Worst food ever. I was there with my kids and one of them has a broken leg and is severely autistic there was a manager laughing at him for drooling due to his saliva glands. This manager was laughing and pointing while i was trying to get my son in the door because they had no wheelchair ramp and the doors would not hold open electrically with the handicap button. As i finally got inside the building with my son the manager Sandra said having some trouble there little guy to my son and i then said what is you're problem and she said wow life must be tough for you and then i replied to her comment saying her life must be a lot harder working for minimum wage at the age of 40 at a McDonalds in one of the smallest city's in Canada. After ordering she gave me the wrong order with less food stating i could use a diet. I then spotted the manager outside smoking a weird cigar looking object that had a marijuana smell to it.
Update July 23. I didn't think this McDonald's could get worse but they have started the system where instead of getting tour food at the drive-through, they make you go park and wait for them to bring it out. I absolutely hate doing this.
My wife was able to do a full week of grocery shopping next door in less time than it took me to get through the drivethrough here. Make sure you have enough time. Once you're in line you're trapped.
Waited 30 minutes for a quarter pounder combo. 9pm on a Thursday. Staff was scrambling the entire time, there were 4 orders on the screen in front of us, and it took all this time to get through them. When I got my food, the fries were also under done. If you're passing through Hawkesbury and want "fast" food, don't come here.
Worst waiting ever they have several staff members but they still manage to take half an hour to make a quarter pounder. Their fountain doesn't even work and the exterior is undergoing renovations for paint witch brought dust in and made parking hard. I can say with confidence this is the longest days food wait I have had in my life. I have had better serve time at a dine in restaurant.
I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's. McDonald's has been the most consistent place on earth. Not this location. First of all. 10: 30am on a Saturday and the restaurant was completely locked. Drive thru only. Went through drive thru and took 50 minutes there were only 7-8 cars in front of me. Completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to have a look at this location's operation. I am shocked
Super service! Je n’ai jamais attendu aussi peu longtemps dans un McDonald, même avec une commande compliquée! Tout mes ajouts et mes changement ont été respectés tout en ayant un accueil souriant et chaleureux, excellent travail!
VERY VERY VERY SLOW franchise, today they were out of medium cups go figure. S o now they want 20 cents more for large and no reduce price if you opt for small, you pay for a med and get a small. When I question this stupidity, the pick up door was slammed in my face and had to return inside for my refund.
If you can't handle McDonald's window your in for a world of hurt in the real world. Obviously the owner has no clue what goes on in this store, and unilingual in Ontario besides wth. Save yourself some money jos patate just over the bridge, 12.00$ real hamburger not saw dust, with fries and coke for a buck less.
Place is really dirty. Flies are everywhere. I ordered just a smoothie when there were no orders and drive through. Still took 15 minutes just to make a smoothie.
We were sitting in drive through for 10 minutes when suddenly an employee put cones in between the car in front of us and our car. They then walked inside without even addressing what they were doing, and that was it. They closed the drive through while we were in it, with cars behind us. Need I say more? What a bizarre place.
Everytime I come to this location it always takes forever in the drive thru, got my order and was missing a fork, two straws and honey packs…kinda hard to eat your poutine without a fork ️
That restaurant is dirty We stopped there around 4pm; outside garbage can was full, and there was garbage around entrance and parking everywhere The ladies washroom was terrible. Paper toilet everywhere on the floor; toilets not clean. Was disgusting. Never seen a McDo so dirty. After telling the manager, nobody came to clean; definitely not because busy time there, was very quiet Definitely not well managed Will go to Dairy Queen next time!
Insane 30 minutes or so of a wait for drive thru. Cashier gave our order to the guy ahead of us, who could have entirely put their hands in and grabbed fries. Gave it back, and then then cashier gave it to us. Closed window on us when questioned. COVID! Should have remade it. Also got order wrong, and put ketchup when it doesn't say.
Dirty, not much on the menu was available and clearly the staff is untrained and incompetent but those are the times we live in. We can thank JT for the mess businesses are in after Covid.
Ordered a couple bacon quarter pound burgers from drive-through, Arrived home and found out there's no bacon, called back and no answer, left a message. The second day called again. The employee said the manager was not there, and promised to contact later. And it never happened.
Sometimes its good and sometimes it's not, I think it all depends on the service being provided. In the past, I've practically been snuffed because I didn't speak French. Thought that was pretty rude.
This location used to be so consistent with good quality food and quick service. Now you can be in the drive thru for up to 30 mins, with missing items, dry and lukewarm food.and quite often the restaurant is closed with only the drive thru open.
I do not come very often to McDonald’s however when I do come I am greeted by some sour girls with poor customer service… The person that took my order at the drive-through and the one that took payment were both young ladies and both did not have a personality or even want to be at work from what it appeared. If you don’t like your job and can’t handle the public and at least be civil and nice then don’t show up… I do have to definitely give a huge shout out to some of the boys that work there however especially Nick… Always smiling and always seeing what he can do to better your experience… If you want me to be a returning customer I suggest you look into your employees and make sure that they are happy… Because this kind of service can really turn a person away from your business.
Hawkesbury, May 24,2022, doesn't have enough staff to open restaurant, so only drive-thru was open, also only half of the menu was available. I wouldn't waste my time going back there again.
Brutal, all they make is fast food, placed a take out order for two…. Get home and no fries! Store wasn’t busy at all, so no excuse there. Immediately called numerous times, of course voicemail - no call back. Going straight to head office now!
Slow because of so many new staff and sadly i have to rate a 3 star. Though the morning staff are exceptional the evening supervisor was so rude to myself and others i had talked to. I hope she does not treat the new young employees like this.definitely needs a vacation! I regret not reporting her after i heard she was like that with others.

L'incident a été reporté et à ma grande surprise, le propriétaire a pris le temps de m'appeler pour évaluer la situation et s'excuser pour le comportement de son employé. Ce qui est assez rare.
Ne connaisse pas le poulet griller après 3 fois jai u le bon wrap gratuit lunch gratuit un gars incompétent sa prend pas la tête a pompon pour faire un wrap
Sorry to say it, not much worse than picking up breakfast on the road, and biting into pieces of eggshell in my sausage and egg mcmuffin. Not to be left out, my wife had shells in hers as well. 10: 25 this morning.
We waited 45 minutes to order at the DRIVE THRU! It’s called a drive through not a park and stop! We ended up not ordering because it even took them more than 5 minutes to even come to the mic to tell us to wait. We went down the road to the Tim Horton's, where we were done in 5 minutes.
Service was fast and food was fine but unfortunately the restaurant itself was dirty. There were over 5 staff behind the counter and not a busy time but all garbage were full, lids empty, drink station a mess and debris and mess on most tables.
The Hawkesbury store had garbage bags piled at the entrance nearest the bathrooms when I arrived and they were still there when I left 10 minutes later. Not typical for a McDs store and not how clients should be greeted.
For a change yesterday morning the line-up Was crazy.went to get my coffee inside. Waited ten minutes. And I go 4 to 5 times a week. They need to learn how to stir coffee before handing it to a customer. Tim Hortons is starting to look like a good option
