Best Mcdonald in the town. The manager and the staff is so good. Specially the manager in the late night shift. She might be Philippine.
Food quality is also good and when you ask something particularly. They always provide order as per instructions.

Long long waiting time for small item. Sleep mode McDonald, definitely nothing to do with FAST FOOD.

When i drove through, i ordered a softie, and i asked for a cup with it, the staff told me that it is 30 cents more, i mean when did they start charging extra for softie in a cup.

Descent food, clean place, and food come out hot and fresh.

From last 2-3 days.not serving ice creams. Don’t know why.as it’s summer and we locals need our beloved m”d ice creams.

Quality went down over these years. I'd recommend going to Burger King or Harvey's or some other fancy burger joint. McDonald's in Canada is meh overall.

Do not visit 3030 Don Mills Rd, North York, ON M2J 3C1. Selling spicy food to children is no joke! This is just a disgusting method that by forcing the public to buy something they do not want or need. My children got sick two times due to the level of hot spice added to the chicken nuggets when I clearly informed the staff I did not want it spicy

Service was actually fast. Had a Big Mac meal in under 2 minutes. Quality was good and the fries were still hot even after I had finished the burger.

I come here all the time and always have been for 6 years straight. I've never experienced anything bad with my food, and I always recieve it quick even when busy. It's 15 minutes from my house so Bonus for me

The most terrible McDonald ever. Missing orders, wrong items, outdated toys… kind of mistakes happened 4 out of 5 times. Unbelievable…

Your employee "Lynneth" who takes the drive through orders in the morning is a very very nice and cheerful woman. I enjoy interacting with her as she's so professional and a good listener. Lynneth should be in charge of training other employees as I usually have to repeat myself before they get my order right. God bless Lynneth. She always make my day better.

Worst ever brach. Asked something added something different and gets overchaged. Check your order before moving out

Been to this location twice and both times the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty. Some of the dispensers are missing altogether. Other locations have sanitizer available to use after using the self serve kiosk touch screen. Must be a cheap owner who doesn't want to spend money.

Don't drink the pop there. The pop from fountain machine tastes like sewer water. Must be the mold building up inside

This location is consistent in terms of food quality, and they attempt to be fast for the dive through but they have a 90% chance of getting your order wrong. So, we always have to sit there and double check the order before we leave.

Habanero McCkn meal. Burger had sauce just on top that was also lil (which made burger dry and rough to swallow). No sauce at the bottom bun.no ketchup inside the bag for fries.had to go inside for ketchup. Wish I could upload the picture but see no option.

It takes more than normal time to get served. The coffee is not much hot at time of serving. The employees are good enough in hospitality, however the food and beverages especially hot drinks are not worthy….

This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very professional and the cooking they place on your table is so appetizing. I would always prefer to have a nice meal here. Highly recommended.

I almost always use the app and order a head of time, but it still seems to take a long time. My order number often disappears from the mobile order screen too. First it is on there, then it is not, and I still don't have my order. Plus I just ordered a smoothie, not a large order. Others that ordered after me got their order before I did. GGGRRRR

The Jamaican lady who greets me every time I get breakfast is the best way to start my day! Love her friendly attitude and efficiency!

The hash browns are hit and miss. Sometimes super well done! Sometimes a bit soggy and undercooked. The fries also vary in quality.

Very clean and friendly. Day and night, there's no difference in quality.

Decent franchise location, food is usually fresh but I still can’t understand how the fries are cold 75% of the time. 24hr Drive through is handy tho especially during these pandemic times.

Pathetic service rude staff. I will never come to this store. I just orders 1 coffee 1 latte and 2 mc muffin. I asked for sugar. They said they will give. Never gave.asked again still didnot give. My latte was no where close to latte it was just a basic coffee not latte.

Drive thru was quick and efficient. Took little time from ordering to receiving my meal and McDonald's staff was friendly and approachable. Food was hot and tasty and exactly as ordered. Staff was wearing appropriate PPE to which I greatly appreciate. Thanks again for the great work you do and particularly throughout this pandemic!

Everytime I order crispy chicken they put grilled instead. I hate grilled chicken but when your getting from drive through you have no choice but to eat it

8 Out of 10 times, they get my order wrong! If you are driving through, stop and check your order in the bag! I have lived in the neighbourhood for 10 years, I am not exaggerating!
I’ve walked to the restaurant the other day at 3AM! maps indicated that it is open 24/7! The store has the neon sign flashing “Open”! I go in, they said they are closed to walk in clients! Drive through only! No car, no food! Do not count on MacDonalds and do not ever count on this location! Do you feel my 10 year old resentment? ;-) Keep your English muffins in your freezer and make your own breakfast! Also, prices are not that cheap anymore either! I miss 80s and 90s, even the early 2000s! What has happened to the quality?

The manager as of March 4th, 2021 at 3: 30PM is absolutely horrendous. I went in there with the best intentions to purchase food and he was very rude to me through the whole order. Very condescending and just super super rude. I used to love this store until today, I will NOT be going back to this establishment, and I hope upper management will seek to solve this issue and perhaps some day I'll decide to come back.

Staff is courteous but sometimes they don't even ask for or tell you the combo options properly. Drive thru is kinda weird with slope right before the window.
