It seems like evrytime I go to any McDonald's in Ajax, they do not either do egg whites which I know is an option just with a little wait which I am aware of. Aslo, for a company who has one of the best coffees out there supposedly they seem to have cold coffee every single location in durham region from Ajax, Pickering to Oshawa. I ask for a fresher batch and the customer service rep basically microwaved my coffee and brought it to me. So upsetting.

The drive thru is a complete garbage leading by some unprofessional people who McDonald’s gave the job without a proper training. There is a big fate blk woman at the second window is a complete wasteee and who doesn’t understand the basic communications. That’s why I’m not surprised this location is not busy anymore

The only thing consistent about this location is that you are always waiting an incredibly long time for your food that is normally incorrect. If you order one thing you get something different. If you customize your toppings on the burger they will put the customize sticker on the box but they disregard the customization. Normally inside looks like a bomb has gone off unless you are there first thing in the morning.

Drive thru is a hit and miss. Inside is nice and clean. 24 hrs McDonald's. Usually busy during peak rush hour time.

Something that many people didn't know when you order breakfast late is that hashbrowns are not available after 11 am very sad.

The food was decent, but they made a mistake on my childs happy meal, my wife went to the delivery pick up window, they were very rude and my wife had to argue with them for them to fix the meal, they asked her to go back througj the srive thru, which was 10 cars long. With a screaning toddler who wants his chicken nuggets, not the customer service you would expect from Mcdonalds.

Grear experience here because of dine in you have both options, you can sit inside and outside too so it's a good thing. Customer service is also good and fast.

I went to Mcdonald's drive thru at 1300 Kingston Rd, Pickering, Ontario on March 8 2021 at 4pm est.

I ordered 3 burgers and used a coupon for a free burger.

The agents at the counter WOULD NOT HONOR THE COUPON and they claimed "they never saw a code. " So, I then pulled out my phone and showed them the code AGAIN on my phone "717P" After this the women at the window told me I had to spend 1$ for the deal.despite the fact I just bought 3 burgers. I aksed the agents at the window "why they were doing this to me? " And after they made it clear they would not honor the coupon I asked for my money back.

This negative experience is evidence McDonald's employees don't care about their customers. If they cared McDonald's would ammend this experience. Anyway I went to Wendy's, used coupons and had a pleasant experience afterwards. So next time I'll just skip the McDonald's step if that's how their employees want to behave. I don't go to McDonald's for added stress in my life just cheeseburgers.

UPDATE: I contacted McDonald's with my complaint. I explained to a McDonald's Guest Relations Specialist that my McDonald's coupon was not honored at the drive thru. The Guest Relations Specialist (Charmaine) thought it was appropriate to 'offer me a coupon for a free burger' which I found insulting since that was why I was contacting them. It was a mocking response that shows even the Guest Relation Specialists do not care about your concerns.

That's how McDonald's treats their customers. I understand this company is worth billions, yet Guest Specialists cannot show even an ounce of respect. You should not support a company that mocks your concerns, and I know I will not be in the future.

Very bad customer service in drive through at Kingston- Liverpool location. McDonald’s managers should consider improve that like other locations, (i usually go to the one on Kingston-Sheppard there very good people). But today I wanted to try this location (Kingston-Liverpool) which was really miserable experience, they should train staff well. Sooo bad.

Took 30 minutes waiting in spot #1 then finally got my food. They said we're sorry so they gave me a large fries. I opened the bag and my large fry was less then a medium lmao. Went to go try the new bbq canadian quarter pounder and they only gave me bbq sauce, beef patty, top and bottom bun. Lol unforgivable your all fired

Horrible place, very rude and unprofessional staff lazy people, went drive though and (the big girl (African Canadian who she was in charge to give the food) very rude, it is the first time I see her there she is untrained and rude, I advice you go to do something else.

Such a poor mentality staff. Did not even gave only two extra ketchups. Poor thinking. So shameful for mcd. So irrespectful that they did not even ask for extra money for extra ketchups. Just straightly denies to have extra packet of ketchup. Never gonna visit here.

Its basically your average McDonald's but the interiors a little more modern and they never frick up my drink in the drive thru.

Very horrible service. Listen to your customers and stop assuming. You will end up giving wrong orders. Sad part a black girl. Come on with the attitude man! You can do better

Very slow service, had to wait almost for 25 minutes to get an order. People doing skip be careful and think before accepting their order otherwise be ready to waste your one hour on one order.
