Saw a homeless man in the premise and the manger asked him to leave and THE HOMELESS MEN LEFT THAT MCDONALD'S WITHOUT BREAKING ANYTHING! If that's not love then I don't know what it is. You don't see that kind of love in Toronto.

The washrooms have labels on says “ washroom only available for customers, please talk to manager for access”. We went to the manager the manager told us to order then they can open the door for us. We actually wanted to use the washroom before order. Who wants their food sitting on the counter while themselves being in the washroom? But no, you got to order first.
Never seen an McDonald’s like this one. Will try never come back.

Manager was rude, when I asked why the 2 kids meals and 2 coffees I ordered took 25 minutes while guests that arrived 15 minutes after us received their meals.

Long lineups inside. Drive-Thru had 2 lanes and is much faster. This location is filthy dirty.

More designed as a drive-thru than a sit down food was hot but a little slower than expected other that not bad

Might as well remove anything icecream related from the menu, their machine has not worked in months.

Never had a good experience with this location. I needed to use the bathroom, and I had to buy something first. I couldn't wait and had to leave. Worst mcdonalds I've been to. I used to live in Toronto and have visited many locations. No, where have the wait times on orders been longer and nowhere have I been denied the human right to use the bathroom.

The lady putting orders together should find another career path. I don’t think working for McDonald’s is working for her

Try to drive to the drive-thru last night was told I can't drive to the drive-thru as I'm watching cars drive through motorcycles and s*** can't go through a drive-thru am I not driving it through or is there something wrong with me to not understand the concept of a drive-thru

On Sunday june 25th i went there to get my breakfast after my morning run.wow.the service is terrible! There were more than 4 staffs didn't take my order.all they do just standing chat.chat with each other.i waiting for a while.i walked out there.to Starbucks get my breakfast. Probably won't going back there.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been too!
The restaurant is filthy! The bathrooms are disgusting & you need to be buzzed into them like you’re in a prison. The hand dryers don’t work, there are no paper towels to dry your hands with, the garbage is overflowing & I watched the manager walk around and clean absolutely nothing!
The tables were filthy the floor desperately needs to be swept & mopped.
I’ve visited different McDonald’s restaurants all over Canada & the USA and I have NEVER seen one this awful ever!
Do yourself a favour & avoid this location at all costs. If this is how they maintain the restaurant & can only imagine how filthy the food prep area must be

Served us cold, decaf coffee. I understand they don't make decaf coffee often and they rectified the situation, but lets be honest if theyre cutting corners on coffee, I can only imagine what else is being done.

Downtown Barrie McDonald's is incredibly sketchy to start with. It's usually overcrowded and short staffed. You can expect delays and wait times with your order even with the drive through. My last time using the drive through I was told to wait in the parking lot for my order. I proceed to lock my car and wait 15min with a bunch of drugged out weirdos hanging around in the parking lot staring at me the whole time. Was relieved to finally get my food and leave.

Horrible service and quality. Worse location I've ever been to. Always have to wait in reserve parking to wait on something and more the 70% of the time there is missing food from my order, either fries or something simple like sausage on the breakfast sandwiches.

I called in to check about dine in and spoke with a young man named Jordan. He was very helpful and could not have been nicer. KP

Worst McDonald’s I have ever walked into.
Service staff was rude, and ignorant. Remade orders previous to ours that was already served.
When asked questions as to why they are deleting numbers prior to actually finishing orders she got rude.
Manager was even worst, her customer service and problem solving was a big fail. She refund the money prior to trying to solve the situation.
Staff handling food had no gloves on, nor any hair nets.

Wouldn’t even bother coming back to this place, this store needs to find better employees. Took our service to the next McDonald’s down the road.

Complaint was filed with head office! Do not recommend anyone to be served here.

Poor quality service and employees are very rude or unprofessional at this location. Also construction makes it hard to get in or out as only one entrance is currently open.

Cyclists don’t go to this place as the manager is very unfriendly and it’s rule is that the walkway and patio do not allow cyclists to stop there. The manager is like running a military camp with very unfriendly and unwelcoming disciplines.

We ordered burgers for the whole family and since my child is kinda picky, we had to order a couple things off of her burger. Once we got our food, every single burger had not changed at all. I calmly told the worker about the little mistake and they gave us new ones. The thing is, the new ones were exactly the same as the first ones. All of the toppings were still on.

This place sucks the worst service ever, I asked to take my order a Saturday night and they didn’t want to sell me food just cause I don’t have a car the employees have not respect for clients and they are very rude and the employee closed the window in my face. I really hope that McDonald can train better to their employees because thanks to us they have a job

Take the extra 5-8 minutes & drive to Yonge location, The food is either cold, old or ill prepared & you may get mugged by a crackhead lol.

Ordered at the drive thru a big mac with no onions and 6 mcnuggets both with medium fries and medium drink. These were included together on a deal for about $11.99. I guess the woman taking the order didn't hear me because when I got to the window and presented the deal, she had to re-enter the order. Meanwhile, the food had already been made and was sitting there waiting to be paid for. While she is still entering the coupon, the woman communicates with one of her co-workers. A minute or two later, that same co-worker returned with a two new boxes of food and took out what was already in the bag and replaced it with those new boxes. I paid and then the woman taking my order handed me the bag. Before taking the bag, I asked why the two boxes were replaced. To which she responded with "the first big Mac had onions so they replaced it for us so that it had no onions. Yeah, sorry, they're (her co-workers) not supposed to do that in front of the window. " If that was the truth, that was fine. However, this did not explain why the mcnuggets were replaced as well. When I looked in the bag later, the portions of both the big Mac and the mcnuggests we're significantly smaller than the usual portion.

This is not the first time this has happened. I had noticed that the portions were smaller (for both the burgers and the fries) two days before when I used the same coupon. However, I could not prove it. But, interestingly, the fries that were not able to be replaced in this last visit, we're significantly larger than the fries included with the first coupon two days before!

Absolutely horrible. If you don't want to give ppl a deal, at least be honest about it! Disgusting business practices.

It was good. Went through the drive thru everything was actually hot. Hot fries. I got nuggets. The only thing they didn't say was the sauces are. 25 cent each. Friendly staff and quick.

Worst McDonalds ever. Order was very incorrect. Would drive out of the way to go to any other restaurant. Won't be coming back.

Standard McDonald's. The staff are kind. FYI: you need to ask them to unlock the bathroom at this location.

Just want to say if i want to buy someone's food or pay it forward it is not the business of the staff behind the counter otherwise pleasant!

I just opened and ate my take out Fillet o Fish. It must have been sitting on the counter for along time. Half the thickness and tough. Won't be back for sometime!

It's a very busy restaurant but always seems to be short staffed. Doesn't matter what time of day I have gone in, I am waiting for my food for a fair amount of time.

Best McDonalds I've had in years.
You could tell it was made by someone who actually cared and not a teen just trying to get their check at the end of the week.
Not sure who works the night shift here, but keep up the good work! It's very rare to have a good big mac now days

Slow service, lots of people walking around, not doing anything - if I could give it no stars I would.
