If you used the App for delivery, you are most likely screwed and they make it hard to fix.

The staff, the “SUPERVISOR” doesn’t know that (Dbl) on the receipt means (double), imagine.

Ordered 2 Grand Big Mac combos. Instead of the bigger patty I got the regular Big Mac meat. I asked for a refund but of course I have not seen a penny returned. As far as I am concerned, this is false advertising & down right robbery.

I just went to this location on keele street and had a small order to fulfill for a junior chicken with tomatoes, onions and habanero sauce and BBQ Double Quarter pounder meal which I had ordered from drive through. They firstly didn't give me the junior chicken and I had to go again through the window to ask for it. The lady who took the order gave it to me and when I checked, it was missing all the ingredients that I had asked for. So I went to the service window again to tell that they are missing all the ingredients in the sandwich I asked for. The lady there said that she would do me a favor and make the sandwich again. Mind you it was raining outside while I was standing outside their window asking for the sandwich I paid for and she was doing me a favor by giving it to me. Is that the service quality that I should expect from one of world's largest fast food chain Macdonald's!? ! I left the location without my sandwich. Thanks for opening my eyes, never going there again after they made me feel like I'm begging for the food that I paid for.

Every time I order quarter pounder without cheese they put cheese on anyway. Twice they got my order wrong now. Can't get it fixed after its delivered ffs! I'm done with delivery from there!

SO It was 2am I went to get some burgers but only the drive through was open So I asked employee to order me and she denied with such a lame reason" You need to be in car" WOW,!

Screwed up my order but I caught the mistake before leaving the drive-thru line. My order was fixed- I appreciated the service.

I just like how they have amazing food and a fun play place it's super duper fun. You should go there, there are even happy meals that come with apples, toys, books.

I mean it's McDonald's, what more needs to be said! Just make sure you check your bag before you pull away in the drive-thru. The kids in there have a habit of paying more attention to their convos and jokes rather than what the customer is asking for!

Just okay. The drivethru is terrible to sit through as it is so long but they go pretty fast. I have never had any bad experiences per say, but the food is average. They get it right always but it is just kind of thrown in a bag and given to you. I am guessing it is from all the customers they get (as it is right near York University) but it still is not the best.

My go-to cheap McDonalds order is a Junior Chicken and either a Cheeseburger or McDouble. 2 small burgers for just over $4 is a bargain, and its enough to fill you up.

Stuff is very responsive and pleasant. Pretty much big room with a playground and convenient parking outside. Stuff works fast and with smiles. But the place was dirty, because of the customers, I have to admit. Big lines. There was a smell on the children playground.

Telling the truth, I love McDonalds. I am a regular at this location. The parking lot here is small, and so is the inside, but it is the new McCafe design.

You cannot beat their $1 summer drinks. Especially I really like their iced coffees.
Also, the new summer fiesta wrap is amazing. There food is actually better than most of the food in North York. McDonalds also gives out coupons in the mail. If you don't want them you can give them to me LOL.

Very nice location. Seems quite clean. Great area for kids. Had two orders here, everything was ok. Ice cream was good

Do not I repeat do not order from this McDonald's after 10 p.m. From skip the dishes! I WORK LATE NIGHTS AND HAVE TO ORDER SOMETIMES EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THIS MC DONALDS after 9 p.m. I would say I'm not sure if it's just poor night staff but items are constantly missing food is packaged poorly burgers are made extremely sloppy this is very sad and I think something should be done!

New system of 1 Teller with the Order Boards has destroyed McDonald's. If I have to wait 20min for a coffee I'm going back to Hortons.

I ordered from here 3 times already and every time was a bad experience with missing items for my order. First time I ordered with uber eats and I was missing a poutine and a drink! Second time I was missing dipping sauce (that I purchased from the kiosk) and fries. Third time I was missing a hash brown and they didn’t have apple pie so we had to substitute with different pastries. The food tastes ok though and it’s clean. The workers just constantly forget items that’s all. It’s annoying waiting to complain every time I come here.

