"Open 24 hours" but closed from 3: 30 AM to 4: 30 AM or later to change to the breakfast menu. Don't they serve the majority of the breakfast menu all day anyway? And how do they manage to switch from breakfast to lunch without closing for over an hour in the middle of the day? Ridiculously inconvenient and disappointing for somebody who works the hours that I work.

We went on a Friday night with my family for dinner, but we were very surprised. The very dirty place. French fries and paper everywhere. The men's bathroom was dirty. I think the manager should care a lot about the atmosphere of the place and not just about selling more and more.
According to our experience this place is not the best place to go with children.

I visited this location today with my family while traveling home from up North. We went in to order our food and have a much needed bathroom break. At this time one of the team members was on her break eating a lunch brought from home.there were 5 adults waiting to use the restroom which is a tiny two stall cramped closet while the employee proceeded to take up the only sink to wash a bunch of her lunch dishes in the bathroom. There was some food left in the sink afterward. Why is this not being done in the kitchen? It causes quite the backup in the restroom. And why is this poor woman washing her dishes in a public toilet?

Hussein was amazing helping us out. We did not like the hot chocolate and he didnt hesitate to replace it for me immediately. Thats just great service.

They are so slow.always ask you to pull up.no consolation for our consistent inconveniences.

Was waiting for Mobile’s order it was tooo late because of staff was not working just chitchatting which is not good Sign
Instead they could have Been mention that food is served late so I would not at this location and continue my work.

Yet another bad experience. Ordered 1 breakfast sandwich at 6am and made to wait. How is this location never prepared. I was the 2nd car in line.

Probably the most poorly managed location around here. 30min for an Oreo mcflurry then they sent the order to another customer.

I was served by Arsh. She was very good at her service and she was so kind. She also made us comfortable with the way she talks. Overall 10/10 service.

I was served by Nellie this morning and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very personable and friendly and was very sweet to my children. We had a wonderful time dining in and it was lovely to see such a great location in action!

The drive thru has a two speaker ordering lanes, so it made it pretty quick to order, pay and receive my food.

It's a regular McDonald's. Won't absolutely blow your mind but isn't horrible. Friendly staff, and food is good and fast. Been coming to this location for a very long time and have never had any issues.

Been going through McDonald's drive-thru for 20 years, never have I ever encountered such a rude employee at the speaker. This person clearly either hates her job or hates her life in general, I guess working a graveyard shift at a (truck stop)
McDonald's drive-thru isn't the most glamorous thing. But she should know better what she's signing up for, maybe she's upset her 35 inch long platinum-purple hair weave along with her 2.5 inch long fake plastic nails is going mostly unnoticed and uncomplemented by her coworkers at 1: 30 a.m. In the morning, this person was being very rude taking my order over the speaker. I was being as clear as loud and as precise as I could be, she kept on saying " I can't hear you" with a very cold and detached tone. She already seemed to be "so over it" before I can even stop my car and say a word at the speaker. Terrible experience, avoid this place 12: 00 to 6: 00 am Monday morning, Sunday night.

Night shift people are very rude to customers. No respect for individual

I asked for lettuce on my bagel. Didn't get it. I asked for sugar in my coffee. Didn't get it. How do you get an order wrong especially when you have read it back to the customer at the drive thru? !

Place was immaculate. Food came hot and staff very friendly. Lots of dine in space even with covid separation.

No sauce with nuggets after they made a point of asking, sauce all over the outside of sandwich wrappers, burgers thrown together, they ignored the extra pickles request.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes for a medium coke and lils at 1045pm. They ended up not having the donuts and crediting me. It was painful.

From last week, the drive thru is closed at night after 12pm.its 24 hours drive thru and they put cones in the drive thru.one day i went in front of window and they took my order.then whats the purpose of putting cones.i mean they are pretending that its closed but its not.

On 2 different occasions found hair in my fries
Real good at taking orders but slow to a make food. While 1st in line had to pull up and wait for my burger to get made

McDonald's is the neighborhood restaurant. Newly renovated. Friendly staff and usually quite busy just before noon because of the students who come in for lunch.

