Why hand me a straw and then toss another in my bag? What a waste of materials! And every location will use a huge bag for one burger. Just give me the burger. The most wasteful fast food chain, bar none — and they don’t even care how obvious it is.

Usually not many people ordering but somehow the food still takes a little while to be prepared

We eat here about once a week or so and the food has always been hot, fresh and delicious.

We typically order a Mcchicken, Nuggets and fries and they’re generally always good.

A good McDonalds. Food is exactly what you expect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Usually pretty clean. Not a big McDonalds but a decent amount of seating

Worst experience at a McDonald’s drive through ever. Waited 15minutes in line for a mcfish and mcchicken meal. When we finally made to the window and got our food my fish was half off the bun and the sauce was on the box and not the bun. The lettuce for the chicken was around the bun but not in it. Box fries were upside down in the box.

The red-haired lady, , was extremely rude.

She had addressed us in a fairly condescending tone for speaking a little too loudly during the night shift. I understand that she might not have wanted to be working at night when my group came in to eat. But that was no reason to be so impatient and have such an unkind attitude.

Later, she came up to us while we were eating our food in the corner of the restaurant and demanded in an unnecessary loud and demeaning tone that if we were not eating and were only sitting with our friends then we must leave or else she would call the police. Granted, some of us were sitting about the seats (and a person unassociated with our group was argueing with her for a short while) but this was an EXTREME over reaction.

After this outburst, she ceded that we could sit in until our meals were over (after a large amount of protesting, which halted our meal and was very unnecessary and uncomfortable)

However, as she was leaving, a friend of mine said that "she was rude" in a conversational tone. She then screamed something along the lines of "You know what? Whoever is friends with her leaves, you know what? Everybody out! "

She even threatened to call the police for our "disrespectful behaviour and supposedly our loud atmosphere" (keep in mind there was only 1 small group in the restaurant at the other end of the place as well as her previous behaviour).

However, the saving grace of this experience was Liam, who was a great employee and was very kind and understanding to our plight.

I can understand that it was close to closing time, she may have been tired and may have thought that all teens are the same (we are not disrespectful), but her treatment to us was unacceptable.

Waited 24 mins for my food in drive through.
Gave me two pops that had run out syrup
Asked them to get my two more they forgot.
Apparently the 14 cars that got their food beige me after I ordered was because of the promo chicken sandwich I ordered. Went inside after to ask why the delay and got the same answer with attitude from the manager and 20 something staff looking at me like I was a male Karen.
Fries were freezing cold probably because they put them in the bag when I ordered (25 mins earlier)
Forgot napkins, sons bbq sauce and realized it once on the hwy. I love McDs but this was the worst experience ever. Hope cooperate gets in here to help. Gm was a little more apologetic but didn’t really seem to care when we chatted on the phone.

It's decent but not great. Burgers are cold and they claim their shake machine breaks down BUT everybody knows that the shake machines are "difficult" to fill. The management at this place has always been lax at best. I stop at another McD's and this one is one block from my house.

Can’t even handle a mobile order. Wasted ten minutes of my time. I would still be waiting if I didn’t ask for my order

Go to any other location but this one. Iroquois shore or Walmart for that matter. Watched 14 cars get served after I ordered. Manager had Attitude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Forgot half the stuff and didn’t even get an apology. Apparently it’s my fault 30 employees can’t get an order ready because of a promo chicken sandwich.

Thank you Lisa Marie, the manager for the laughs today at lunch. It was our first visit here as we are out of towners. My wife and I found it very refreshing to talk to such a nice down to earth person. She recommended we have a ice cream cone. Although a bit nippy they were delicious

Ordered an iced coffee with half syrup and received a cup full of cream essentially. Ridiculous. Sadly UberEats also refused to refund it since not enough evidence. Photos look pretty clear to me.

It’s been a month the coffee does not taste good anymore, every single day taste different, everyday hoping to get a better coffee but it’s getting worst, I don’t know if the staff been change or the coffee machines need to be cleaned

I have no idea how this location can be so bad. Worst service I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Waited over 30 minutes for old food. Asked to talk to a manager and was told the manager was busy? So bad

A huge shout out to Lisa, manager at this location. She is positive, uplifting and keeps her team going. She is patient with all patrons, the happy one and the angry ones. This world has enough negative energy in it and a busy McDonald's on a Saturday at lunch time is not a reason to be upset. More so an expectation. Lisa, my boys had a great laugh with you today! Thank you and keep doing what your doing. The teens you work with need a positive manager like you to become successful!

Very friendly staff, great service, very organized management, my family and I go there all the time and never had a bad experience. Lisa is fantastic.

Just don’t go especially when u have a mobile order. You will waste your time and get very poor service

You shouldn’t have a business if you can’t figure out how to manage orders. People there have no interest to serve a customer.

Got to McDonalds at 10: 55 and we were inside the place however we were asked to leave cuz it was closed. Went to drive through which took 25 minutes to serve us. Unbelievable!

This Store has gotten to be a nightmare. No idea what's going on but Lisa the staff manager is horrible I was behind a client today and she actually told the guy he was sweating like a, bull dog in heat', I was mortified!
The guy responded that she had no filter
The floors are dirty and everything seems like it's not a team it's a group of unhappy people trying to make others life unhappy.
I would not recommend.this place it needs to be cleaned up and Lisa needs to learn to be respectful to clients.

Good fast place for takeout better (faster) then before we got ice cream and drinks and we always come buy happy meals with chicken nuggets they put them after 11 am also the fries after 11 am before that you would get hash brown for breakfast.

