McDonald's

Something is really wrong with this mcd branch. We ordered two brkfst blt (egg, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato.), one had some trashed like lettuce & cheese only! And other one just bacon and cheese! I returned them and they said sorry, we make another two.this was the fun part, one of the second set had no bacon & second one cold and likely off the shelf!
Even a drunk person at the back could have done much better!
No need to say we trashed our coffee (s) which were tasting everything other than what we ordered)

The staff at this location can be exceptionally & deceptively friendly, so much so that it carries the weight of superfluousness about it; believe it or not once upon a time they were actually kind to me, which had made it something to look forward to every day in which I would stop by.

Alas, that same level of intrinsic friendliness is abruptly no longer present, and neither is the profoundly welcoming spirit that was once a foundation of this location along with a veritable quasi-decoupage of artwork associated with their creations.

I am no longer a person to them, but rather just an order number with a debit card; they have even made me feel abjectly invisible at times.

I now receive more of an acknowledgment from the coffee maker in my kitchen than from the staff here, which is shocking after being a loyal, friendly & generous customer for several years - you're welcome for that.
I'm not sure what's more poisonous: the food or the drive-thru staff? No, wait: it's the staff.

There's nothing like stopping at the pick-up window and having some blonde, college student summer/holidays part-timer who clearly DNGAF texting on her phone and not even looking at you as she almost spills your drink while passing it to you. What a messed-up workforce.
For reference, this sudden change occurred as recently as mid-2022.

I now treat this location exactly as it does me: I completely ignore it.

It always felt like they wanted something more than I was willing to provide, but to quote Suicidal Tendencies - 'Institutionalized':
"All I wanted was a Pepsi! "

Be warned: this place is as Messie as it gets. Proceed with caution and be wary of extremely unsafe health & sanitary practices, as there's already at least one Chickson McNugget too many; avoid being cursed for the rest of your life - from food poisoning, if you're lucky.
Leave trash where others before us did - in the garbage.

Psst: Hey, you may want to stop displaying your full menu to anyone with a set of eyes to see - it makes it very unpalatable and unappetizing, as well as cheap.

Some there think that whatever it is that they're serving is something I haven't already had many times before. They also seem to genuinely believe that what is being offered is better in some way and for some reason?
I don't know 'bout all that, lol.

It turns out selfishness and duplicity both affect a select few emplyees, unfortunately, and are a detriment to any kind of interaction and/or server-patron friendship with their staff. They fail to realize the enormity of their destructive behaviors. Actually, they do & don't care.

We're where we are in life, respectively, because of *who* we are - "true colours".
That is what makes everything make sense, and it is unsurprisingly sanguine & poignantly poetic.

They strive to be the stalwart protectors of the brand's integrity and have been observed to possess a zesty zeal, exhilarating exuberance & passion-soaked panache for their craft at times, although it's an extreme rarity and is a ruse to begin with.
Mistakes have been made there far too often, though when it occurs they are expeditious in correcting the matter, thankfully.
Look, I get it: it's McDonald's, not exactly an Ivy League Institution of higher learning, and I truly wonder how anyone there copes with any of the others there.

If you are looking to hook-up (or not) with a quick bite or drink (a single burger & a thirst-quenching drink, anyone? - get it supersized at this location free of charge - you don't even need to be looking for it, nor ask!) and a hundred-dollar crocodile smile [comprised of exactly two crisp fifty-dollar notes] to accompany it - if you're one of the lucky ones?
Then I guarantee you will have to look no further than the drive-thru of this lonely oasis, which now only elicits a forlorn longing for days past whilst floating amongst a poorly aged, bone-dry desert of humanity.

Actually, do yourself a favor and run just as fast as you can, and be spirited away as the wind rises to the castle in the sky

Significantly longer than usual wait going through the drive through. I had planned to order 3 separate items. No combo. However, they were unable to accommodate my menu requests. I had to settle for a couple of less desired picks.
Very disappointing

The kitchen crew need to spend a lot more time on quality and presentation. They literally threw my filet o fish in the carton without any thought. Not only was it disgusting to look at, but it was also impossible to eat. The sauce was everywhere!

The rest of the food wasn't that bad, but this sandwich definitely left a foul taste on the whole experience, both literally and figuratively.

Come on guys, there is no way you could possibly think was acceptable to serve a customer!