In the last couple months, this location has gone a little down hill. They practically ignore their curbside orders making the wait times be 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder meals, for example. I understand the drive through can be busy, but curbside should be getting their food in a timely manner as well.
I'll change my rating once this place improves again.

This place holds the record for us; most times delayed at the drive-thru and asked to pull over. Once they forgot us completely after doing this. Used to be a regular stop when heading west, but the Tim Horton's down the road has got it together better.

Update: every time! This time ham instead of sausage on McMuffin, small tea instead of medium, could hardly hear the person on the intercom.

These guys are pretty fast when it comes to curb side pick up. COVID-19 SOPs are in place. There is lot of free parking.

False advertisement, they are not open 24/7. Close at 3am-4am every single night. All three McDonald's in Milton advertise 24/7 and do the same.

My rating applies to ALL MacDonald restaurant chains because they have nothing good, meaning healthy and tasty, for vegans and vegetarians. What century is the leadership living in? Really!

Still the best fries around. The Big Mac I had was like running into an old friend; familiar and very pleasant.

The staff seemed uninterested about their speed or the number of customers in there. It took 15 minutes for us to get a bagel and a breakfast sandwich!

It's McDonalds and it's the same as everywhere else except the young staff that seem to be a little happier than the other locations I occasionally grab a coffee at

Night staff is very unprofessional. Waited 5 mins at the window with no information what I was waiting for.

My food today was actually just cold like it just came out of the fridge normally I don’t have an issue with this location food wise.

They were so rude. Went to get food and they wouldn’t serve us saying it was closed. Even though the door was unlocked. They should have realized their mistake and served us first then fix their issue. Very rude and disappointed.

Was very busy and had to remind staff about missing items from our order twice. Once we got all our food though it was good.

Someone literally stepped on and crushed my food. I ordered through a delivery service and the outside bags were okay, but the inside bags were scrunched up! I called the store and they claimed a manager packaged the food and it was impossible! Extremely frustrating as the outside bags looked untouched and the bags were sealed, so it was people at the restaurant! Absolutely disgusting, and inedible.

It has been renovated and service was good. After Pandemic nice to enter but washrooms need attention.

Food was fresh and order was correct. The orders need to be served a little bit faster. The staff needs to tighten up as well, need to take customers more serious.

Went through the drive-thru didn't have any issues they were pretty fast and efficient. Our order was actually correct. Only complaint is the way the drive-thru is laid out is difficult to get turned around especially in large vehicles

Got 2 junior chickens and a mcdouble with a large diet coke and came to just over 8 dallors and when I got to the window they said the large pop was 40 cents more. Paid over 10 dallors and when I called they hung up. Worst service ever.

Walked into the restaurant found it to be clean and well-maintained use the kiosk to order my customized double cheeseburger. No bun extra pickles extra onions and three tomatoes. Having a problem with gluten because of my celiac disease is why I exclude the bread. It's always interesting to see how the staff working in the kitchen work with the ingredients they're given when it doesn't follow the standard recipe. You can tell when they make an effort like this restaurant did.

Order missing a cheeseburger. Lined up for 18 minutes and then asked to wait for an additional 5 minutes. Better value, service, and quality elsewhere, definitely my last visit.

I lined up in the drive-thru, and I went to lane 2, and they made me wait while they served lane 1 with the 2 cars that came after me.so I waited for them to serve 2 cars that came after me and then I order hot cakes and they put no butter and no fork or knife.never coming here again

Busy drive thru but great customer service.
Nothing more annoying than driving away and realizing your order is wrong, after you get home. I've never had to deal with a jerk at this location and I've never had a mistake on one of my orders.

When the rest of the world is melting down and all you want is a vanilla ice cream cone from McDonald's drive thru for your 8 year old daughter. And this is how you receive it. Literally this what was handed to me at the window. I mean I can't even think what else to write here really.

Forgot a whole combo highly suggest that if you come during a busy period check your food before leaving the parking lot

Drive thru items never seem ready. Always asked to wait for an item. Mostly recently waited 8 minutes for hashbrown to come out.