Good Mcdonalds. Takes your order on kiosk or in person. No problems encountered here just an average Canadian Mcdonalds.

Bad customer service. Got charged for special instructions for my burgers, when got home it was just plain burgers.

I ordered only one burger combo and other individual items by Uber eats. How I received 4 packages of fries and no burger at all

Fairly good menu. All McDonald's need to hire more staff- between drive thru orders, inside orders, and Uber Eats it just piles up way too much.

This is a great McDonald's to visit.but not during lunch rushes or when classes end. It's not big enough to handle the crowds.

I ordered here twice through Skip the dishes. And their service are pretty bad. I ordered fries and they don’t put ketchup on the sides, also sauce for the nuggets. It’s important to check your customers order.

McDonald's always busy lineup for days let people know that they have to order/pay before receiving a # for pickup not everyone understands or speaks English just saying!

Mc Donald's is McDonald's the booth seats are discusting the are worn out and you sink into them so deep it's hard to get out of them they need to be replaced it be a nice place if they had bettter seating for dinning in.

Worst place. You need to repeat order a few times. Order is wrong still! Coffee is NEVER STIRRED AND BITTER. When you ask them to remake it, it tastes 10 x better second round. My order is almost always wrong. Or they forget sauces or straw etc. I find it to be a slower location with a lot of employees. Usually food presentation is sloppy as well.

This location is fine. The workers seemed overwhelmed with all the customers. I think the lady working messed up our order and overcharged us when we didn't get to much. This location as a play area which is rare these days so that was cool. Basically it's an average location at best.

It's been around since my childhood. We've all had there to salty fries or a Big Mac and Quarter pounder with cheese and loved it. There are now so many options at McDonald's with value meals and low calorie foods for the diet conscious. As well as a wide assortment of cold and hot coffee and other drinks. It's fast convenient and reasonably priced. With 24 hr drive thru or ordering from home. It's your choice.

3 drive-thru meals, 3 wrong orders

Working in the area, ordered lunch at the drive-thru the first day and breakfast and lunch the second. All three orders were incorrect and unfortunately the only time I was able to go back and correct them was for the breakfast. Very annoying. I gave 2 stars only because both times the fries were good and hot and fresh. Go inside so you can check your order, avoid the drive-thru.

Very good nice and clean McDonald's in this area. They have buy one get one deal most of the food in this time. Very good food and very clean restroom. They have so many tables chairs and so many free cars parking. They have all of the new technology ordering systems in this location. Thank you so much your very good service.

Received atrocious customer service from this place, extremely rude staff! Service at fast food restaurants is not the greatest but these guys set a new low. Ordered food through drive through last night around 1am and both my sandwiches were way to over cooked to eat and nearly burnt. I was already home and didn't feel like going back so I went back today instead. Spoke with a junior manager first who verified that I did actually place an order last night at the said time but apparently providing solution to this issue was above her pay-grade so she sent her leader to deal with me whose name was Fazia. Once I was done talking to her, I completely forgot about my food and I was lost for words how shocking her customer service was. I can never understand why some people take custom service roles when they have absolutely no skill or desire to deal with customers, go find something else that suits your attitude better. Undoubtedly the most unpleasant person I have seen in that role, her intention from the start was never to solve the problem but to start an argument. Kept saying I know those workers and they would never serve you burnt food, well they did and that's why I made an effort to make a trip the next day to complain about it. She was too arrogant and inattentive to what I was saying. I will certainly be talking to their head office but if the location owners happens to read this, look at the video at main entrance around 3: 20pm on March 10th and that should be used as an example of how not to talk to customers. I wish they spent just fraction of their marketing dollars and the money they spend on sending flyers to my mailbox everyday on training their staff to be pleasant. Absolutely pathetic!

I ordered a mighty angus with extra cheese and extra beef patty. But I got none of them. And the jalapeño Mac chicken I ordered today is overcooked.

Worst mcdonalds.ask to have ghost pepper sauce on my mcdouble.was told management won't let that.asked to speak to a manager.she said "i am the manager". Why is this place so strict let me customize my burger.even offered to pay for the customization and she still said no.