Order in drive through a 2 milk, 1/2 sugar coffee. The drive through says "2 cream 1 sugar okay", I correct them.
I get my coffee at the window and it says Double double, I say this is supposed to be 2m. 5s, "oh it is. It just says that".
Thanks for the double double, just sitting here now on the toilet. Never coming again.
The previous 2 times I have came and went inside to get a coffee they make it and leave it sitting there and don't give it to you, continuing to give others their food until you ask about where your order is.

What's not to like about McDonalds. Only downside to this one is their Lattes, they are all over the place. Someday they are fine, others, I won't even drink it.

When going drive through you have to check your order every time
I ordered a meal and got no fries but charged me for the meal. It’s not complicated but these kids make it complicated by making stupid mistakes that the customers pay for

There was way too much sauce on the BigMac after asking for less than half of the sauce, no extra pickles for the cheese burger, and they mix up the whole oder other than my ice teas

Such a dirty restoran.
Haven't been in this location for a long time I was pretty shocked

I get coffee regularly in the morning and have had a few minor issue here but this one tops it. Multiple hairs on my cup when i took the lid off to put it in my thermos. Never getting food from here again.

Accurate orders at the drive-thru and your usual McDonald's quality.

Shout out to Emma on the morning shift drive-thru.always so cheerful. Nice way to start the day on my way to work.

As seniors we enjoy going to McDonalds as it has always been a relaxing pleasant service except for 1 thing the horrible music they play very unnerving.

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee. They made it right away and it just sat there.

Very disorganized. I had to tell someone who worked there to check if one of those coffees sitting there for 20 minutes was mine.

Don't go here if you want a quick, normal experience.

Definitely a better mcdonald’s than most.i always go through the drive-thru and everything is very quick most of the time and food is always fresh (hot and crispy fries and hashbrowns) and staff is always surprisingly cheery for mcdonald’s employees

During these trying times, I meet with my friends at this McDonalds every weekend. We love meeting some older couples and sharing a smile. The staff are really patient and accommodating. We are relaxed and enjoy a nice coffee without any stress.

Its Mickey D's, same quality, price and the staff is always great.

I am rarely disappointed.

Very slow service in the morning, and I'm not talking about drive through, I'm talking about going in. I used to stop here on my way to work as I literally drove past it on my way. I now go to a different McDonald's to get my morning coffee that is several minutes out of my way but yet still faster overall. My order consists of a single coffee, and it would often be almost 10 minutes between placing my order and walking out the door. Ordering at the cashier or at the kiosk made no difference.

I have eaten here on occasion over the last decade and I can't say they have ever gotten my order wrong. They are always reasonably fast and kind.

This evening I placed an order through the drive thru, two adult combos and one happy meal. The young man taking my order was absolutely and unacceptably rude, saying ugh after every thing I said, to the point were I asked if I was bothering him because that’s what it seemed like. The food was cold and gross, thankfully the toddler didn’t care, the adults did. The toppings on the quarter pounder were so sparse it was laughable, I understand it’s fast food but some care is needed. This location often misses the mark in terms of quality, but tonight the service was atrocious.

Every time i bought coffee was not hot and they made excuse of machine.mcdonalds does not care of customer service.

Worst McDonald's on the planet I would give them no Star at all, unorganized and All of them without any experience, you ordered anything even a small sandwich they tell you to stay in the car until they get it for you, 15 minutes after I went inside to find out they forgot my order, the funny thing is I told this story when I was ordering another time and they said to me really sorry and it won't happen again and stayed in the car again for about 15 minutes, I went inside to find out they forgot my order again LOL I spoke to the manager she said they give my order to someone else by mistake.

Nope I won't go to ther drive through again, I go inside to get my order faster.

I thought that it was standard to wear hair nets when preparing food. I see ALL of their workers handling food and drink with their hair flying around. Completely nasty and unsanitary.

I give this location a 2 star because for the most part, it is a hit and miss for there customer service.sometimes is good and sometimes not so good and at times terrible.

So, if you go, you are taking your chances.

It is a good place, but its offers on the mobile app are always less than the other McDonald's locations.

Easily the worst trashDons I've ever had. Burger tasted like and looked like it was cooked last week couldn't even finish it

I've had really good experiences at this location. I normally stop at this location on my way to work and they are always quick. I rarely have to wait for anything which is important on the way to work. Also never had a problem with any of my orders from this location.