Thank you to Manager Lisa who made my visit with 5 hungry boys a great one. So helpful and nice with a great amount of humour. Never thought I would review a McDonald's but Lisa elevated our experience.

Literally the worst McDonald’s in the city…your after hours crew is terrible. They always take sooo long to make the Uber orders + never get the order right + never salt the fries. I could have walked there and back with my order faster than they can deliver. If it wasn’t the only thing open late I would never give you guys my business. Fix your staff.

This is honestly such a poor service! They always forget something all the time! Today its the straw and only 4 nuggets and no sweet and sour sauce! Its so soooo frustrating guys for any person to find out when they get to their destination to find that there is a straw missing for their drink, sauce for their fries or nuggets or even half the meal missing!

It's a Mack Donald, they are all almost the same. Good location, lots of parking spots, very clean.

This place has gone downhill since Piper foods took over.

Bad service. Long wait times. Overly salty food. I don’t think I can eat here anymore.

A shame since it’s been good for 7 years before now.

Eat at Lazeez or McDonald’s in Walmart 2km away.

Ordered two times recently for the happy meal minions toy, got Duffy duck two times! With in the time we should be getting minion toys! No that I hate Duffy duck, I actually like it, but I wonder what kind of thoughts they are having knowing ppl coming for the minion toys but decided to play with them

I stopped at the Mcdonald in Oakvile, by the hospital. Decided just to get a drink. Love the $1 summer prices. I started driving, took a drink and had to spit it out. Seems they need to change the syrup tank, because it had run out. Too late to turn back so I wasted a buck. Hopefully they read this and give Ronald Mcdonald house the $1, since the restaurant doesn't deserve it.

My order was on the screen and then it just disappeared. No explanation on the reason! I have to repeat my order and wait another 10 mins to get it. People came later than I did almost finish their food!

No other McDonald's I've been to charges for a cup of tap water for the dog, except for this one.

Aside that the ice cream machine was broken, I was really disgusted to see such a dirty restaurant, seems they don’t clean very often: greasy floors, fries and lettuce all over. The place is not inviting at all. North Oakville needs a better MC.

Macdonald's is good for a quick snack, coffee and ice cream. Went for ice cream but it wasn't available, that was surprising and disappointing.

Poor drive thru service
Lots of times got flat sodas, drive thru takes easily 15 mins.
When I complained they said it is what it is, they can’t help it.

First ever Mc Donalds where I noticed that for every single request all employees were going to a manager to check whether they can give what customer is asking. E.g. Requested ketchup - employee went to manager, requested empty small coffe cup - employee went to manager. By the time I got this My meal was cold. Giving it 1 star just because of my experience with service.

I've never had so many negative experiences at a McDonald's before. After the third time I ordered a double hammie and got a cheeseburger or single hamburger or something else, I gave up on this location lol. Never accurate.

I would give them more if those employees weren't FOOLING AROUND for the lunch shift! In my cheeseburger and 2 McDoubles I bought, there was SALT on my patties. SALT! I could hear them giggling inside and I ordered 20 nuggets but they gave me 28 nuggets which was there was no box for the mcnuggets! The breakfast crew here is great but sometimes I just think that they could do better with choosing employees. AND remember when fast food was fast? This one is really slow and the wait was for salty burgers? Not worth it

Honestly this had to be one of the worst McDonald's in the Oakville. Only reason why I go to this McDonald's is because it's so close. Service is just slow. Drive thru line up is always packed and seems like the line never moves. Something needs to changes

No wonder this McDonalds gets a 3.3 review, especially for the fact the 1 star bar is almost full. I never go to regular restaurants like Tim Hortons, McDonalds or Subway in-person, I always take the Drive-thru as most people do heading into their jobs. And to be very honest and truthful to the people of Oakville this McDonalds has unbelievably bad drive-thru service! Everyone says it's "busy", except it's not, the workers are way too slow thus causing a horrific wait which can be as long as 30 minutes! Unbelievably bad, I will never go back and will always enjoy going to the lovely mini-restaurants at our local Walmart and Superstore.

Extremely Slow Service, Incompetent weekend staff that can't take an accurate order as they keep punching things incorrectly, and the food is not what i ordered or something missing. Do not go to the drive through on weekend morning.
The alternative is a dirty inside where things take even longer, and it feels slimly even though the place is not that old.
Unfortunately, sometimes there is no choice but to go to this horrible place.

This is the closest McDonalds to my house, couple that with the fact that it's in the same plaza that I do my grocery shopping, and until last Friday I was a very frequent customer. When I went here to get some dinner on Friday, I ordered a McChicken. Pretty standard fare, and something I've ordered frequently from this location in the past. This time though, I found myself spending 5 hours in front of my toilet, as the food poisoning from the McChicken ripped my insides apart. Overall it was a terrible night, and signified the last time I'll be ordering from this McDonalds in the future. Absolutely unacceptable.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s in the area. Highly inconsistent drive thru. Suggest one wait and check the order thoroughly. The only thing consistent here is screwed up orders.just look at this pics. This one takes the cake! I have NEVER seen this mistake: asked for no cheese, got no Hamburger patty

Probably the worst McDonalds Drive Thru in my experience. Very, very long wait and employees don't want to work there. Spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to another location. This location can leave you waiting for 20+ minutes. Will never revisit this location again - saying this after being here 5+ times and waiting 20+ minutes every time. Never again.

Coffee was good and hot, but the cashier was rude and impolite. My McDonald's app wasn't working properly. Instead of being helpful to me in resolving the app issue I had, she was impolite and said "I can't do anything without the McDonald's code", in an angry tone. I fixed the app issue by myself without any help from her and used it to complete my order. I am disappointed with the unprofessional cashier at this location
