outside and noticed no one was minding the door, and decided just to go in when the next person left. The door was actually locked to prevent customers to come inside because they were so disorganized and slow and couldn’t handle the extra traffic. People were attempting to place orders at the cash register and staff were just ignoring them so they would go away, even when customers were verbally asking to have their order taken, the staff would just refuse to make eye contact with anyone so they would just leave. Then the manager came out and yelled at all of waiting to stop opening the door to let people in, I asked how are people with mobile orders for pick up are supposed to get inside and they were well under the COVID capacity limits so what is the issue? She just gave me a dirty look and went back. It took them 30 min to complete everyone’s order. Staff had no sense of urgency and socialized and dragged their feet while everyone waited

Drive through is usually packed and service is usually slow, so I keep my vehicle in park while I wait. There are usually 15-20 employees behind the counter, and are apart of some hive mind. Service at the counter is usually nonexistent and you can sing, dance and wave at the hive mind employees to get service and they will just stare back with dark beady eyes, then return to staring at the wall or the broken icecream machine as if there is a problem with their programming. The kiosk touchscreens are slow or out of service, and do not have receipt paper as the hive mind can’t figure out how to open the door to refill it, indicated by scratch marks on the edges of the doors. Overall you will get your food someday and it still tastes like what you would expect.

Food was good but service was really slow. Went through the drive through and it took around 20 minutes. I guess that is to be expected around lunch time.

Im a over the road truck driver and ran out of working hours. 16 hours. Never stopped to eat. Until this location. It was 15 minutes to close and even though I didn't have a way to go through the drive through. They served me. And big thanks to all the staff workong this night. 06-21-21.

All good for expectations, I just wish this location would learn how to lettuce wrap a burger. When getting a lettuce wrapped Big Mac it is extremely hard to eat when you have 2 small pieces of lettuce 1 on top and 1 on bottom. It would be much easier to eat and pick up if you wrapped in two leaves, not pieces. Just a suggestion. Other then that service was quick, they were busy.

Always closed before the closing time. Rarely gets my order right. Closing at 11 means the kitchen takes orders until 11. They complete said orders and then shut down. If you want to close at 1030 then make your closing time 1030. Seems like a lack of work ethic and poor management to me.just throwing it out there.

Also if you do mobile order - the only option to pick up the order is drive through.

The drive-thru was too busy to get into the lineup and I could not get into the store because there was a line up there too.
Next time I will go to another store

Consistently the Slowest Drive through of all the McDonalds that I have been to. Thatxs ok though because of this fact I usually ho into Morellos grocery in the same mall.

2 weeks ago my husband and I went to this location. I asked for extra bacon on my BLT and paid for extra bacon. No extra bacon was put on. My husband ordered a multigrain bagel with sausage, egg & cheese. No cheese was put on. We went back the next morning and asked that we actually get extra bacon this time on my BLT and he get cheese on his bagel so they put cheese on my BLT only.

Today I go and order a BLT bagel with extra bacon and I get it, there is no extra bacon and it was just one piece of lettuce with one tomato and no mayonnaise.

This is very discusting service. I can assure you that I won't be back.

Ordered ice cream in a cup and received an ice crean cone upside down in a cup and no spoon to eat it!

We were parked due to how busy this was, but I have nothing wrong with this as it keeps the line moving. Food was promptly brought to my vehicle and was very hot. Friendly service as well.

It's McDonald's the food is usually good the service is always good. It's the darn lineup. It doesn't matter if you go in or do the Drive-thru you are behind like 8 to 10 cars or persons. The day of the stop and get a quick bite are gone from here.

Cold breakfast burritos, asked before I left the window if she could heat them up because they were cold to the touch and she said she couldn’t take the food back so I was forced to eat cold food. Very disappointed, waste of money

Really appreciate this location in Pbo.coming back from a weekend camping in Kawartha Highlands I'm usually craving a burger and fries. McDonalds knows how to do both! Great drive-thru service here during COVID

In the drive thru.not one person behind me. Was asked to drive to designated parking spot to wait for my order. When it finally came there was still no one gone thru after me. This mcds always does this and I'm tired of it. Wont return to this location

Fast service good people there are better burgers around but if you want something that is quick McDonalds is great.

Great food nice place to enjoy meal, but if u go when it is busy the line ups and wait time for your meal can be awhile. Also sometimes drive through can get pretty busy but personal my favorite fast food restaurant

Terrible service, parking every car that orders food to improve your average time is not going to impress customers. I don't come to McDonald's for your ambiance, I come when I'm hungry and don't want to wait 15 minutes. I won't be back to this location.

As is normal at this location they screw up your order at drive thru. I will not be going to this location again as it is a reoccurring issue.

So I have had to sit in the waiting spot for the drive through when my stuff isn't ready at the window the past five times I've been here. I get it sometimes they have to make stuff and it takes a bit but there was only me in the drive through this last time. So I sat and waited for what felt like an exorbitant amount of time only to have my food cold when I went to eat it shortly after. Hardly fresh. Not going to this one again.

Very busy. Only 1 cashier to place your order and then about a 10min or so wait for the. To call your number to get your order. Things worked better when there were half a dozen cashiers and they got your order right away. I was not impressed

Wrong order after waiting in long line at drive through. Waited in long line inside to return it then my order was thrown into a bag and had to be reassembled to be eaten.
Will not be returning!

Incompetent and lazy Night staff. I called after getting a cold quarter pounder instead of a mcchicken I had ordered and I was told that without receipt I cannot have my meal compted, This was only 10 minutes after I had left mcdonalds. Unfortunately for myself the night crew also forgot to include a receipt with my order in case of such scenarios. I live a fair distance from the said restaurant and was unable to bring meal back or I would have.
Needless to say I did not get my meal compted and was told a simple sorry but there's nothing they could do. Mcdonalds got there money though. Anyways, be warned if ordering from this local after 6: 00pm. Below average service seems to be a running theme. Definitely my worst experience at mcdonalds.

I bought lunch from this location today and received the WORST service I've ever experienced in my life out of ANY McDonalds I've ever been too in my entire life. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for a 6pc nugget meal and watched as the guy in the back made burgers for 20+ minutes without gloves on, while wiping his nose, going in and out of the fridge, etc. Ontop of that when I finally got my meal my nuggets were RAW and pink on the inside. I went back to complain, and was given 10 nuggets and quickly dismissed by the manager as if my complaint wasn't a serious issue.

Not very healthy as many fast food restaurants are but it's very delicious and good they had a few times a month

I am giving a 1 star but only because it doesn't give an option to choose 0 stars. I waited in line inside for 11 min before I was even able to place my order. Then I waited 30 mins for the food. I can not believe how terrible the service at this location (Peterborough) was. It will be the last time I ever spend my money at McDonalds. Oh ya, and the BLT was awful, tasted like cardboard.
