McDonald's

So there's a kiosk at this place, you know, that machine where you can place your order without talking to another human being. Very often, the kiosk runs out of paper to print your receipt which also has your order number on it. If you do pay at the machine, and you think there's going to be a printing error, always look at the screen while you're pulling your card out, because it does tell you your order number before the printing error shows up on the screen. It would be nice if they used 1,000 metres of paper, but I guess it wouldn't fit inside of the machine.

Trash, order 20 nuggets, fries and sprite. Nuggets are dark brown and taste like plastic and sprite taste like club soda. My throat is burning after taking a sip. I hope I don’t get sick from the drink. Order from this place many times and they always forget the sweet and sour sauce. Now that I actually try to smell the sprite, it smells like some type cleaning solution or no sprite smell at all. Stay clear of this place.

My senior mother ate half her mccrispy sandwhich only for us to notice there was mold on the bread half way through. Showed the cashier, and they did nothing. Threw the sandwhich out. Waste of money. Be warned people, always look at your food when eating any fast food.

The worst McDonalds by far is the one in Walmart Dufferin Mall. The food is lukewarm, the service is terrible and the staff are extremely rude with no customer service skills. Staff are confrontational, and get very upset if you ask for a fresh coffee, or if you return a product and ask them to change it for a hot one. Very dirty as well, and no one seems to care. I would not reccomend this location. Hostile customers and the staff ignore you when you ask them to call security.

I’ve ordered from this location 3 times, each time I’ve received stale fries/ missing items. Unfortunate because when I order In store the food and service is good…just not the location for online ordering.understandable being in a busy mall.

The new updated mcdonalds is so clean and organized, very modern. The service was fast. The lady up front was nice and engaging. Good job team!

I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. As each franchise has its own taste some hit some are off by some percentage. But It won't replace my day-to-day need of coffee ️ Caffeine ️ McDonald’s XL Premium Roast Coffee ️- Double Double serve’s the purpose! Freshly brewed great taste, but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine ️ based, self-indulgence and luxury.

I ordered a double Carolina BBQ quarter pounder with no pickles. I got it for takeout, so didn’t see until I got home that there was NOTHING on my burger except two burger patties! I legit paid extra to try something new and I’m beyond frustrated! They were yelling in the back to keep pushing to get orders out, but to send out a burger with absolutely nothing on it makes zero sense.

I go there just for coffee. My daughter still likes the toys. Hamburger is waaaaay faaar that shows in the picture. I know it's just marketing, but.you know

The service here has improved a lot and I find my orders are right, most days I get my stuff quicker than it used to be. Food is often warm and delicious

McDonald's it's hard to say about McDonald's very good food niacin flush unfortunate because of covid-19 there was no in-store dining which is pretty sad considering all kids love to go to McDonald's

Mc donalds I hate the one on ingram they gave me frostie in a cup because their machine wasent working properly and so the ice cream was icy with not such texture of frostie it was like eating snow off the ground with vinilla ice cream basically.

There's a blonde woman there that is super rude and every time I go there she treats me terribly! Her attitude is unnecessary and beyond unprofessional. Never seen such a rude person like this woman, like I'm paying for my food and I expect efficient and decent customer service! I dont expect nor welcome the attitude she displayed to me.

This is located inside the Walmart at Dufferin mall. Store is not very clean, but can be attributed to it being inside the walmart so there are lot more people with groceries. Service is fast enough and staff is friendly.

Good enough for your McD's fix, but the place is barely clean, always full of highschool kids, and noisy as heck

I took a really fresh and tasty burger. The French fries are crunch and soft inside. So delicious. The assembly of the hamburger was perfect. The staff is very helpful and I did my request without problems.

Cashier unbelievably rude, and waited over 10 minutes for a mcdouble and a snack wrap. Half of the restaurant is blocked off regularly too leaving no where to sit.

I noticed from the times I used to work at McDonald's Restuarants till now, it has changed drastically even in the newer part of the millennium it wasn't as much computers. To me it was less workers and more computers the last time I visited. It had my mouth dropped. I guess people made so many complaints and asked for things to change. Back in the days when I was a child this is one of those things that has changed. All I can say is better know how to use a computer. I haven't tried the food. It just wastes my time and if anyone wants to go and order, you may have to be faster depending on the time. So it depends on people. But I was shocked too. I will have to see if they have chicken burgers because I can't eat beef.

They refused to use my reusable cup for coffee, the woman adamantly insisted on creating the garbage and even tried to lie and say it was a restaurant policy and health issue. Absolutely shameful.

Got my food after waiting 15 mins asked for mayo they tried to charge me for it I told them I didn't have change they still wouldnt give me mayo so I asked for a refund and they gave it to me so I guess they rather waste $13 in food then waste 20cents to make a customer happy. Will never go there again.

4 out of five times I'm asked at drive thru to pull to side cause they are so slow. For a big Mac. You should have that ready. What ever happened to customer service I'll never understand. But never even get a sorry for your wait and bun is more stale than fresh in this local

Had to ask for nuggets fresh or well done because they routinely come out mildly warm and stale in this location. When I got them they mixed some old and some fresh nuggets so that is why i am giving 2 stars. Fries were crisp and fresh

Don't go into the macdonalds at king and dufferin. It's crack head central. Watch your food I've seen crack heads grab people's food and run out.guy grabbed a burger right out of this older woman's hand and ran. So don't go inside, go to the drive thro only.only if you have too

They laugh when you speak a different language or speak English even tho ur not English, they always bring stuff cold. Am never coming here agian

Nice place to chill out but staff requires more training. They are not agile as I get to see in other outlets.

The place we went to is always crowded because of seniors are just buying coffee and stays for hours. Sometimes there is no place for newcomers to eat.

This new system update has made every visit to any McDonald's frustrating, including this one. The lineups are long and 9/10 my order I'd wrong. I hate that I can order a hot specialty coffee and not be told until the pick up window or counter that it's not available and have to pull over/step aside and wait.

I actually had a dream I was stuffing my face with McDonald's the other night. I'm fairly certain that's the only dream I've ever had in my life about food. McDonald's you are amazing.

Terrible location. I caught a ttc driver on his knees in this bathroom doing things with a younger male in the stall. This place is not family friendly
This is a horrible place to bring anyone! Never come here not even for a coffee.