The staple we all know and love - with hiccups such as missing sauces we ordered once in a while.

This is easily in the top 2 worst McD's locations I've been to, among various locations and even countries.
Staff is incredibly unprofessional even after they are constantly mixing up orders.
Go to a different one if you need McDonald's

Ordered an ice coffee, had my first sip and nearly yacked. Started spitting coffee grounds. Just gross. Come on McDonalds

Weekday morning crew are hands down the best. Coffee is never wrong, always fresh. Great way to start your morning!

We received the wrong item in an order and quickly went back to receive amazing service from margo! They went above and beyond fixing our order, very polite and professional. Despite getting a wrong burger and having to go back very satisfied with our visit in the end

This is my local MCD’s the morning staff are amazing and definitely help start my day in the best ways.

Very nice atmosphere and kind workers. However the orders are frequently missing requested items or include items asked to not be included.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s you will ever experience.the past 4 times I got food here the order was missing items or wrong.better yet my last sausage mc muffin was only bread. ‍️ The manager was extremely nasty considering I’ve delt with her the last 2 times I went back in to fix my order. I find it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when a manager rolls her eyes at a customer. I highly recommend the McDonald’s team take a serious look at the management at this location.

Staff are friendly and restaurant is very clean. My only issue is when I go into the restaurant as opposed to going through the drive through during afternoons and evenings, service is slow to the point where I'm sometimes waiting ten minutes or longer for just a burger and fries even if I was the only person ordering in the dining room. This is consistent and happens more often than not. Still, one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to

It's my first time to dine in this location. Decor is nice, service & food is good. Ddn't wait long for my order.

You go here because it is the same no matter where you are In the world. It is consistent from the states and Canada. Good food at a pretty good price.

Try The habanero spicy chicken
All I can say is don't waste your money.
Chicken cooked the consistency of cardboard which would have been probably healthier for me.
Take a quarter out of your pocket look at the size and thickness That's about as much hot sauce that was on it.
What a waste of 7 bucks

This is my first time here. I arrived Sun 10: 20pm and they only had the drive-through open. I ordered a drink. In the first window you would pay for your order. I asked to get a receipt and he said to get it at the pickup window. After I got my order I asked for the receipt. She had to ask the cashier to print the receipt at her window. That took a min (he was busy with another customer). You would think he would have it already printed the since I asked for it!

They have a small private parking lot.

There is free WiFi.

My dad and I have been to this location twice in the past month or so and we enjoy going here. We've only gone during the morning and we dined in but it was still a pleasant experience. I ordered the Bacon breakfast sandwich and daaaannngggg was it good. The egg was warm and gooey and tasty! While we were eating we saw an employee wiping down all the empty tables.which is something we don't usually see when we go into a McDonalds. This location reinvented themselves and its great.

Just got a double Big Mac combo that looks like someone played football with it.called the manager and getting a full refund. Too bad I can’t post a pic cause you won’t believe it. I’m done with McDonald’s. If they don’t care about my food, I don’t care for their business.

Never go on weekend mornings, the teenagers there seriously don't know what they're doing. Just this morning 4 people crouded around one cash register just to take an order. Also, they mess up orders all the time. Any other time besides weekend mornings are alright though

Update: now gave 2 stars instead of 3 because manager is extremely rude to good employees. He needs to calm down. Manager is a bald guy by the way

The staff really need to learn mind their manners. I was in this morning with my boyfriend who apparently is a regular customer there. The one girl actually called him up to the till and asked him loud enough for all to hear if I was his mother. I'm not gorgeous but I certainly don't look 70 either (we are in our 50s). I can honestly say I was quite offended and found that to be extremely rude and in bad taste. As did the couple sitting at the next table. Hopefully the staff don't do this regularly. They serve insults with the cold breakfast food now I guess.

A great place for a quick meal or pastry snack. Great tasting coffee. Staff are very friendly & give excellent service.

I don't love McDonald's food, but the coffee is the best! The Guelph location has superb staff that make me smile evwry morning and keep the drive through line running smoothly

Lightning quick service and the food is always hot. It's only limited by the fact that it's still just McDonalds food

Drive thru is kinda slow but no issues with the food. If you drive a larger vehicle go on the inside lane for the drive thru

I've been going to this location for a while now. Everytime I go to this location I'm missing an item or 2 from my order. Today was the last time I plan on going here
