This place has a very convenient location. I can easily run in and out on my way from a bus stop to my workplace. I can't complain about quality of food. Everything they serve is not better or worse than at any other McDonald's. But, I try to avoid this place. I prefer to go to another restaurant, which is located across a parking lot. The number one reason is a very slow service. People who work there, move around like they are half asleep. Specially it is very very annoying when you are in a hurry. Always short staffed. And a very bad organization of an entire service process. I can't give this place a five star review. The maximum is three.
I came to buy breakfast for my family on Saturday 02.12.2021. Morning staff are very kind, patient and friendly. Good customer service. Food was freshly prepared and instructions were well followed.unlike evening ones
Did not recieve what I ordered. Staff failed to add extra lettuce and onions on my burgers as usual. I believe it's a standard at McDonalds to not follow instructions on the order.
Always have issues here. Never get my order right. And gives me issues about product vouchers that mcdonalds gives me to correct the issues they make. I always wonder why i go to this location. The managing staff i have dealt with have been poor. Thankfuly customer relations on social media have been amazing. Sode note. I always ask for no onions and 75% of the time i find out after driving away that i have onions and i have to scrap it off with a napkin. Happena all the time.
I ordered for curbside pickup and sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting. Finally went inside. They totally failed. They had to make it when I went inside. What a waste of time.
I order on the app to pick my order at the drive thru and had to pick it up inside the store and then after I got my order the order came incorrect and I had to go back and ask them to correct the order. This staff is a mess and they’re very much disorganized.
Fast service even with a huge line. Their customer service machine was organized and efficient. I clicked buttons, confirmed, put my card on the payment terminal and got my receipt.
People made my order quickly but I was the one responsible for clicking the point of service machine.
To specify, this is the outside McD, not the one inside Walmart. DriveThru at night was awful. I placed an order for myself and colleagues, 2 trays of coffee and some food. There is a large sign going through the DT stating coffee is $1 any size from Dec. 7-13. It's the 10th and the staff didn't want to give me that price, said the promotion was done days ago and that sign was not taken down. It said until the 13th. They should have given me the price but said there was no option on the screen to do it. Then they told me to park on the side while my order was done. With no cars behind me, it's 2am. Once the order was done, the girl shouted out the window for me to come and get my order because they can't come out. Yet I know they can. One of the orders was chicken nuggets, and I know they were not made fresh, stale, dry and cold. Awful service at this location. Oh and also, no masks or gloves were being worn!
It took over EIGHT times and an hour to get a cheeseburger correct! Not rocket science and swing manager was ignorant and said this is the last one we will remake to my husband. Complete last of competence across all levels of business.
Soooooo slow and not organized I waited at the register to order a coffee for over 10 mins while they just worried about the drive thru and uber orders then some finally acknowledged me.
I never had a problem with this location, but yesterday I went there and asked for a new cup because the worker who gave it to me put her fingers in it and she wasn’t wearing gloves. The workers didn’t appreciate my comment I guess and serve me a raw burger. I paid for my food and I think that it is unfair and sad that some people put other people’s health at risk to get back at them for asking for a cup. We’re still in a pandemic please wear your gloves.
I haven't been to mcd in a long time. Since when did value prices get this expensive? $2.50/ jr chicken. The portion sizes have gone down and the prices have gone up. Might aswell pay a bit more and get a proper meal elsewhere.
Staff is great and friendly.but not very thorough in order completeness and checking order accuracy.have had a few instances of wrong drinks and missing items at this location.
This is my go to McDonalds There the closest that's the only reason They do mess up the orders alot and ask if you can park during drive thru which I recommend telling there you vehicle has no reverse lol DONT ORDER THRU UBER CAUSE THEY JACK UP THERE PRICES!
Ordered 2 can dine 10-pc nuggets and the woman told us we can have 6. After back and forth she realized her error and processed the order. She ended up calling over the supervisor who asked to see the coupon again so I showed her my phone. She then, without gloves reached for my phone. Despite me telling her several times not to touch my phone without gloves or showing me she had sanitized her hands she would not process the transaction without touching my phone.
I obviously sanitized it when I got it back but considering McDonald's has indicated "gloves for crew" as one of their Covid-19 safety measures, I found it very interesting that Rubinder or Ravinder (however you spell her name) didn't have gloves on while working about in the kitchen (She was the overnight shift supervisor).
Normally my experiences getting food from here is not too bad; however, last night I got the habanero chicken meal and became very nauseous, woke up at around 4am sweaty and was sick and on the lady throne for quite awhile.today I am still quite queasy.
Took 10 mins before this girl decided to make my coffee. Moving at such a slow pace during a rush. Looked like she hated her life. When I went to ask for my coffee she just rolled her eyes at me made it and almost slammed it in front of me. Jeez.
A cosy little McDonalds located inside the Walmart store it closes about 30 min before store closing. This location, unfortunately, does not serve all day breakfast and based on the rolled eyes that I got when I asked if they do, it is clearly a question that they get asked often. The self select menu is promimently displayed in your face when you enter the store. The only entrance to this location is via the Walmart store to which they are attached. As a result they follow store hours (But this still doesn't explain why no all day breakfast.)
I saw an offer on MCD mobile app so decided to try a online order. I stood in line and when I got the the counter the cashier said "there is no order.sorry". I showed my phone with the confirmation and asked if this was correct address. He lied and directed me across the street. At this point, I gave up thinking that since the order was not fulfilled that was it. WRONG! Not only does the app have your card and charges it without considering if the order is actually filled, when you contact customer service they tell you that they have no control over the charge and would not refund! I removed the app. BEWARE WHO YOU GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS TO!