What a lovely experience I had having to get home and drive back because some how someone is incompetent in your procedures and does not know how to make a big mac. How do you skip everything (even the patty) on the first layer? Let alone the extra cheese I paid for was to much instruction to put onmy replacement big mac as well what a joke this location is.

Ordered at: 11: 50pm. I just ordered 2 mchicken meals for pickup and the workers were rude and showed attitude. The young lady first gave me the wrong order, and the lady at the cash forgot to put ketchup after requesting it. This happened multiple times with me, but this time I went back and asked for missing ketchup packets. The young lady came on the window and was extremely rude and said “no you didn’t ask for it” and then proceeded by giving it aggressively (basically throwing it at me). The other lady at the cash was nice and apologized. I don’t recommend you come during the nights, or you will get a spike in your blood pressure.

Blonde lady at the drive-thru is extremely rude and pretends to not hear my order. I repeat my order a couple of times to make sure she knows what I'd like to eat; only to find out the food I ordered is burnt and the coffee is a hit or miss. Mistakes happen in the kitchen, but you have all the power in the customer service department. Will make the extra 5 min drive to the Derry/Santa Maria location.

This McDonald's has always treated me with friendly and fast service. The food is what you expect from a McDonald's and has days where it is better. Overall a fantastic location for the chain.

Meal was given to me promptly AND they included napkins!

Coffee is hit or miss. Cold more often than not.
Fries same as coffee half the time also taste and look like they have been refried or burnt.

Late night staff is either very pleasant or rude depending on the shift.

Normally I enjoy this restaurant but today I took my daughter for a cheeseburger with Dad and while hers was ok, my Quarter Pounder BLT was beyond disappointing. After opening the box the lettuce looked black so I opened it up to find a large soggy blackened lettuce leaf with the tiniest tomato a few tiny pickles and onions a drop of Ketchup and a heap of mayo. But that was it. While I appreciate the sustainability of their beef sources, one could only assume that the sustainability of their cheese and bacon products must have been blown up by the Death Star as they simply were not included on my BACON lettuce and TOMATO CHEESE burger.

The worst part is that after a long day of a long week that’s part of a long month which is part to the longest year ever, being out of work, on the brink of homelessness and dealing with depression and anxiety was it too much to just want to taste a hot quarter pounder with bacon and cheese with a nice slice of tomato lettuce and more?
But I digress.
One could also assume that since “billions has been served” that you might have worked out the kinks by now. Maybe that’s just me.
So I ask, how do you make an out of work father barely keeping his life and family together, a simple man who is simply hungry happy after this?

I have been going to this McDonald’s for years and one fact never changes - they give you half of the portion size for your fries. Always expect a size down for your order.

We ordered a bacon and egg Mcmuffin and it was so burnt we could not eat the bun. Not allowed to complain so we fed the birds. Will not go back.

Impossible to deal with and terrible customer service will definitely think twice before visiting this location ever again.

Tonight we went to McDonald’s on Martin street around 6: 00pm. Got home to find a hair in Mc Chicken burger. Called to speak with the manger about this. She said she didn’t care. I asked if they have to wear hair nets her reply was no we don’t wear them. I am at a loss that even the manager didn’t care at all and told me so.

Why are all the burgs burnedddddd bruh. Y you gotta burn me lyk dat. Great customer service tho no problems there

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Over cooked burgers and no sauce.
This doesn’t matter when you see all workers don’t wear gloves or hair cover.
I will question the over all hygiene.

The good side was the play area.

I have an hour break during work hours. My wait time at this McDonald's location has so far been 25 minutes in the drive through and there are currently only 3 of us cars in line. This is ridiculous and I just watched the car behind me leave the line and go across the street to Tim Hortons. I should have followed suit if not for my SMALL food order. Unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone wasting their money here.

We had to wait 10 mins for our order. Two hot drinks and a happy meal. It said serving our number but our order wasn’t even ready. They don’t know how to work as a team because one McDonald’s work had our order and the other one who took our bill said she was going to check on it. We ended up with one done and other one being made. The hot drinks are also served cold.
